Sarinya (8/5): Great location - The location was great, away from the busy tourist area and felt more like a local residential area. There's a petrol station 2mins walk to the right of the hotel with a few little cafes and restaurants, as well as a convenient store, so that was handy. The bed was comfy, but they had no bedside tables or adequate mirrors/lightings to put your makeup on. We didn't use the pool, but it looks nice. The staff was very accommodating with luggage storage before the check-in time. Good WiFi connection. We'll be back! The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, and it's quite high, so you have to climb in and out of it, which is quite dangerous.

Constance (5/5): Correct mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est ! - Confort correct, assez bien situé, fonctionnement clair, et services disponibles (massages, restaurant, réception, consigne etc.) Très mauvais rapport qualité prix : pour le prix demandé (qui est cher), on s'attendrait à un service de meilleure qualité (pour le même prix, vous pouvez avoir une chambre d'hôtel plus central, avec petit déjeuner inclus). Il n'y a même pas une bouteille d'eau à votre arrivée. Le restaurant pratique des prix très élevés pour Bangkok. Ma fenêtre ne pouvait pas être fermée. Pas de poêle ni de casseroles (donc la cuisine se limite à une bouilloire et un micro-onde). Une seule clé est fournie (pas pratique si vous venez à plusieurs). Piscine correct mais sans profondeur. Internet et climatisation qui fonctionnent moyennement. Ne fournit pas de vraie facture (seulement un reçu et encore, après beaucoup d'insistance).
Luke (8/5): Great Apartment stay in a quite area of Sukhumvit - but close enough to BTS etc - Pool was great and never overly busy. Apartments are modern (although could have been fit out a bit better). Internet Speed is super quick. Handy to have a washing machine. Shuttle every 30 mins to Ekkamai BTS was useful. Kitchen could have been fit out a bit better - only 1 small glass - but not a big deal.
Steve (10/5): Un séjour idéal grâce à des appartements très fonctionnels, des services complets et un personnel au top, le tout à prox - Chaque passage à Tierra Residences est un plaisir. Les appartements sont très bien conçus et tout est pensé pour être fonctionnel, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment fluide. L'endroit réunit tout le nécessaire pour être au top. On y trouve une piscine très agréable, une salle de sport et même des massages proposés sur place. C’est un vrai plus d'avoir tout cela à disposition. Côté restauration, la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant est constante et vraiment appréciable. Le personnel est toujours au top et l'emplacement est idéal, à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités. Une excellente adresse où l'on se sent bien.

Amanda (10/5): I had a great stay even for just 1 night. - The property is serene. On the first level , there is a small restaurant and pool. Also there is massage service. The staffs are nice n friendly. The apartment doesn’t provide tissue paper.

TimLotte (9/5): Een rustig plekje in BKK - Ideaal als je behoefte hebt om even weg te zijn van de drukte van BKK. Goed gelegen bij de BTS. In een straatje bij lokale bevolking met eetstalletjes, en bijhorende geurtjes maar daar daar merk je bij Tierra residences niets van. En het gaf ons de indruk van het werkelijke leven voor veel mensen in BKK. Het hotel was zeer net, het zwembad zeer weggekomen en vooral de bar/restaurant zeer handig. Het eten en de drankjes (koffies allerhande, cocktails met Happy hour) waren heerlijk!! Wij zouden hier zeker terugkeren.

Teresa (9/5): - Beautiful apartment with great facilities, we literally could live there! :) The entire building is spotlessly clean with a great little gym and a lovely pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant, just a few minutes walk from Ekkamai Gateway and BTS with 7 Eleven, Cafe Amazon, returants, shops and Markets etc. nearby The only negative is that the pool area could do with a few more chairs/ loungers. It is so lovely down there but fills up quickly.

Ludovic Leffy (8/5): Parfait pour prendre le bus pour l'est - Nous avions choisi cette résidence pour sa proximité avec la station de bus d'Ekkamai ( 10 mn à pied). Studio avec chambre séparée. Cuisine et machine à laver le linge très pratique. La piscine est très sympa. un restaurant occupe le rez de chaussée de la résidence si on n'a pas envie d'aller chercher de la streetfood. Une navette gratuite emmène les clients au métro toutes les demi heures sauf le mardi. La terrasse promise est vraiment petite. Restau sur place cher. C'est une résidence donc pas vraiment d'accueil ou autres renseignements.

Situato nei pressi della fermata BTS Ekkamai, raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti. Piscina al piano terra carina. Il personale della reception gentile, check-in e check-out rapidi. Le pulizie e il cambio biancheria non sono previsti, ma bisogna richiederli. La smart TV comodossima, ma ci sarebbe piaciuto poter vedere anche dei canali locali.

Aimee (10/5): - Was in a good location and was really good for the price we paid. Facilities are really good. We only stayed for two nights but we tried the pool, which was lovely. The only thing is the shower/bath. You step straight into the tub which is quite high on the sides, and the way the shower is means that all around the tub gets flooded. But everything else was perfect.

Special thanks to Ken at the reception, he is highly professional and knows his job perfectly. I felt very comfortable staying here. The only small suggestion would be to have a full-length mirror in the apartment. It would be especially appreciated by female guests 😊 Just a small note.

Arden (9/5): Comfortable, convenient stay in a less touristy part of town :) - Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Good amenities like swimming pool and restaurant on site. We arrived in the middle of the night and the self check in was very easy. Staff were friendly and responded quickly to messages when I had questions :) location is convenient and not very touristy - close to local food markets and Ekkamai BTS. Only issue we had was with the height of the tub. It is quite high off the ground and feels a bit scary getting in and out. We managed fine but it’s worth noting that it would not be good for people with mobility issues.

Loads of local restaurants around and a food market just at the corner. Big space for 2 people. Really nice staff. Not enough sun beds, has to be quick otherwise will be taken by other guests, maybe just make a bit more space around the swimming pool to put more sun beds or chairs; The walls of room are not very sound proof, we could hear the next room talking loud on phone calls… and people walking past in the hallway…

Fee (10/5): - Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und wir haben die Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel genossen (Massagestudio, Restaurant, Fitnessraum, viele Sitzplätze zum arbeiten oder relaxen). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten eine Stunde vorher einchecken und uns entspannt im Hotel aufhalten, weil wir sehr früh in Bangkok angekommen sind. Das Bett war gemütlich und ruhig. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

The shuttle service to the BTS was helpful. It would be good if I more than one way but it was better than nothing. David (7/5): - Overall spacious apartment, pretty clean, ac in every room, decent view from the 9th floor. For the price you pay it's a solid 7.5/10 in my opinion. Check in and checkout was really fast. WiFi was really bad, had to connect like 5 times on every device to be able to successfully connect to the network. Also latency is very bad, league of legends for example you get a ping of around 600ms. Location isn't that great but good enough. Also sucks that there is no hair dryer in the room. Bed is very hard. No pans for cooking. Elevator smelled like Marijuana from time to time even tho it's clearly not allowed by the hotel policy.

Sänky oli hieman kova omaan makuun, mutta hyvä peitto ja tyynyt hieman paikkasi. Todella rauhallista ja lyhyt matka skytrainille. Majoitutaan mielellään uudestaan. Ainoa itseä haittaava oli hieman kiinteä patja. Mieheni taas tykkäsi, joten kyllä siinä hyvät unet sai. 😊

Nicole (9/5): Clean, minimalist rooms in a quiet location - I had a lovely stay at Tierra Residences. The apartments were clean, minimalist, and comfortable, and a quiet location away from Bangkok’s busier areas but near Ekkamai which has everything you need. The pool was peaceful, and overall it’s a great option if you prefer a low-key, short-term rental style of stay. The gym equipment was quite dated and could use better maintenance and cleaning. I also didn’t enjoy the attached restaurant and would not recommend it.
