• Sarul (1/5): - It is not a 4 bedrooms Villa. It only has 3 bedrooms. One so call bedroom is open closet kind of room on Terrace without any doors and toilet / bathroom. Every time the user has to come down the stairs to use the bathroom.

The villa was extremely comfortable for 4 Adults each staying in their own room The hostess was amazing and accommodating to our requests and even gave us suggestions for dinner and places to visit during our stay in Pattaya. Definitely recommend staying here. Whenever I’m in Pattaya, I’m staying here! Everything was amazing! No complaints

• Gavin (7/5): Good comfortable place but beware the extra costs - The property is spacious and has a great outside area for relaxing and entertainment along with a great pool. The layout of the house is perfect and plenty of room for a family to relax. Host was courteous and very helpful. Electricity is not included in the price - 50 units per day allocated which is not even enough to run the air conditioners and lights. I turned everything off on the second day and still had to pay an extra 500 baht as we used double the units so it’s not practical. I suggest a family would use 500-1000 baht per day of electricity if they are not careful. Cleaner charged extra out of the deposit despite the fact we cleaned up and I consider what they had to do was part of their normal fee - I.e beds showers and floors.
