- Roberta (5/5): Flat confortável, mas o atendimento precisa melhorar. - Cama muito aconchegante. Flat, no geral, bem equipado. Mini-mercado no edifício. Primeiro, o anúncio dizia 2 camas separadas (fiz o filtro na pesquisa neste sentido) O flat tinha um sofá -cama, que era duro, mas não tinha roupa de cama pra o sofá. E também o atendimento do anfitrião deixou muito a desejar. Estive sem tv, com criança pequena, e não resolveram, mesmo eu conversando por 3 dias. Um atendente ficava colocando a responsabilidade no outro. Só resolvi porque meu filho descobriu que o controle carregava com o carregador do celular. Ninguém veio ajudar.
