• Heather (1/5): Dirty apartment, won't be back... - The size and the outlook of the apartment. The configuration with each bedroom and bathroom either side of the living space. Large balcony. Unfortunately, the management of the property was outsourced to MADE COMFY who never followed through on all the issues. Superficially, the apartment looked clean upon entry but it was filthy - dishes and glassware put away dirty (many were cracked and chipped), surfaces covered in dust, balcony covered in bird excrement and cobwebs, carpets left unvacuumed. The washing machine was broken. I regularly made contact with MADE COMFY and was asked on three separate occasions to send photo evidence, which I did on each occasion. I was told that a refund was forthcoming. I have since followed-up regularly but have never received the promised compensation for the dreadful state of this property. We ended up cleaning all the dishes and glassware, vacuuming floors and washing down the balcony. It was extremely frustrating dealing with MADE COMFY as they were long on promises but short on delivery. I never again want to stay at any property managed by MADE COMFY.

• Sarabjit (1/5): Highly unprofessional and unreliable. - Nothing Around two days before my arrival date, I received a message that the property was ready, so by paying an extra $99, I could get early check-in. However, on the day of my arrival, I received a message that the property was unavailable due to a leak. I received this message about half an hour before my check-in time. Apparently, they were conducting a property inspection at that time. This incident happened on April 18th. Today is May 13th, and I am still contacting them for a refund, as I have not yet received one. Hiighly unprofessional and unreliable.

• Margaret (10/5): We loved the apartment and hope to stay there again on our next visit to Melbourne, as it is near our family, the airpor - Quiet, clean, well-equipped, private, in a good location, comfortable beds, quality furnishings, parking bay, top floor, lift, balcony, washing machine, cooking facilities including dishwasher, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, air-conditioning. Close to Highpoint shopping centre. Close to airport. Perfect for our needs. A credit to the owners. Only issue was that the ensuite shower was not draining freely, water was pooling, and needs attention. TV remote in main bedroom needed batteries. Instructions on how to find the apartment and the keys could be better: perhaps a map would be helpful. We drove around a fair bit looking for it. At the end of our stay, the keys could not be left on the kitchen bench without leaving the apartment unlocked, so we returned them to the lockbox.

• Roger (8/5): Very good - What a great location The laggy TV was really annoying. The bizarre functionality of the grill was annoying. The tired crockery was slightly annoying.
• Christopher (8/5): A fabulous stay - Quiet location with view, spacious, clean, not far away from the CBD The way to collect the key is a bit weird
• Jake (10/5): Exceptional - it was very cosy and comfortable , close to where we needed it to be and not that far from other places , picture’s definitely looked the same once we got there, we were really happy with the overall experience
• Nic (10/5): Exceptional - This cottage is so much more beautiful than we ever expected. It’s got the perfect cosy ambience and the little gifts (snacks, bath stuff, essential oils etc) were such a special treat. Proximity to the best lookout on the mountain is unmatched. Will be back!!
