Siempre atenta y dispuesta para que nuestra estancia fuese inmejorable. Номер и террасы отделаны качественными материалами. Удобная кровать, хорошего качества постельное белье, много полотенец аккуратно уложенных. Место расположение очень удобное, выход сразу на пешеходную улицу. Центр, все рядом.

• Christine (10/5): Un séjour parfait - Logement idéalement situé au centre de Palerme. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse avec une double exposition: à l'est avec une belle terrasse et au sud avec un balcon. Les deux´étaient équipés de mobilier de jardin. La chambre était parfaitement insonorisée vis à vis des bruits de la rue 6 étages plus bas. J'ai dormi parfairement. A l'arrivée j'ai trouvé des petits en-cas pour me restaurer et de l'eau dans le mini bar, tout cela mis gratuitement à ma disposition. Pour finir, une mention spéciale pour Simona, avec qui la communication a été irréprochable avant et pendant le séjour. En raison d'une arrivée tardive de mon vol, j'avais recu à l'avance toutes les instructions pour accéder au logement, vidéo Whatsapp à l'appui. J'ai meme recu une vidéo de la chambre. Merci infiniment Simona, pour votre gentillesse! Rien!
• Giordano Alberto (10/5): Spettacolare - Host gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, stanza nuova e pulita, terrazzino bellissimo che offre una vista su tutta Palermo. Posizione centralissima a due traverse dal teatro Massimo che permette di visitare tutto a piedi. Facilissimo da raggiungere dalla fermata del bus che arriva dall’aeroporto. Nulla tutto perfetto.

• Jürgen (9/5): - Wir können dieses Appartement mit Terrasse sehr empfehlen, es liegt im 6. Stock mit toller Aussicht, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Großes Badezimmer mit ausreichend Abstellflächen und Haken. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, in dem auch Weinflaschen Platz haben. Der self check in verlief völlig problemlos, es wurde vorab alles sehr gut per Video erklärt. Simona war per WhatsApp immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, hat bei Fragen sofort reagiert und Tipps gegeben und z.B. unseren Voucher für's Auto ausgedruckt, vielen Dank Simona! Es wäre schön, wenn es Gläser geben würde statt Plastik- oder Pappbechern.

Location in the heart of the old town, perfect for exploring the city of Palermo. The apartment was basic but comfortable. We were welcomed with complimentary snacks and soft drinks. • Louis (10/5): Rooftop privé.. que demander de plus?! - Appartement en plein centre historique (là où on aime marcher), et en même temps au 6eme étage d’un immeuble.. parfait pour se déconnecter du tourisme, on se sent presque en dehors de la ville! Balcon avec vue sur la ville, c’était génial. On pouvait déjeuner et manger au soleil sur notre petit rooftop privé, avec pleins de bons restaurants juste en dessous. Très propre, agréable, bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande pleinement cet établissement!!

Best location right in the heart of downtown. Very clean & comfortable. My room had 2 terraces overlooking all of Palermo. Up 6 flights ( elevator!) but above the noise. Also the details of the room, great shower, best towels ( with heating rack ) lighted closets , lighting was Superb in the room & terraces . Great security. Best of all Simone was so friendly & helpful, available anytime with help or suggestions. She will meet you at the property with a warm smile, and help with arrangements ( airport transfers etc. ). Overall great stay , I give it a 10 + Nothing

• van der Wielen (10/5): Zimmer mit Aussicht - Obwohl nur ein Online Check In vorgesehen war, wurden wir persönlich empfangen und mit allen Informationen versorgt. Auch der Kontakt im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der reservierte Parkplatz direkt nebenan war großartig, allerdings mussten wir uns durch das Straßengewirr der Altstadt quälen - ein Erlebnis für sich! Das Zimmer ist super, die Dachterrasse ein Highlight, leider konnten wir sie wegen des Regens nicht nutzen. Im Zimmer gab es Kaffee, Tee, salzige und süße Snacks, das Bett ist seeeehr bequem und die Lage unschlagbar zentral und absolut ruhig.

Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, dostępnych było mnóstwo udogodnień, które sprawiły, że czułam się komfortowo i swobodnie przez cały pobyt. Widać, że właściciele dbają o każdy detal. Brand new facilities throughout, light and airy. Might be too close to the tourist district for some, perfect location for others. This is a fully automated experience with onsite personal only a few hours a day. That said we found staff very responsive whenever contacted via phone.

• Oltjan (10/5): Sopra i tetti di Palermo. - Entrare in quella stanza e trovarsi letteralmente sui tetti di Palermo grazie ai due balconi, è un tipo di benvenuto da sogno. Un’altro benvenuto meraviglioso e quello della host che non solo mi ha atteso al mio arrivo, ma in stanza mi ha fatto trovare un kit abbondante di diversi tipi di snack (dolci e salati) e con bevande fresche nel piccolo frigo: acqua frizzante e naturale, succo di frutta, Fanta e coca. La stanza poi è grande, molto illuminata, pulitissima e con letto comodissimo. È dotata di tutto il necessario: frigo, un’armadio nuovo e abbastanza capiente anche per chi viaggia con valigie grandi, macchina del caffè e pure la teiera. Anche il bagno è grande, nuovo e con la doccia molto spaziosa. Grazie alla finestra è ben illuminato oltre che arieggiato. Oltre a tutte queste cose positive che sono merito degli host, altra cosa positiva è la posizione super centralissima. A due passi dal Teatro Massimo e in piena Via Maqueda, la famosissima e vivacissima via di Palermo. Scegliere questa struttura è stata una grande fortuna e spero che questa recensione aiuterà anche chi di voi po’ vorrà vivere questa fortuna. Assolutamente niente!

• Mattias (10/5): - Was für eine Terrasse, was für ein Ausblick! Suuuper zentral, mitten drin statt nur dabei sozusagen. Mein Zimmer war sehr modern, alles neu und sauber. Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, grosser Schrank. Alles bestens, nur das ich leider nur eine Nacht da war… Das Bett ist neu, aber eher auf der weicheren seite. • Loris (10/5): Magnifica Palermo - Settimo Cielo è in posizione perfetta per visitare Palermo , con brevi passegiate si raggiunge tutto , serve il Bus solo per visitare Monreale, in piu come si esce sulla strada, fatti venti metri ci si trova nella pedonale via Maqueda ,in zona del Teatro Massimo piena di ristoranti e bar. La camera è la migliore che io mi ricordi in tanti anni , grande , pulitissima , molto luminosa ,il letto e il cuscino comodissimi ,arredamento moderno e super funzionale . Il bagno è perfetto nuovo con doccia grande e finestra . La cosa poi che veramente fa la differenza sono le due terrazze , una meraviglia ,la prima da sui tetti di Palermo a due sedie e un tavolino , la seconda poi è spttacolare , molto grande ,arredata con tavolino sedie e due divanetti la vista spazia su via maqueda sulle cupole di varie chiese e sul mare . Super raccomandato Tutto perfetto ,questo è il posto che una persona vorrebbe sempre trovare , il voto dieci è poco ci vorrebbeance la lode
• Fabio (9/5): Una coccola nel cuore di Palermo - La struttura è molto confortevole e appena ristrutturata in ogni dettaglio. Nulla è lasciato al caso. Inoltre, la posizione a due passi dal Teatro Massimo rappresenta un grandissimo plus, perché permette di visitare comodamente a piedi il centro storico della città. Assolutamente nulla ho trovato tutto veramente impeccabile.

• Bohumil (10/5): Modernes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf Palermo - Anlässlich eines Opernbesuches hier übernachtet. Bei diesem modernen und sauberen Zimmer handelt es sich um einen Teil eines Penthouses, dessen Zimmer einzeln vermietet werden. Fünf Minuten vom Haus entfernt ist das Opernhaus, in den Straßen des Viertels sind zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants, so dass niemand hungern oder kochen muss. Es liegt im 6. Stock, ein altertümlich wirkender Aufzug ist vorhanden. Es gibt eine Küche, aber wer fährt zum Kochen nach Sizilien? Im Zimmer stehen Nespressomaschine, Kaffee, Tee und ein Wasserkocher für das Erstfrühstück bereit. Der Fernseher bietet TV- und Streamingkanäle. Das Bad ist angenehm geräumig und ist mit einer Regendusche ausgestattet. In der Nacht gab es kein fließendes Wasser, was vermutlich durch Rationierung bedingt ist, das kenne ich noch aus der Jugendzeit in Süditalien. Vom Balkon bietet sich ein schöner Blick auf Palermo. Das vorhandene WLAN ist ausgezeichnet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist mit 11 qm nicht groß, daher ist der ideale Nutzer eher ein Einzelgast, der mal entspannen möchte. Da fällt mir jetzt nichts ein. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber das weiß man vorher. Ich würde das Zimmer sofort wieder buchen.

• Stefa79 (10/5): - Al sesto piano di un palazzo antico la struttura gode di una splendida vista sulla città, le terrazze delle camere sono attrezzate in modo da rendere fruibili al meglio anche gli spazi esterni. Un valore aggiunto è la disponibilità di Simona e la sua estrema gentilezza e professionalità . In camera abbiamo trovato la disponibilità di un bollitore, della macchina per il caffè e anche degli snack La pulizia degli ambienti è davvero impeccabile.. Tutto perfetto. Nulla di cui lamentarsi.
• Anton Garcia (10/5): Excelente guest house en pleno centro historico - La habitacion es nueva todo reformado con mucho gusto, moderno y super limpio y no falta ningun detalle. Al estar en el sexto piso las vistas son increibles, desde la terraza se ve el centro historico y el mar. Esta ubicado en pleno centro historico pero esta muy bien aislado por lo que no se siente ningun ruido del exterior. Lo recomiendo al 100% , es un acierto seguro. Volveriamos sin dudarlo.

Location is right in old town, lot of shops and restaurant arround. The apartment was on the 6 th floor, because I don't like elevators, I usually walked 150 steps one way. The elevator was old, but it worked well. none
• Anna (9/5): - Przepiękny widok na dachy Palermo ! Nie było takich rzeczy .Jedynie czego zabrakło to kieliszków do wina i filiżanek do espresso. Wino i kawa wymaga specjalnego traktowania picie z plastikowych kubeczków nie jest tu adekwatne.
• Ailish (10/5): Perfect stay minutes from everything. - I liked the ability to self check in as we were arrving late. Beds very comfortable, views were amazing, extra touches were considerate. Shower was great as well as the TV. I also felt like Simone was very clear with instructions and quick to respond. The location is so central you are within walking distance of all sides so I will definitley return again for a longer stay. Having to leave so early.

• Stanka Nikolova (10/5): Great location! Breathtaking view! - Super location, beautiful room, and breathtaking view of the city. I highly recommend this accommodation and already envy everyone who will stay there in the future. It's located right in the heart of the old town in the pedestrian zone, surrounded by countless bars and restaurants. All the sights are just a few meters away. Communication with Simona was perfect, and all our questions were answered promptly. The instructions for self-check-in were very detailed and easy. We had room number 4, which had two terraces. The furnishings were new and very stylish. The bathroom was very large and equipped with toiletries. There's a coffee machine in the room with plenty of coffee capsules. There were also free snacks, chips, nuts, crackers, jam, juices, and water. The terraces were also superbly equipped. The smaller one had a table with two chairs. The larger terrace had two lounge chairs where you could comfortably relax, and also a table with two chairs. In the common area, there was a very well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. They really thought of everything to make guests feel incredibly comfortable. We are very happy that we booked there and would love to visit the city again just to stay in this accommodation. The photos I'm posting speak for themselves. Everything was perfect!!!

Room was a good size, clean, all essential amenities and massive private terrace with 180 views of the city, sea and mountains. One night the room staying next to me, we’re really loud and could hear a lot through the wall. But apart from that the stay was perfect.
