- Zlatko (10/5): - So happy that I booked this hotel for an additional night after the Ha Giang Loop. The place is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. So close to everything you could need during your stay. The staff again were friendly and helpful.

- natasha (10/5): - Staff are super friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable. And room is very clean. We hired a motorbike from the hotel, and one was dropped off in the afternoon at 5pm. The next morning, the guy came to collect it at 10am, saying the bike hire was not for 24 hours. I wouldn’t recommend hiring a bike through them, as the person they use doesn’t speak English, was quite rude, and it wasn’t clearly explained that the rental wasn’t for a full 24 hours like most places. He also took forever to fill out paperwork that didn’t make much sense 😔
