- Ma-ai (10/5): Beautiful comfortable 5 star apartment in central London - The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable with a nice white decor giving a light feeling to the place. The lighting and heating were easily controllable and customisable, and the projector in the living room was fun to use. The bed was very comfortable, and both the bathroom and kitchen were fully functional. It was a good amount of space for a couple with lots of storage room. Great location not far from London Bridge station with a view of the shard from the kitchen. Shops like Tesco are a minute walk away and plenty of nice food delivery options too. The customer service was extremely prompt, helpful and considerate with quick kind responses and detailed information packs and instructions. This was really appreciated and made for a relaxed smooth stay. We had a wonderful weekend here I would highly recommend this apartment. Very expensive but that’s just London unfortunately.
