- Edu E Isa (9/5): Bom custo benefício - É um apartamento bem confortável. Ótimos utensílios domésticos, filtro d'água, geladeira brastemp, forno elétrico que atua como airfryer, secador, amenidades para o banho, bons armários, difusor bem agradável pelo ambiente. A fechadura é digital e a portaria é virtual (necessidade de estar com o celular e internet). A localização é boa. Fica próximo a entrada da cidade, ao lado do outlet Centauro e da Bauduco. Contudo, a proximidade da rodovia traz barulho, mas nada que o fechar das janelas e do vidro atrapalhem. Tem piscina e academia mas não usamos. O chuveiro quente não funcionou na suíte e no banheiro social estava com a trava do chuveirinho quebrada, nisso escapava água pelo chuveirinho junto com o chuveiro.

- Eliana (7/5): Bom. - Um apartamento que acomoda muito bem uma família, fomos só 1 casal não precisamos usar os utensílios mais tem de tudo. Sofá confortável, instalação nova. Fácil acesso para entrar no condomínio, comunicação rápida com proprietário. Os cobertores estava com cheiro, lençol não estava limpo cheirava forte como se tivesse a tempos ali parado sem lavar. Só não sofri porque eu acabei trazendo o meu. Toalhas estavam limpas.
