- Lynn (8/5): - The apartment was very spacious with a huge main bedroom and bathroom. Great location in a quiet area looking towards Rod Laver Arena. A walk over the pedestrian bridge takes you to Flinders St station. Great having the undercover space as our friends decided to drive up as it was raining. It wouldn’t have been much fun having to get the key from a different location with luggage without a car. I was pestered by the MadeComfy team to upload my driving licence, which did not work on their system. After several phone calls and emails I thought it was sorted but I still received phone calls spoiling the whole previous evening and morning of arrival. Will not book through them again.
The television in the bedroom kept turning off which was frustrating. The shower was huge but not a great nozzle, very 80s bathroom.
There were no teabags, only green tea. Take all your own provisions, kitchen paper tissues etc.
The nearby trains didn’t bother me but some might not like them

the key was located at the general store located 1.5km's away, which was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. collection of the key,
- David (9/5): A great getaway close to Melbourne city, the MCG and Rod Laver Arena. - The property was in a wonderful location for us with the MCG so close. Also good location for a short walk to Fitzroy Gardens and the east of the city. Very spacious, including the bedrooms, master suite is enormous. Kitchen well set up with biggest array of glasses we’ve ever had at a rental. The extra toilet/powder room downstairs is a bonus with all wet areas very clean. Having only 1 set of keys was a challenge requiring lots of planning with 3 adult couples going to different football games and events. 2 sets would have helped greatly. Maybe a tea towel and some more dish washing liquid as we didn’t bother with the dishwasher for our small amount of dishes.

Hot air balloons floating past just a bonus
- Annette (9/5): Great location, excellent unit - clean and as advertised - Very clean. Ample kitchen dining kit. Wifi was a bonus. Checkout was very easy. Single key did make it hard to go in separate directions without lots of logistics. Eg husbands do their thing, wives the other.

Quick walk to lots of landmarks and public transport The floors were not clean at all, but communication about this was very good. I hope that they were able to get their cleaning team to sort for the next booking

- Mike (7/5): Great apartment for the three of us to stay in for the F1 weekend. - Location is little bit out of the way depending on your reason for staying but still close enough.
3 ply T.P. There was not enough condiments(coffee) supplied 3 people for 4 days needed more than 6 pods...
Only one set of keys available asked for another prior to stay but never heard back. And key pick-up was fine but our travel arrangements made it difficult to return them.

- Karina (7/5): Lovely spot, nice apartment slightly ruined by poor logistical considerations from the host - The location, room and comfort of the apartment were great. Everything was very clean. We were under the impression that there were two car parking spaces, but another car was parked in one of the spots for our whole stay which was inconvenient and costly in parking fees for us. The availablity if only one set of keys was massively inconvenient when dealing with people having to get out and about. Use of a code based entry system is more standard now and far more useful when dealing with more than one guest.

- Kylie (7/5): Rooms were great. Amenities were OK. Location was fabulous - Room sizes were great. Multi floor format very good. Location for MCG or Rod Laver Arena is exceptional. If you have transport key collection is easy, but collection with bags on public transport was very difficult
- Michael (9/5): Overall but the apartment itself and location etc was fantastic. - only receiving 1 key to access this apartment when there are 3 people staying, I would think 2 would be standard of which it is everywhere else i stay throughout Australia. It took 4 days to receive the 2nd set of keys. I think it should be noted when booking that this is the case this would have given us the opportunity to try to organise prior to arrival.
Overall but the apartment itself and location etc was fantastic.

The views of the city, large windows and balconies and having private parking was a bonus.
Shops, public transport and sporting complexes, cafe restaurants and free tram service was exceptional.
Would definitely come back.😃 Due to lack of maintenance on drain of bedroom 3 balcony caused over flooding due to rain. Had to perform some plumbing skills to help unblock.
Definately believe l need a discount for that as l was not expecting to be working on my holiday.🥴
Bedroom 2 had maintenance issues with light on ceiling and lamp flickering.
Television in bedrooms need to be looked at as none worked.

Size
Heaps of kitchen utensils and crockery
Car park Could not get the air con to work consistently.
No hand soap and a few more pepper and salt would be good as we stayed for a week.
On the expensive side but understandable for the position

Hot water service only allowed for 2 people to shower before water going cold.
Vacuum cleaner didn't work properlin
Odour in the laundry travelled in the bottom part of the department for a short time.

- Shanna (5/5): Pleasant - Spacious apartment 3 bedroom apartment with only 1 key provided. Lock box is outside the building so key cannot be taken out to lock box because you need the key to get back into the house. An issue if your group is coming home at different times of the evening.
We also arrived to find the dining table, flipped on its top with a leg missing. So we had no dining table to get work done between meetings.

Balconies offer amazing views of the city and the abundance of doors onto balconies made it so easy to get fresh air, and cool air, into the apartment.
It was perfect for the 3 of us. Very secure. Parking was an absolute bonus.
Such a great location too. Walking distance to parks, train station, and the city - also very close to the free, inner-city-circle of free trams.
Highly recommended for events at the tennis courts, cricket grounds, and Rod Laver Arena. Very easy access to these venues.
We really enjoyed being there. WiFi turned off very early on the morning of our departure. This made things very difficult for us - checking for our latest correspondence, looking up and booking taxis, checking air tickets and doing airline checkins online was impossible. Being international travellers, we relied on the internet. The router was working, but there was no internet service.
We could not find checkout instructions so we left the keys on the sideboard as you enter the apartment.
The pots and pans supplied don't work on the stove top - they are the wrong kind for an induction cooktop. We couldn't easily cook eggs for our breakfast. (We didnt use the microwave - it smelled - something has been burnt in it previously).
It didn't look at all like the place had been vacuumed, which was disappointing. Before we left we checked the place to ensure we had not left anything behind - we discovered there is rubbish under the bed in the main bedroom - not our rubbish. We didn't clean that up, we made no mess, and we didn't check under the other beds.
The kitchen cupboards and drawers all need cleaning. A few of the wine glasses are filthy. We cleaned the cups and water glasses that we needed to use, but left the rest for you. I started wiping all the food crumbs out of the drawers, but decided to leave things for you to sort. There was only 1 tea towel - it's not enough. We could have used a few plastic containers in the kitchen too, even takeaway ones.
We cleaned the Nespresso machine, intending to use it, but the milk heater/frother does not work. So we ended up not making any coffee there.
Can you put soap in every bathroom please (including/especially the powder room downstairs)?
Lastly nearly all the remotes did not have batteries. Some had batteries that had totally corroded, some one only had 1 battery, not 2. I cleaned some of the corroded battery housings.

Our conference was at the MCG so the convenience of being able to walk each day was great
Having access to two car spaces was useful We were very happy with all facilities
