Chelsea (8/5): Great Location! - The location was great, and the parking was easy and accessible. Having the entire apartment was convenient!
Mark (1/5): - N/A The property indicates pets welcome. After making a booking the property indicated they can allow two dogs, with a max weight for both of 40 lbs total. I advised that i have one dog that is over 40 lbs. they replied that i would have to cancel the reservation. I explained that they needed to cancel as they would not accept my pet. I sent a request via booking for the property to cancel and it was instantly denied. Cancelling on my end would be $700 per the site. This is 26 hours before the reservation was even to take place ! I submitted a second request and called booking support. The customer rep confirmed no details or limitations for pets are noted , and yet the booking is “ non refundable “. The booking rep called the property twice and after 45 minutes was able to get the booking cancelled. Ive never been so disappointed with customer service from a facility and would rate them as a negative 10 if i could.

Frank (8/5): - Location was quiet and well maintained. There wasn't a toaster in the unit. Also , the addition of televisions in the bedrooms would be a nice touch.
Chris (9/5): - Very easy to find, clean, and spacious Never did see a staff worker but I arrived after hours and left on Sunday when the office is closed but I never needed the staff anyways so doesn’t effect my stay one bit.
