• Anna (8/5): Spacious, clean, modern, feels more like a home than a hotel, but lacking kitchenware - Cute, easy to find, polite, friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed and bedding, good hot water, good working aircon, lifts. Nice for a few days stay. I loved the wall art, it was very clean and modern and I loved how big the space was. I felt like I was in a home not a hotel room. If they got kitchenware I'd readily stay here again and recommend it to others. We booked this place for the kitchen but there wasn't really any kitchenware provided so we barely used it, I'd strongly recommend they get a few plates, bowls, cutlery, a knight and chopping board, a pot, a pan, and a spatula or wooden spoon to actually make the kitchen usable (since I don't think any of us travel with a bunch of kitchenware!). It's pretty useless otherwise. It was a little further from the centre (10-15 mins walk) of old town centre, but a cute, safe feeling area, great if you'd like a little distance from the big crowds. Had some great restaurants close by, and super easy to get around with grab anyway. The people in our neighbouring room were loud late into the night our first not, which was disruptive but not the hotels fault.

• tina Thx (9/5): - Die Herren am Empfang waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte hervorragend schlafen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits und daher ruhig. Die Größe des Zimmers Nr. 502 war wie auf den Bildern. Es gab einen richtigen französischen Balkon. Wasserhähne scheinen in Vietnam öfters nicht fest zu sein. Mit Essig könnte man das Bad und die Armaturen länger erhalten.

• Kim Lavrijsen (9/5): Rustgevend - Fijn contact voor aankomst. De volgende ochtend rook onze kamer erg naar riool. Het personeel reageerde hier direct op en we kregen een andere, luxere, kamer aangeboden voor dezelfde prijs. Erg vriendelijk! Het appartement was schoon, licht en heel ruim, maar hier en daar lagen haren die niet van ons waren. Je loopt zo naar het drukke gedeelte van de stad. Fijne locatie als je dicht bij de stad wilt verblijven, maar ook dicht bij de snelweg wilt verblijven voor een snelle verbinding naar het vliegveld.

• Uwe (10/5): Große Zimmer in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. - Sehr große Zimmer zu einem sehr guten Preis und die Lage ist trotz einiger Gehminuten zum Old Quarter exzellent, da ruhiger wie im Old Quarter. Herr Minh an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und dies in einem sehr höflichen Deutsch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

L'emplacement est calme, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Je ne peux que recommander !! Encore merci à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons sans hésitation ! :)

All the staff are excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Minh who I mainly conversed with at the front desk during the day.

• Ludovica (10/5): - It was clean, specious and perfect for a night. Nice big bed nice bathroom with closed shower, many towels, water, tv and kitchen. No noise at all. It’s 7 minutes from Hanoi railway station and really close to the old quarter. They greeted us at 6am right after we arrived with the train. We made the booking last minute and they were so nice. The guy at the reception is such a kind person. We’re really glad we got to stay here. Truly recommend it to everybody. nothing at all.

• Michael Andrew (9/5): Great room, loads of space in a good location - Nice room in a good location, not too far away from the old quarter. A little noisy at night, newish, good hospitality. The bed was too hard for me (personal preference), but I did sleep ok. Kitchen appliances and the bathroom shower screen could do with a better clean, not terrible but could be better.
• SuKyoung (6/5): 사진에서는 알수없는 단점들이 좀 피곤했습니다. - 위치는 좋은편이라 덜 시끄럽고 매연도 적었습니다. 객실내 공간도 여유있어서 편하고 TV도 잘 연결되었습니다. 가성비가 좋다고 생각했습니다. 욕실 하수구냄새가 계속 심하게 나서 문을 닫아둬야하고 특히 욕실청소상태가 아숴웠습니다. 또한 침대시트와 베개에서도 청결하지못한듯 몹시 안좋은 냄새가 나서 잠잘때 불편했습니다.
• Heidemarie (9/5): Jederzeit wieder 😊 - Sehr freundliches Personal, sauber und in einer sehr guten Lage um das Viertel und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das zwar eine Küche vorhanden war aber ohne Kochutensilien. Und leider hatte der Fernseher keinen Empfang. Was für uns nicht schlimm war. Da wir viel unter waren und somit die Street Food genießen konnten.

• Natasha (10/5): - The hosts are very nice, we requested check-in early in the morning and they opened the door for us, which was very much appreciated. The room is big and clean, has a balcony and equipped with everything you need. The location is great, just at the edge of old quarter, a bit behind the chaos. It is not clearly states that you have pay at the property, as other hotels have done. Booking requests card details and this is a bit confusing, because you expect that the room is already paid in advance. All guests are informed of this before leaving, instead of being states in booking description.

• Annika (10/5): Toller gemütlicher Aufenthalt! - Minh und die anderen Rezeptionisten waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend und konnten uns bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen. Minh konnte sogar sehr gut deutsch! Das Zimmer war hübsch gestaltet und war noch geräumiger als erwartet. Das Bett war das bequemste, was wir auf unserer einmonatigen Asienreise hatten. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! In das Bad zog teilweise ein unangenehmer Geruch (Zigaretten), den man durch den Abzug jedoch rasch selbst beseitigen konnte.

• Shereena (10/5): Perfekt! - Die Unterkunft ist perfekt! Die Mitarbeitenden sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie sprechen sogar deutsch :). Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, gross modern und hat alles was es braucht. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben lange nach einem Hotel gesucht, welches mitten in Hanoi liegt und uns gut schlafen lässt. Am Tag von der Abreise durften wir unser Gepäck da lassen und konnten uns noch umziehen bevor es an den Flughafen ging. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder! Danke für alles.

The staff was great, they helped us with a lot of things. The location was really good for us, just a little outside the old quarter so calmer and close to truc Bach and Ngu Xa island (great beers). We’ll come back here if we come back to Hanoi !

• Szymon (10/5): - Bardzo spokojne miejsce jak na Hanoi. Pokój obszerny , w zupełności wystarczający , o dobrym standardzie. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Zostawiłem w obiekcie część bagażu na 2 tygodnie , po powrocie czekał na mnie w pokoju. W dniu wyjazdu zostawiliśmy w obiekcie cały bagaż , aż do odlotu. Wymeldowanie do godz 12:00 (super) , zameldowanie przez całą dobę (jak się umówisz) Cena bardzo przyzwoita. Okolica ciekawa , prawdziwe Hanoi Warto trochę zadbać o łazienkę. Poza tym jest OK. Cena pozwala przymknąć oko na drobne niedociągnięcia , a uśmiech właścicieli rozjaśnia dzień
• Louis (10/5): Excellent stay in Hanoi! - We stayed in Hanique twice. Nice quiet modern well equipped spacious room with a nice touch of art. Well situated. Just a few minutes walking to the old town and from a few good restaurants and Cafés (Engels just in front or 5 Spices / FUKU next street). Very good communication throughout our stays. Very responsive staff. Hot shower with good pressure. Fast Wifi. They kept our luggage’s for a week while we were away in northern Vietnam. Strongly recommended. Breakfast included or optional ?

Despite being so central, the hotel is located on a quiet street — a rare and very welcome feature in Hanoi. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos, with no unpleasant surprises. Everything felt comfortable and well organized. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again. /

• Anna (10/5): Great place to stay in Hanoi - Hanique was really nice. The room was really spacious, lots of daylight, the bed was one of the biggest I've seen and it was really comfortable. Staff was really nice too. The area is good. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, walking distance to Old town but it's not so hectic. The cafe of Hanique wasn't operating during my stay so I can't say anything about it. I would just add a couple more pillows to the bed. The room is not sound proof so you will hear some traffic noise in the room even though Hanique is in a small peaceful corner (but a big street is near). But the noise wasn't that bad as in many other places in Hanoi. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

• Dorine166 (10/5): Home away from home! - Absolutely loved staying here! My partner had his birthday whilst we were here and the staff surprised him with a cake. We had so much fun hanging out with the staff. They really put the ''home'' in homestay! We even came back and stayed again. The second time they organised a lovely dinner and drinks with us. We really hope their business will thrive because they absolutely deserve it. Facilities and location are good. And whenever something is missing or faulty they will fix it straight away. There is no doubt we will stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

• Markus (10/5): - Wirklich eine außergewöhnlich gute Unterkunft mit extrem netten Mitarbeitern. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen sehr gutes Englisch und einer sogar deutsch. Die Zimmer sind top modern und die Lage ist super. Man ist sehr schnell im Old Quarter und auch direkt vor Ort gibt es gute Restaurants, Cafes, etc. Ruhig ist es ebenfalls durch die Lage in einer Nebenstraße.

• Anna (10/5): Great value Homestay in Hanoi - New modern home stay. Very clean with good facilities and helpful staff :) I would stay here again. Good location in Hanoi in a slightly quieter part of the city but you can walk to the old quarter in 15 mins and there is lots of local food places and coffee shops.

• Holly (8/5): - In a great location to walk into the heart of the old quarter. Also very easy for the use of the local bus to and from the airport if this is how you’re arriving/departing (1 minute walk up to the main road). Despite the location, it was very quiet with spacious and airy rooms, good air and con and even a Juliet balcony with french doors meaning fresh air in the day. Hot water and good shower pressure. The ground floor is a cafe and so breakfast or coffee if you need. A big thank you to the two lovely men on reception. So welcoming and could not do enough for you! Very polite and immediately responsive to anything you need - thank you 😊
