- Carolina (1/5): Please don’t go! Take my advise! - Location was ok. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in my life. The apartment looks cute from the outside, but inside it’s full of cheap things—we even gave it a nickname: “Shein House.” When we arrived, the dishwasher wasn’t working, which was a big inconvenience since we had to wash dishes every day. The bed sheets were low quality, and the bath towels were so small they looked like hand towels. The apartment had only four pieces of cutlery and very few plates. Basic items like a pasta strainer, salt shaker, and pepper holder were missing. They also provided only three trash bags for a seven-night stay and just four rolls of toilet paper—there wasn’t even a single roll of paper towels. They never fixed the dishwasher, and the vacuum cleaner was terrible. I requested a one-hour late check-out, and of course, they didn’t grant it. On top of that, the cleaner knocked on the door at 11:02 AM while I was still leaving with my luggage—she even entered the apartment while we were still moving out. Absolutely no tolerance for late check-out. The building was a mess. The elevator took ages to arrive, was always crowded, and the reception was constantly packed with too few staff members. I ordered something from Amazon, and it took them two days to find it, due to the complete disorganization of the place. There was only one doorbell available for carrying luggage and picking up deliveries. Summary of my stay: terrible, awful. If you’re used to staying in nice places, do not stay here.
