Melanie (5/5): Nice rooms at a nice property, but needs to improve its overall maintenance. - When we first walked in the room it was a "Wow" - nicely furnished, airy, well laid out. The swinging chair on the balcony was so pleasant. We felt fortunate to have a full kitchen and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and cooled down the room quickly. The area is completely gated and felt very safe. We suggest more maintenance for the unit we stayed in. Here is a list of items that need repaired in the room we stayed in: 1. The skylight leaks and drips water on the bed. It rained and our bed was wet. 2. TV was not connected to internet, we couldn't watch it. 3. Toilet seat is not connected to base making it wobbly. 4. Container for hair conditioner in the shower was broken and off the wall. 5. Bathroom faucet is loose and wobbly. 6. Need a sign in the shower to to explain how to operate hot and cold water, we wasted a lot of water trying to figure it out. 7. Microwave is excessively dirty. 8. Need an outlet by the coffee maker, we had to make coffee on the floor next to the floor outlet. 9. Trashcan lid does not function. 10. Chair at kitchen table has legs installed backwards and is unstable. 11. Pathway to our room has gravel instead of solid surface, unable to roll bags to the stairwell. 12. Wi-fi did not function the first night, and then when it did, it was slow and glitchy. 13. Hot tub's water was cool both nights we were there. 14. Very loud rooster next door that made noise all day, not just in the morning, he was so confused! Not the hotel's fault, but still annoying all day. 15. Suggest putting more prominent infomation on the booking sight to let clients know that there are a lot of stairs to go up to get to the second floor with no elevator option. Hauling our heavy suitcases up that many stairs was very difficult.
Stefanie (5/5): Average. - Boutique feeling. Top-notch cleanliness is lacking as there was a small blood stain on pillow case & trail of ants in the room. A couple of welcome bottles of water would have been nice as there aren’t any convenience stores within a good walking distance.

Mikayla (10/5): Peaceful and tranquil home for a private getaway. - I loved everything about this place. Most times I never spend time at the actual place I’m staying at but the amenities were perfect for relaxation. The rooftop rooms are my favorite. Be mindful all the kitchen areas are shared with other guests and living on the 2nd floor is a shared space. When I booked fortunately we shared space with a lovely couple and we all partied together. Check in process but they definitely made up for it.

Griffin (4/5): With simple upgrades this could be a wonderful stay. - The aesthetic, the outside and pool area looks exactly like the pictures. The patio door on the first floor doesn’t lock or stay closed, we had problems with the AC unit switched rooms then had no TV remote. The doors are thin so you can hear everything. We left 2 days into our 5 day vacation and stayed somewhere else.

AlayJah (7/5): My stay at Couoles Suites was decent. I like that its gated at the front by not at the actual property. The gate at the - I like that its gated. What I didn't like about the property is that it was a bit difficult to find the main entrance. My King Studio room sliding door wasn't locking so i felt a bit unsafe. Everywhere I go I had to take my personal belongings and leave everything else in the room. The Ac was super cold at the beginning but began to blow like a fan which made the room hot.The balcony is nice but could clean up a bit.
