• Lydia (5/5): - The location was excellent and the apartment was fine. Before arriving they contacted us to say that they'd been told the air conditioner was broken but had fixed it. When we got there the air conditioner was not working. Decided to read the reviews from November and found that the last guest had discovered the powerpoint itself didn't work - we double checked and that was true. So why did the accommodation go to the effort of lying to us about it being fixed? And why not buy an extension cord since the last guest had already informed them of that specific powerpoint not working 10 days beforehand. Very odd. Were also only provided with 2 towels despite the booking being for 3. Was told it was their policy to only have enough towels for the beds in the accommodation. In which case why allow for up to 4 guests if you're not going to provide for more than 2 guests? Also the previous guest had complained of stains on the wall above the couch and they were still there.
• Bella (4/5): Value for money was good, wouldn’t stay again. - Location was great, size of apartment vs value for money was good. I booked room for 3 guests, was only provided with 2 towels, 1 flannel, used bath mat that was left on the bench and half a roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. I had inquired about extra towel for 3rd person / replacement for the used ones plus extra toilet paper and was told it would be a $70 charge. That aspect was just not good enough. Some areas were quite dirty (window sills, walls, bathroom, fridge) as well as significant mould in the bathroom. The power point where the heater was plugged in didn’t work so we had no heater for our stay nor was there any cooling system which made it uncomfortable.
• Annette (3/5): - So after a terrible start with checking in and getting key which should not of taken 2 hrs to sort out , been told we dont need key or fob or code for main entrance and just meet cleaner there. We did indeed did need one of them . Had to wait for a random person to turn up and went in with them to then go up and get key off cleaner. Having more than one key would of been so much better . Only 2 towels for 3 people had to buy one. Barely any coffee and that. Bathroom floor was dirty. Bedroom window didnt shut properly so when it rained out stuff got damp if was left near it. Wifi didnt work nor the aircon beds was lumpy all in all not a great place . Would like a partial refund
