Karen (9/5): Lovely clean hotel would definitely visit again. - Location was good right across from the beach & plenty of bars, restaurants & shops nearby. Food was good always found something to eat. Not sure where they serve snacks if you are all inclusive. There is no actual snack place might just be in the restaurant. The pool is fine for cooling down but u can’t swim in it. It’s too small & there isn’t a lot of sun loungers. We normally found some later in the afternoon. I think you would probably struggle in the height of summer but apart from that a really nice hotel.

Borja (8/5): Hotel renovado completamente, con buenas instalaciones y buena ubicación. - La ubicación Que no tuviese una piscina climatizada para los clientes en lugar del Spa. Antiguamente el hotel se llamaba Magic Fenicia y poseía una piscina climatizada en la parte inferior que ofrecía un gran servicio cuando en el exterior no hacia calor (épocas de semana santa entre otras).Actualmente si no te hospedas en Todo Incluido no puedes hacer uso del Spa de manera gratuita.

David Beniamin (10/5): Desconexión total y un trato de diez. - Increíble la atención desde antes incluso de llegar al hotel, nos llamaron para darnos un contacto directo por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa y ese detalle ya marca la diferencia. Una vez allí, nos subieron de categoría la habitación sin esperarlo, lo cual fue un puntazo. Disfrutar del jacuzzi privado y la calidad de la comida (mucha variedad y todo riquísimo) ha sido lo mejor para resetear este fin de semana. Da gusto cuando te tratan así de bien. Por comentar un par de detalles, nos dio rabia no poder probar la piscina infinita porque estaba en obras, ya que tenía una pinta estupenda. También que nuestra habitación daba a un lateral y las vistas eran a otro edificio, pero la verdad es que disfrutamos tanto de la habitación, el jacuzzi y la comida, que eso al final fue lo de menos. Nos vamos muy satisfechos con la experiencia general.

Zamknięte oraz ten na dachu względem zdjęć pozostawia wiele - Idealna Lokalizacja Ciągły brak możliwości zaparkowania, cienkie ściany i drzwi. Umywalka w pokoju jeszcze by uszła gdyby nie to że odpływ co chwilę bulgotał. Brak miejsca żeby się przebrać chociażby gdyż nie ma tak naprawdę tam łazienki tylko kabina prysznicowa w pokoju i mała toaletka.

The.breakfast choice was good and the rooms were large and well equipped with a large walk in shower which was excellent. Our balcony overlooked a multi story car park which was being built.

Didelis gėrimų, kokteilių pasirinkimas. Kambariai, švarūs, tvarkingi, puikiai tvarkomi. Negirdėjome būdami kambaryje jokio pašalinio triukšmo. Labai nedidelis baseinas ant stogo, o beje jis vienintelis lauke. Labai mažai gultų, atėjus vos po 10 val. (atsidaro nuo 10 val.), jau sunku surasti laisvą. Jei norėsite į spa, tai patarimas regisruotis 4-5 dienos prieš atvykstant.

Upgraded for anniversary with jacuzzi on terrace Small bed seven though upgraded as only a double. Jacuzzi took entire terrace room up so would’ve rather not had it. See view from terrace to right but hotel very close opposite balcony. Roof top bar not tidy and music very loud. Staff fabulous though and has great potential. Paid for room extension till 4pm then at 3.30 another couple tried to get in as were given this room! Not good

Receptia nu a vrut sa dea in primire camera celei de a doua familie chiar daca au aratat confirmarea ..nr de la confirmare ..emailul ,spunand ca daca nu ajunge familia care a rezervat nu le poate da camera de fel decat sa cumpere alt bilet. Receptia lasa de dorit.

Y eso que cogimos habitación con balcón. La reserva la hice desde la app y como no coincidía con quien se hospedaba en la habitación (fue reserva conjunta de grupo) NOS COBRARON 30 EUROS POR HABITACION EXTRA. En teoria por tema legal que por lo visto con 60 euros se solucionaba el tema legal.... No creo que volvamos a este alojamiento. Trato del personal muy frio. Deberían hacer un cursillo de "trato al cliente" si quieren que funcione.

FRANCESCA (10/5): Ci torneremo! - Pulizia fantastica delle camere, staff gentile e la posizione é davvero ottima, ci siamo divertiti moltissimo, abbiamo dormito da Dio, i letti davvero comodi e c’era silenzio nelle ore notturne. Mangiato benissimo, il buffet é ben fornito, c’è di tutto ed é comodissimo mangiare così con i bambini perché si riesce a servirli immediatamente. Molti bicchieri della sala da pranzo erano sporchi (con ancora con lo stampo dei rossetti di chi li aveva usati)

Cristobal (8/5): - La ubicación y el servicio Muchos de los servicios que ofrece el hotel son de pago y no viene reflejado en la página de Booking. Al llegar al hotel y preguntar por dichos servicios, es cuando nos hemos enterado que eran pagando. Si llegamos a saber que eran pagando, no habíamos elegido ese hotel para pasar unos días. Cierta información sobre el hotel no es verídica...

Izabella (10/5): - Buenos dias. El hotel es moderno, limpio y acogedor. El trato del personal muy amable. Aqui tengo que dar las gracias al Sr. Daniel, que nos trato personalmente , para sentirnos clientes Vip. Volvere sin duda. Es dificil de aparcar el coche, si no hay sitio en el hotel.

Muy cómodos la comida muy bien y la limpieza y organización de 10, muy contentos con el servicio en general, los y las camareras del restaurante inmejorables, atentos y profesionales, el servicio de limpieza muy amable y atento, y las chicas de recepción excelentes y agradables y muy amables, y el chico de entretenimiento muy amable y simpático y buena persona La cafetería, trato muy desagradable, malas miradas y malos gestos por parte de la camarera ,los cafés que pedimos con leche fría tuvimos que pedir vasos para enfriar por qué no se podían beber, el café es caro para esa mala atención, si no volvería a este gran hotel es por que tenemos que salir fuera a tomar café y copas por qué no nos sentimos cómodos con los camareros de los cafés. El chico y la chica, nada profesionales y muy lejos del buen trato a los clientes.

Morris (10/5): We had a great time and we will be back again - Very modern and lovely location. Also it was great to walk straight out of the terrace to the kids pool. The bar area at the kids pool shut at 14:00. Also having a shower in the living room didn’t give you much privacy.
julian (10/5): Great hotel. Brilliant location. A must stay. - It’s in a great location. Spotlessly clean. Great facilities. Nothing apart from the front of house staff weren’t the friendliest. The cleaning staff were brilliant. Very happy and polite as well as superb at their jobs.

maria jose (10/5): Regalo de cumpleaños - Todo en general, el personal muy amable, tatiana, del buffet fue de 10, el señor que estaba de vigilante, no se el nombre, muy atento, volveria, sin duda, lo unico, el aparcamiento, no estaba disponible, y nos costo encontrar aparcamiento Pedimos cena fria, pues llegamos 11 de la noche, y hubo un error de comunicacion, no la tenian, pero nos lo compensaron con creces con varias sorpresas de cumple, superagradecidos, gracias.
Laura (1/5): Pésimo buscaré otros hoteles por la zona que no sean esta cadena de magic - Nada desde el principio a las 7 de la tarde que llegue el señor de recepción poca empatía y nos da una habitación no corresponde a lo contratado ya no sé si fue aposta el habitación sin espacio el lavabo pegado a la cama el baño en otro lado mi cama pegada a la pared al día siguiente lo hablo en recepción y me dan mi habitación correspondiente a la mañana siguiente los contrarios de racismo increíble mi alojamiento ha sido por trabajo no hemos estado apenas en el hotel se comunica al sucdirector de hotel VILLA ESPAÑA y nos pide perdón con una comida que por supuesto rechazo cojo las maletas a primera hora y dejo el hotel Nada ni personal ni trato ni nada racistas nunca he vivido esto
Christelle (8/5): - Le rooftop, la chambre et l'emplacement de l'hôtel Le personnel du restaurant qui n'est pas très souriant et comprend difficilement l'anglais et encore moins le français. Le restaurant qui manque de luminosité. Pas d'escalier entre le 1er étage et le rez-de-chaussée, Nous étions obligés de prendre l'ascenseur.
