Hamilton (6/5): Okay but needs more improvement - The size and location of the property was great. The neighborhood and neighbors were pleasant. Property support was easy to reach. Nice old home newly remodeled. The property seemed rushed to be completed. There were many appliances and pieces of furniture with packaging or tags for assembly present (even price tags still on items). Shower curtain in one bathroom kept falling down. One of the curtain rods on the top floor was on the ground and had been ripped clean from the wall. TV remote from one bedroom missing. Extra remote in big living room we never figured out what it went to. Front porch light not close enough to the front door, couldn't see the number pad to unlock the door in the dark. There was a kitchen knife with a chunk from the blade missing. Chairs at dining room table were cheap and the support bars between the legs kept coming apart from the legs. Trash and recycle pick up not explained well, we thought it was our responsibility to take the containers to the curb, but then someone showed up that night to put them out by the street. We had no awareness that someone would be showing up.
