• Charlotte (10/5): Great! - Beautiful modern rooms with a decent sized balcony. Very comfortable. The whole building was warm and done up nicely. There was a small hiccup with the room we booked which was resolved quickly by a lovely girl at reception - despite the language barrier! We arrived too late to use the pool and bar but would happily stay again so… maybe next time! Nothing.

Mes enfants et moi-même avons également apprécié les échanges avec les résidents 😊😊 Le " mépris " de la responsable ou directrice je ne sais pas mais ça dénote avec le reste du personnel... nous avions l'impression de déranger...

• Jason (10/5): We wanted a secure, safe place to stay while in area of Dunkirk and got it. - Friendly staff that did their best to be helpful. Apartment was large, excellent facilities inside and very clean. Supermarket across road was useful. Secure, locked carpark available for a responsible fee. I could not rationally fault the accommodation. It met my expectations of what I thought we booked. When booking the accommodation clearly says apartments are part of a senior residential building which is clear when there just as you see and meet a few while walking around, this was fine for us and once in apartment its just like any other apartment booking. What I would say is though as people are living here a level of respectfulness is necessary so well behaved children is more suited here.

Lidl opposite the property. I wasn’t aware that the apartment was in a retirement village beforehand but this wasn’t an issue for us.

• Daniel (9/5): Magnifique séjour - L'accessibilité des bâtiments, la piscine et le sauna (ouvert de 8h à 20h) et un appartement franchement confortable... Literie parfaite, cuisine fonctionnelle.... Un personnel au top... Bien mieux qu'une chambre d’hôtel à deux... Un seul badge par appartement (à deux adultes, il faut faire un choix...), et un parking dont l'entrée par badge est un peu complexe... Mais le personnel est aux petits soins, et la réponse est rapide et arrangeante....

• perus (9/5): agréable et propre ! - appartement très propre, très confortable, les équipements sont très bien comme le micro-ondes qui fait mini four. La piscine est super et bien propre même si à mon goût elle était un peu froide (27°). C’est top d’avoir un lidl juste en face. On a le choix entre le parking privé sécurisé à 5€ la nuit et le parking public gratuit. Balcon très sympa. Il y avait 2 petits fauteuils 1 place, mais il serait plus confortable de mettre un canapé 2 places. Dommage que la télé ne puisse pas se connecter au wifi de l’appartement. Selon moi le départ se fait trop tôt (maximum 10h du matin) il serait préférable de reculer jusqu’à au moins 11h30/12h.

The kids loved having a balcony and their own space That the swimming pool closes at 5pm the same time as check in so had to use it at 8am as the kids wanted to go in it

• HAYET (9/5): Acceuil et logement très agréable. - Un lieu spacieux, agréable et confortable dans une résidence récente. La literie est très confortable, et le lieu est bien équipé. La salle d'eau est grande, particulièrement la douche avec un accès facile (a niveau) et de l'espace. Le personnel de la résidence est très sympathique, serviable et l'accès est très simple. Un peu plus de pression dans la douche ? 2 téléviseurs mais aucun connecté, dommage... Quelque condiments (sel poivre huile, etc.) seraient les bienvenus, on se déplace rarement avec et cela permettrait de profiter de la cuisine.
• habiba (8/5): Calm surroundings - If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and the option to cook your own meals, this residence is well located. Do keep in mind that it is a care residence and you will notice that in the atmosphere, but it didn’t cause any issues for me. Having a supermarket right across the street was also very convenient.
