• Cristina (9/5): - Muy cerca del arco de triinfo. Buena ubicacion. Al lado del .metro Faltababan utensilios como abridor para botellas de vinl, rayador, paños de cocina. En general elegimos este tipo de alojamiento para cocinar una vez al dia, debe haber de todo.

• Muhammad Farrukh (3/5): Great location, awful place. - Great location, and that's about it. Extremely difficult to get into the property with incorrect instructions initially provided. We were locked out for hours until another video was sent on how to open the door. The apartment stank of stale cigarettes, no soap is supplied in toilet, the shower head is broken and the shower floods. The kitchen has a fridge which is half pulled out so you cannot access the washing machine.
• Simon (9/5): The stay was wonderful and would absolutely recommend this accommodation - I really liked just how easy it all was from start to finish, the information given throughout made the trip to this new city a wonderful experience along with a lovely accommodation for me and my family.

• Lou (4/5): Merveil family suite - Property was in a great location and the hosts were super responsive although didn't fix all issues. The property had a leak when we arrived and there was water all over the floor. We were asked to put towels down to deal with it and maintenance dealt with it the next day. Also the bathroom wasn't clean, the shower had very low pressure and the apartment was in generally poor repair. Kitchen was limited, not easy to prepare a meal

• Ian (5/5): Nice location on the west of town but the property needs updating and the locks need fixing - Location was great, near to the metro on a busy road The apartment is a little shabby and we had trouble with a couple of locks. The lock to get inside the building is very tricky and has to be done in a particular way to get it. We weren't told about this in advance but on contacting the property owner were sent a video showing us how to make it work. The lock to the bathroom kept jamming, once trapping someone inside. The property owner was responsive and sent someone around to fix the lock, but this didn't resolve the issue.

• Marin (10/5): Everything was perfect - We had a great time in this apartment. Very nice for big groups as we were 2 families of four. It was warm and it gave you the feeling of being in your own home. The location was very good. The arc de triumphe was only 5 minutes on foot and the Eiffel tower was only 30 minutes. The metro was just 1 minute away and we used it to get to Louvre museum. I would recommend this apartment for big groups or two families. Everything was perfect
• Anirudh (8/5): Spacious apartment in central Paris - Spacious place. Well equipped kitchen. Coffee pods were supplied. Cleaned well. 5 minutes walk from champs Elysee. Shower was Powerful. Charging points are hidden near dining table. Look out for them. There is no lift and old people should take into account as they may have to drag heavy luggage upstairs. Some rusted piping under sink basin needs maintenance. Hot water runs out when second person is having a shower. So you'll need to wait for hour or so before the heating system has enough water for someone to have a shower. The building door key is very difficult to use and took us a good 5 minutes of fiddling each time we tried to open the glass door. Square pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep on. They look like sofa pillows. There were repeated emails from the property with same information which was boring. But there was no personal contact with anyone so ideal for young travellers but not so good for tourists who actually like dealing with humans.

• Sandra (8/5): fabulous location, comfortable apartment with good facilities, could do with a dishwasher! - the location was fabulous and the living space very spacious and very comfortable communication the the Merviel team was excellent they were very helpful No dishwasher was quite frustrating, rather have dishwasher than washing machine! the shower room and toilet were quite shabby and had issues with the shower flooding but they resolved this very quickly, curtains to bedrooms were quite thin and as these were on to the main road felt a little exposed!
• Amanallah (7/5): Located in a very nice location and specious bedrooms. - 3 bed apartments. Quite spacious and cosy. No air conditioning and the couch were not very clean and not very Parisian. Fans were provided but the cables were on the floor that can be risky for children.
• Will (8/5): Spacious apartment in a fantastic location. - The location is exceptional, both for tourist activities but also the local area has plenty of to offer in easy walking distance. There is a Metro station quite literally out side the building so you can get anywhere easily. The bedrooms have pleasant street view and are comfortable with lots of storage. I guess the common areas/kitchen/bathrooms are a little tired and could do with a little updating but it’s in an old building so I appreciate this isn’t always straightforward. Not a big deal really.

• Marshall (8/5): Paris is such a beautiful city and the Apartment made our 2 night stay delightful. - We loved how close the location was to the Metro and loved that the apartment had 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms were especially pretty with nice bedding and comfortable beds. The apartment’s heat was on when we arrived. We had a difficult time cooling down the space. The staff was quick to answer my questions via the app which we appreciated. We ended up opening up the windows in order to cool the apartment quicker.

We came at 15, entered apartment at 16 o'clock, because there was no key and we had to wait for emergency key. After we came, saw obsoletely dirty accommodation. Cleaning came very fast, but took 3 more hours, so we had to go out to take a walk trip under the rain.

• Anna (6/5): Never again. - The accommodation was in a good location. The rooms were big. The communication with the host was horrible. And it was not obviously clear that we had to block the deposit of 2500€ on our credit card. It was just one very small bathroom for 6 people. And we had bed bugs!!!!

Deposit and key access were difficult but soluble. Taking photos and uploading at arrival and departure was time-consuming but it worths the time.

• Christopher (6/5): The facility was fine, and who knows if anything could have been done to avoid the bed bugs. - Bed bugs were a problem, though Merveil responded quickly and admirably.
• Seo (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and roomy for sleeping. It was also convenient to use the washing machine, and having a dryer function was very nice. It was convenient to be located right in front of the subway station, making it easy to travel anywhere in Paris. One downside was that the water drainage in the shower stall was a bit slow.

• Kartal (7/5): Good - Location, it was clean Keys to do front door wasn’t working properly. On our last night there was a lot of noise from upstairs neighbours. Toilet door weren’t shutting properly.
• Andrea (6/5): Not great - The location is very Good and the subway is right outside. The bedeooms were decent size. The apartment felt cheap. The pillows, the towels, the sheets, the furniture. The shower is terrible, i am a very small person and i barely fit. When we arrived the keys didnt open the door and we had to call multiple times for them to explain how to open the door because the keys would not fit properly. Price is too high for the quality of the apartment.

• Luiza (10/5): Beautiful, romantic, modern apartment in the heart of Paris. - Perfect place to stay in Paris, beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Paris, easy to get around, and many stores, bars, and supermarkets near and you can see the Arc from the room window. Great for family or a big group of friends, support over the phone was excellent and easy access to the apartment. Highly recommend it and can't wait to be back. nothing, everything was great!

• Pieri (10/5): The best visit to Paris imaginable - the location could not have been better. steps from the subway, a great neighborhood to act like a local. the apt was fantastic with everything you need and plenty of space for 5 people to spread out. a broom would be the only thing missing
• Simon (9/5): Superb - The apartment was larger than expected and really cozy. Furthermore, the apartment is very well furnished. A few more towels were would have been better. The location was exceptional and the recommendations for local shops, restaurants, and bakeries were perfect. The key system was easy and nice to figure out. They required pictures at the arrival and departure of the apartment to ensure everything is as we received it. That is perfectly fine if there were no limits on the number of pictures and picture size (quality). There were several places in the apartment with smaller insignificant damages, however, these were not supposed to be uploaded.

• Frances (7/5): The Great and Not So Great Apartment - The location was EXCELLENT! Metro station 9 steps from the front door which took us everywhere. The space was large and accessible. The sofa and chairs has stains and didn't look or smell fresh. The hot water faucet in the bathroom didn't work so I had to use the sink in the shower to wash up. There were no face towels but plenty of hand towels and bath towels.

• Irene (10/5): Beautiful, clean real Parisienne apartment right next to Arc de Triomphe - Location incredible - if you look up the street you can see arc de triomphe. Also metro station outside front door. A very exciting location. Bedrooms great size, comfy and nice linen. Lovely windows in all bedrooms. Comfy living room and dining area. Lovely the building - experiencing a real Parisian residential block of apartments. Everything super clean and great communication from hosts. The toilet is internal and separate to shower room. Fine for a few days for 5 guests but would have been tricky for any longer. likewise the kitchen is small and no oven so cooking at home for 5 people a challenge.
