• Annette (10/5): - Hotellets morgenmad var super. Glade og smilende ansigter. De var obs på gæsterne. Servicen var rigtig god og de ansatte var meget hjælpsomme. Stille hotel på trods af den meget larmende gade lige udenfor døren. Super hyggelig tagterasse, hvor man kunne nyde sin mad eller en kold drink.

O café da manhã é bem variado e gostoso. Toda a equipe é bastante simpática, exceto um único funcionário, que era um pouco impaciente com os hóspedes.

Sehr lauter Straßenlärm und das die ganze Nacht, da das Hotel an einer sehr viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Preis-Leistung passt leider nicht, eine Ü am WE 350 Euro für zwei Personen ist für diese Ausstattung nicht gerechtfertigt.

Att beställa kaffe vid borden under frukost hade kunnat vara en mysig detalj men det tog alldeles för lång tid att hitta någon att beställa från så frukosten var nästan uppäten när kaffet väl kom.

• Sihan (10/5): - Good location, room facilities and service. Novel style for the public area and a great roof view. The shower tap sometimes cannot be completely screwed tight, which lead to dripping noise. Can be remedied by closing the door of the bathroom.

The rooms were fresh, immaculate (I am picky) and the little touches so appreciated. The HVAC system worked flawlessly and the soaps for the sink and shower were divine. Our room was so quiet and restful. The breakfast options were great and having coffee and tea available throughout our stay was appreciated. The rooftop reception area is very nice and having multiple elevators makes it easy to move throughout the hotel. We would return to this hotel, for sure! Nothing.

• Rodrigo (6/5): - The hotel is fresh and new, an 8 min walk from the roma termini train station which is a 30min ride from the airport. I liked the atmosphere, the room was great, and the exposed shower was a funny touch. There are 3 elevators, so being at the 5th floor was never an issue. A special note for the extremely pleasant and colorful bar, opened 24/7. Overall, a great hotel in Rome. We were staying 5 nights, and at arrival we were offered 2 vouchers for skipping 3 housekeeping, which we accepted and thought it was a nice deal. On the day after the 3rd night, housekeeping left us a note saying they could not clean the room (my wife was tired and wanted to sleep that day, we put a do not disturb sign), so we expected them to do it the day after. But no cleaning happened, and when asked at the desk, I was explained that the room would be cleaned every 3 nights because we had the vouchers. So vouchers for 2 drinks (that's maybe 25 or 30€) and the room cleaning happens every 3 days for all the stay? With possibly no room cleaning at all if you skip that one day? Well, long story short, we had no room cleaning at all during our 5-night stay, and that was not the most pleasant experience. I wish the terms of the deal were crystal clear, because afterwards I felt scammed and really disliked the state of the room (understand that I paid 1500+€ for the hotel stay, so vouchers for 2 drinks are nice but are totally negligible in my budget) And if you are not going to clean my room at all during my stay, and think 2 cocktail drinks are going to make up for it, at least give me a vacuum cleaner so I can do it myself, not only will I tip myself good for that, but I'll also offer myself a few cocktail drinks at your great bar.

• Pramberger (9/5): Super Lage, extrem sauber und Wohlfühlatmosphäre! - Die Lage war super! Man konnte zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gehen und die Gegend war nett. Außerdem ist das ganze Hotel extrem sauber und riecht gut. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es hätte ein bisschen mehr Stauraum für Kleidung sein können.

• Giocondo (7/5): - The hotel is overall very cosy and well situated. They also have a rooftop terrace which is nice ! The rooms were comfortable. However, they were a few issues I would like to address. First, we had arranged a taxi through the hotel the day before for the following morning. This booking was unexpectedly cancelled without any explanation, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Second, while the concept of offering complimentary drinks in exchange for reduced housekeeping is appreciated, no clear information was provided regarding the frequency of cleaning. In our case, no housekeeping service was performed at all during our entire stay, which is not acceptable. Additionally, we requested fresh towels during our stay and were assured they would be delivered to our room. However, they were never brought. Finally, the most concerning issue occurred on Sunday morning, when the hotel had neither water nor electricity. While we understand that external issues can happen, the response from the staff was limited to stating that it was “a neighborhood problem,” with no attempt to provide assistance or alternatives. No bottled water was offered, no support measures were proposed, and no flexibility (such as a late check-out) was suggested. This lack of service is particularly surprising, especially as nearby businesses still had electricity. Overall, the lack of communication, service, and basic hospitality standards during our stay was disappointing.

It was very clean and well kept. The bed was super comfortable. Location was great, easy walking to most major sites, but off the Main Street, so noise was minimal. Nothing.

Dachterasse für den Sundowner - mega! Lage ist sehr gut. Wir haben viele klassische Sehenswürdigkeiten aber auch Trastevere und das jüdische Viertel gut erreicht. Ankunft mit dem Leonardo Express vom Flughafen war völlig entspannt möglich. Absolut zu empfehlendes Hotel

• Marcus (9/5): Wonderful - One of the best hotels I have been to. Clean, trendy, welcoming spirit, friendly staff. Roof terrace for drinks and relaxing in the sun. Not much. Maybe the bed is a bit stiff for my preference but that’s just me.
• saba (4/5): - Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Communication was very difficult, as almost no one at the hotel spoke English—even at reception. It often felt like there was little effort to understand or assist with our requests. The hotel also doesn’t offer laundry service, and when I asked for nearby options, the staff were not helpful. Considering the price—especially when converting from Canadian dollars to euros—it didn’t feel like good value for money. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

• Laura (6/5): Potential to be lovely - The hotel is very stylish, with a comfortable reception lounge and lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast had a relaxing atmoshere and some nice options. The check in system is not efficient - either the whole system should be automated or the staff should help customers with the entire check in process. There were issues with the cleaning schedule during our stay - our room was not cleaned on its allocated day and then, despite being 'prioritized' on the subsequent day, we returned at 3.30pm to find it hadn't been cleaned again and had to go to reception to request housekeeping. If the hotel can iron out these issues then it has the potential to be lovely!

Chambre très confortable, bien équipée et propre. Personnel à l'écoute et disponible. L'équipement des "Galley" aux étages 3, 4 et 5 (salles de petite restauration, avec thé, café et autres boissons et petits en-cas gratuits) devraient être mieux équipées (fontaine à eau plutôt eau du robinet). Le distributeur devrait être fonctionnel (hors service durant tout notre séjour).
