Jaime (1/5): - Location was good We were moved across three rooms on arrival because the AC of the first room was bad. Our valuables ( 4 passports, cash, credit cards) once stored in the safebox of the second room were left behind and sent by the staff to lost and found without notifying us. We noticed the problem hours before departing to Asia. It was a very scary situation we should had not gone through. It was easy to trace us to recover our valuables. Also my wife went to the gym and left her room door there while I sas at work. The staff did not allow her back into the room nor into the gym without me being present. A lady from the cafeteria helped her into the gym where she recovered her room key and was able to shower and change clothes. This staff is badly trained or unfit to properly solve everyday issues at an hotel.

Kimberly (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable stay with great service in a stylish, welcoming space. - The property was super cute and beautifully designed. The room aesthetic was gorgeous, and everything felt fresh and well thought out. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The only downside was that there was no microwave in the room, which would have been convenient. Other than that, the property felt brand new, very welcoming, and well maintained. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and hospitable

Ling (10/5): I felt like I was in an ultra luxurious hotel but it didn't really hurt my wallet that much! - The location was amazing, we were walking distance to all the monuments and steps from the white house. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were all very spacious. The showers were amazing and even the toiletries were super nice. Honestly - we don't have any complaints.

Rosarito (10/5): Nice relaxing lobby that has a variety of lounging areas where you can find a bit of privacy, - It’s such a luxury to have a shower stall with the controls on one wall before you enter the stall while the shower is on the wall across. That way you can test the water temperature before you enter. Towels under the sink/vanity could be on a tray and stacked properly. I tried reaching down there , too low, and because they’re loosely stacked on the bottom rack, so while picking up a towel all the others fell to the floor.

Keren Frank (10/5): Perfect - The location was awesome. We got the double King room, and it was huge and comfy. We even parked the stroller in there and still had tons of space. The hotel's clean, and the staff was super nice. They also have a coffee shop and restaurant right inside.

John (7/5): Some kinks, but perfect for families looking to walk to National Mall. - The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The entire hotel had just opened and it was very clean and visually pleasing. The location was perfect for walking to National Mall. The beds were very comfortable. So first, the hotel tried to give us a 1 bed room when I had reserved a 2 bed room. This was easily fixed, but somewhat annoying after a 5 hour drive. The method of making coffee (hang the coffee bag over the cup and pour hot water over it) was awkward and the coffee did not taste particularly good. The bathroom door did not lock. The cost for the Valet is very expensive, although the Hotel (accident / on purpose?) did not charge us for the Valet. And some of the staff seemed unsure about answers to basic questions, which was somewhat understandable based on the hotel recently opening.
