Emily (6/5): It was alright expect for having to HUNT for the lock box. - Good spot, comfortable and close to anything you need. We had to go on a scavenger hunt for the key lock box. It was 11:00pm and they are NO WHERE NEAR the hotel. They’re out the back of Boston Training hanging off of some pipes for crying out loud. As it was my mother and I –two women – we were quite nervous walking around a dark, dodgy feeling back street to find these keys. We felt quite unsafe especially considering we also are not from Melbourne. The instructions were unclear and just say they are behind shops, it’d be nice to say which one. We called someone for help and they just repeated the instructions on the site and the call went to Sydney so they didn’t even have any idea of what shops were near by. This is my first ever negative review because I normally just give the benefit of the doubt, but no planning has gone into where these keys were placed. The car park that the lock boxes are in is so uneven that it broke my suitcase wheels and I had to purchase a new case. There were some chips left in a cupboard from the people previous and the shower floor was a little grubby and not bath mat, bust overall nice room.

Juliana (5/5): Good location but wouldn’t stay again - Good location. Not very clean. Aircon covered in dust. Washing machine is very old and takes a while to work. Aircon remote didn’t work. Couch was covered in dog hair. Pet fee is $200 plus cleaning fee $166.
Vera (10/5): The best place to stay - The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.Its in the best location, very close to restaurants ,supermarkets and public transport. It has a nice leafy outlook and everything in the apt works well. Highly recommended for your stay in St Kilda.
Lara (8/5): Washing machine didn't work, all else great - Great location, well laid out space, easy to relax in the space and feel at home. The washing machine did not work, resulting in us having to go to the laundrette to do our laundry. I notice this was also an issue a couple of months ago for previous guests so the hosts have said they will look into his to ensure it wasn't a known and outstanding issue.
Brenda (7/5): Pleasant and relaxed - Location was great. Found it difficult to find the keys to get into accommodation. Would gave been nice to have a little bit more information about it. The door didn't lock from the inside which I felt uncomfortable about especially with little children present. Anybody could have walked in as we slept! So better security is definitely something that needs to happen
Peter (7/5): Good place to stay, but non-responsive host. - Host was non-responsive to messages. Didn't explain how to check-in/find keys for check-in even after I messaged to ask how to check-in that morning when I'd heard nothing. Eventually found on their website, but very un-intuitive.
