- Laytoya (10/5): Great location, clean house, friendly neighbors. - I had to make some changes (adding a pet and additional guest) the day we left. The host was available and helped make this change easily. I received the door code approximately an hour before arrival with instructions so we had no issues. The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly, we felt very safe and able to relax during our stay. The location is very close to a small walmart, ice cream shop and other small stores you may need are just a quick drive. The neighbors to the right of the property were very friendly and had a young child who enjoyed playing with our boy's. We noticed the property had a couple beach chairs if needed in the closet and a childs play pen for guest use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The no shoe policy isn't great. I have issues with going barefoot in another home that isn't mine. If you want privacy the fence is down on the right side due to the hurricane, but we didn't mind that once we realized the neighbors were friendly. They were not intrusive so thats not a big deal really. The property could use some seating outside.
