- Rick (6/5): Not as good as imagined from the pictures. - The rooms are clean and spacious. The parking is inconvenient and there’s a $36/day parking fee. Had to go up and down the elevator to scan the QR code and get the license number for parking payment. No gym. Hallway colors (forest green) are ugly.
- Lisa (10/5): Great Place and location! - It is very new. The units were clean and fresh. We had an issue on our last day where they shut down the elevators while we were making the multiple trips to load our luggage. It was a misunderstanding on my part. I didn't realize that lock out meant no service. The staff was very helpful to us in getting our luggage and letting us ride an elevator. One of us had just had surgery and couldn't take 5 flights of stairs with an ice chest as well. We were grateful. There are two elevators and when one is down, it is alot to get to the parking, especially with luggage. There were no luggage carts unless you valet park. The parking garage is new but they need better signage and a large mirror on entrance and exit as it is one lane and you have a hard time seeing on coming traffic. Parking costs are daily and charged separately so ad d that to your budget.

- Laura (10/5): Excellent - The hotel met our expectations! The front desk was very welcoming, our room was spacious, spotless, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel was convenient near local landmarks. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The only gripe we had was the underground parking. They had very small signage which you could not see from the street. Then it was very confusing how you enter the garage. We were told by the hotel that they had bigger signage on order.

The property is brand new, all of the appliances are new and make the stay really comfortable. The units have a great size, very comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. Parking for long stays can get a bit expensive.

Asked for housekeeping to clean but still didn’t vacuum. Still under renovation. I hope they add artwork or something to the hallways, otherwise kind of eerie and super loud. Definitely book a pool facing room if traffic noise bothers you. Our room had constant road noise from the busy intersection.

- Diskin (6/5): Unfortunate experience at an otherwise nice property - It’s a very nice property with big well appointed and comfortable rooms. The staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with! The big problem we had was that in both rooms of our 2 bdrm unit, the light on the fan randomly turned on multiple times thru out the night. It was awful to be awakened suddenly by bright light, get up and turn it off and then have it happen again, disrupting our sleep horribly. The other issue was that on our day of departure, the housekeeping staff walked into our locked room without even attempting to knock at 9:00am as we were getting ready to leave at 9:40am even though check out is at 11. I think that once the kinks are worked out this could be a great property but as of now I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you want sleepless nights. The front desk apologized but didn’t offer me anything for the incredible inconvenience.

The location is fantastic, the staff were all so kind, and the code was a great value overall!! They just opened and still working out the kinks. For example, music playing at the pool and lights on 24/7, TVs on in vacant rooms, overall very bright in our room all night due to lights on in the common area. Another issue was the lights seem to be connected room to room. Someone was turning off/on our bedroom light and vice versa.

Super lovely staff, amazing apartment/room and lovely pool area. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The small touches made the stay that little bit better. E.g. a washer and dryer, good quality toilet roll, nice bathroom products, all added to a great experience. The location was a little out of the way in Austin, so if you don't have a car, it's not the best, but there is a bus stop outside.
