• Claire (1/5): BED BUGS - L’appartement est bien placé, bien équipé et comme sur les photos. Il y avait des punaises de lit !!! Nous avons contacté plusieurs fois l’agence, une catastrophe. J’avais une centaine de boutons sur le corps, ils ont fait intervenir des femmes de ménages qui sont arrivées les mains vides, juste des nouveaux draps. C’est inadmissible. Pas de solution de relogement, nous avons dû subir nos nuit dans ce logement. De plus, nous étions quatre et il n’y avait qu’un seul jeu de clef. Nous avons demandé à avoir un second jeu et nous devions payer plus de 50 dollars pour en avoir un. Ce n’est pas correct. Le service client laisse à désirer.
• Chaochun (4/5): Would only recommend staying w/ MadeComfy if their cleanliness standards & service quality improve. - The view where we could see the CBD and the Sunrise Hot Air Balloon, the nice little park/playground in front of the property, there's free parking provided in the property and it's 5 min walk to tram stop ; but, we WOULD LIKE the below unacceptable situations to be changed (in the didn't like section) before we recommend it to other travellers: - An immediate professional pest control treatment for the property. Upon our early checkin at 10am on arrival day, we immediately noticed one pillowcase in the 2nd bedroom was stained with what appeared to be chewing gum. We reported this issue right away requesting a replacement. We were told the cleaning team would attend that day, so we waited - no one had arrived, so I suggested they not enter the flat and instead collect the stained pillowcase, which we hung on the door handle for easy exchange. Over the following week, we received inconsistent and contradictory responses: That we should continue to wait. That the pillowcase had already been replaced. That we should purchase a new one ourselves. That the stained pillowcase hanging on the door was considered clean. On the 7th day of this back-and-forth, the stained pillowcase was finally taken away and replaced with a bag of pillowcases. We were deeply disappointed by the lack of timely action and clarity. Anyhow, we just left the affected pillow in the wardrobe untouched to avoid further contamination. We were charged AUD 166 as a cleaning fee for this 1-month stay, yet there has been no cleaning service provided at all. During our communication, we were explicitly told this was “not a hotel,” which we understand - but a complete absence of cleaning or any proactive hygiene checks, stocked with only 2-3 small portions of dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, body wash, and shampoo, as well as just one kitchen garbage bag and one bathroom garbage bag over the entire month feels unreasonable, esp. given the fee charged. Although some supplies were provided mid 2nd week upon request (even told me to pay?), unfortunately, we then discovered an EVEN SERIOUS issue - we were BITTEN BY BUGS during the stay. The bites were on the bed that had the stained pillowcase. My two children and I developed visible swollen bites without knowing the cause, prompting visits to 2 pharmacists they both identified them as BED BUGS - on returning to the flat bed bugs were on that same bed (photos).
• 全鴻 (10/5): - The property is right next to a park and offers a great city view. It’s also close to the tram stop, making it convenient to get into the city. The bed and air conditioning are very comfortable, and there’s a private parking space for those who drive. The cleanliness could be better — there were some cookie crumbs left on the sofa.
• Rebecca (9/5): - The tv and the view. It was very neat and. Comfortable. We enjoyed the local park at the front of the building as well. Being a family it was helpful to have the washing machine and detergent provided. We were satisfied and didn't have anything in particular we didn't like.
