• jennifer (7/5): - View is really amazing and the hostel is spotless. Able to borrow dry bags, snorkels,beach towels and umbrellas for a small refundable deposit. Coffee and snacks,fresh water is great. Very laid back homely place. The noise from the pubs and clubs on the beach is so loud from 7:30 pm-1am. Earplugs provided do not make any difference to the level. This may be due to the fact we stayed in a room facing the bay. The walk up to the hostel is very steep and definitely not for anyone with health issues or mobility issues. All of the above are very much out of the hostel's control and they definitely do whatever they can to mitigate the above. Only adding as an advisory to anyone wanting to book to consider.

• Giuseppe (8/5): - Sembra di essere a casa, tutto magnifico Anche se danno i tappi non si riesce a dormire, non é colpa loro di notte, c è un bar che dà musica tutta la notte, ma penso si sente su tutta l isola, peró di giorno visto che pioveva mi sono messo a letto e c erano i bambini proprio fuori la mia camera che giocavano e anche alle 7 di mattina, quindi non si dorme né notte e né giorno. Solo questa é la cosa negativa
• Baer (10/5): Best hostel in Phi Phi Don. - Clean, new, spacious, beautiful, organized, well-appointed, secure, Free coffee & snacks; snorkeling gear, medicine cabinet, shampoo, conditioner, etc.. 😱 Sunsets and sunrises! This is really the best hostel in P P Don. Climb the hill and pay ~100baht more. Skip all the filthy, disgusting, scabby alternatives. If you can't, then go to nearby BrightStar or The High Dogs on the other side of town. They're more cramped, with less amenities, but cheaper, and quite good. For decent private rooms on a budget, try nearby The Bright Room. The pounding beats of the beach bars run from 7pm-2am or later, and cannot be escaped. There's no stove/hob/oven in the shared kitchen, and no restaurant course by. Personally, I would ban smoking from the big shared patio.

• Sarah (10/5): - La vue est incroyable, le personnel hyper gentils et l'hostel offre de nombreux avantages ! Ils viennent vous chercher au ferry.avec une bouteille d'eau fraîche, porte vos bagages jusqu'à l'auberge (la montée est raide) et une fois en haut, tout est clean, ils proposent même de l'aloe vera, crème solaire et répulsif pour moustique en libre service, ainsi que des bouchons d'oreilles et de quoi prendre son petit déjeuner. Ils ont même prévu des flip-flop pour pas mouiller ses pieds quand on va aux toilettes après la douche. L'endroit est super bien placé ! Je recommande les yeux fermés. Rien, c'etait incroyable !

• Arnaud (9/5): Great location run by lovely people, - The location is great, great sunset view point. The room was very good. The staff are so friendly and helpful The sea view bedroom is great but get very noisy at night as the beach bar playing load music at night.
• Dasha (10/5): Прекрасное место. - Все. Не ожидала, что будет так здорово. У меня был номер с видом. Вид, как здесь все здесь пишут, потрясающий. Сильно лучше чем на фото ощущается. В холле можно посмотреть закат в первом ряду. Персонал прекрасный. В номере все есть до мелочей, включая тапочки и халаты. В душевой отличный слив, через несколько минут она сухая. Впервые снимала номер в хостеле. И это получше многих отелей 4-5 звезд. Да не так пафосно, но прям чувствуется забота о постояльцах. Если бы номер был свободен, осталась бы на пару дней. Донесли багаж до парома бесплатно. Можно брать бесплатно полотенца для пляжа и маски для снорклинга. Я уезжала попозже в 11.00, есть возможность оставить багаж и принять душ. Большая благодарность хозяевам и персоналу, за прекрасные 2 дня в этом отеле. Музыка громкая с пляжа. Но в хостеле дают беруши. Меня это совсем не смущало. Наоборот какая-то отмосфера острова.

• Ethan (3/5): Stay if you don’t want to sleep - View was amazing from the communal area. It was also very clean. We booked a private room. Unfortunately we lucked out as its only window looked straight onto the communal area. The noise from town was insufferable until 3am each night an then other guests would return and create more noise. Staff provide earbuds but they did little to help the base from the bars
• Smiljana (10/5): Wonderful! - I walked into this place totally unaware of how great it would be. The view and facilities felt like for way above this price. This was my first stay in a dorm and I couldn't believe how calm and private it felt, like the opposite of what I expected, I felt like I had more privacy than I had in a room for two people with my travel buddy before I came to this place. Curtains around beds are thick and dark and you really feel like you have your own space. A kitchenette outside offered a microwave, a fridge, basic utensils, enough to fix a breakfast or store some basic stuff. The AC runs 24 hours a day, something I learnt to appreciate! Bunk beds, especially the upper ones, I guess the wooden panels, seem very squeaky, so it's quite much if someone above you moves A LOT at night.

• Jian Wei (10/5): Good value provided you are willing to hike up the rather steep hill - Value for money. Everything is clean and I wasn’t expecting a one-way glass that allows me to see the common lounge. Soap was the disposable packet type. Not a fan of this unnecessary packaging that only generates more waste.
• ebcd40e0aeed705cb26b8f42dd83605a (10/5): Comfy and clean hostel - The view hostel was epic!! obviously the highlight is the view of phi phi from the hostel, but to top off your stay the staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming - not to mention they are constantly cleaning and the place was SPOTLESS!!! There’s free bananas, cookies, snacks for the guests you can also top up your waters. Located up a hill just outside of the main hub, easy to walk, perfect if you want a quieter stay in Phi Phi. Highly highly recommended!

Amenities en baño, orden de cama diario. TODO! La ubicación es fantástica para poder disfrutar cada tarde del atardecer sin necesidad de ir al view point! Volvería mil veces.

The rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were so kind and accomodating. The view at this hostel is what makes it so special and makes the small uphill walk worth it!

The view from the common room in simply stunning, could have stayed there forever. The place is perfectly clean, the rooms are spacious and the AC is working perfectly. They offer free tea/coffee/toasts/sunscreen/aftersun. The way up can be though, but if you want a great view you must walk up

The view is breathtaking. It's the perfect place to relax. The attentive staff is highly recommended! You should set the air conditioning to 25 degrees Celsius and the fans to their lowest setting. The dormitory isn't a freezer.

• Léonie (10/5): - Personnel adorable ! Les dortoirs sont parfaits : beaucoup d’espace dans le lit, prise et lumière à côté de la tête de lit. Rideaux pour plus de confort, les salles de bains sont dans les chambres et éloignées pour éviter le bruit. Il y a shampoing, gel douche, soins pour cheveux, cotons tiges … la totale Il y a de quoi petit déjeuner dans le hall et à côté des produits à pharmacie en cas de besoin ! La vue est incroyable J’ai pu faire de super rencontres avec d’autres voyageurs solo ! Je recommande ++ Pour y accéder ça grimpe un peu mais ça vaut le coup

AWESOME!! I walked from the ferry mid-day . . . The walk up the hill and then final path to the hostel in the sun was … fun!

• Elitsa (10/5): Amazing views and staff! - Second year visiting this place, and this time we stayed in a private room with a balcony and the most insane view ever. I honestly don’t think you can find a better value for your money. The hosts were very kind, and everything was absolutely spotless. The noise from the beach will keep you awake but this has nothing to do with the hostel. If you want peace and quiet, Koh Phi Phi is probably not the place for you anyway… One recommendation to the hostel would be to require guests to be quiet after 11PM-ish. Some guests had a bit of an after party in the common area at 3-4AM which was not optimal…

• Tomas Nelio (10/5): Hermoso hospedaje - Es un hostel muy bueno. Está impecable. Tiene una atención del personal muy muy buena. Todo limpio, todo en orden, te tienden la cama, tiene una vista maravillosa, pero si para ti una buena vista todo el tiempo no te hace feliz vas a cansarte mucho de subir tanto. Hay privacidad de cada cama. Muy recomendable Nada en absoluto. Es excelente hostel. Repito lo de la subida, para mí valió la pena.
• Ana (7/5): - El hostel esta muy bien, limpio y el servicio muy amable. Tiene una zona comunitaria muy agradable con vistas, y hay zona común para agua, café, galletas etc. Las habitaciones amplias y las que son dobles tienen terraza con vistas. Por desgracia las dos noches que estuvimos se escuchamos mucho la música que hay en la playa... aún poniendo tapones era muy molesto. No se si pasa solo en las habitaciones dobles qje dan a la playa o al resto también. Cuando podrías estar leyendo tranquilamente en la zona común este bar lo estropea todo. Deberían bajar el volumen y respetar el silencio de la playa. Tambien para llegar al hostel hay una buena cuesta que con el calor veces se hace un poco pesado... pero es el precio por tener buenas vistas:)

• Monika (10/5): The best stay in phi phi! - Location was amazing only short walk from all the bars and the beach. We had a double room and I thought everyone will see us when we open curtains but there were special foil on the window so you could see from the inside but no one sees you from outside of the room. There were free coffee, bread, jam, butter, bananas, water. We only went for one night and could easily stay longer. Pretty uphill walk on the last 300m but completely worth the view.

You get free water, tea, coffee, cookies, bananas and bread. The walk up the hill is really okay! Even with a backpack :) And ofc thd view is stunning

• Shriya (9/5): Second stay, and it was just as we remembered :) - This was our second stay at the hostel, the view is so worth it and they have done some great work to expand the social space too. The staff are so lovely and they provide lots of food, drinks and extra amenities you may need or forgot to bring. They also clean the rooms and do your beds everyday. Not something we didn’t like but just a heads up to get the amazing view you do have to walk up a bit of hill to get there.

• Joel (5/5): Établissement difficile d accès - La situation géographique n'est pas adaptée pour les personnes d un certain âge. Pente supérieure à 40%.. Énormément de bruit provenant de la musique de la plage, puisque cet établissement est en hauteur et que les bruits montent. De plus la vue mer de la chambre est erronée puisque de la chambre,l3 nous avions une fenêtre qui ne s ouvre pas mais où toute personne qui est dans la salle principale voit ce qui se passe dans notre logement. Nous devons mettre les rideaux sans cesse pour avoir un peu d intimité. La vue donnait uniquement sur la salle de déjeuner et repos La seule chose que nous avons apprécié est la propreté, c'est très très propre. Tout sauf la propreté et la superbe vue dans la grande salle commune. Impossible de profiter de votre espace sans fermer les rideauxet et éclairer votre chambre. Lorsque vous ouvrez votre porte de chambre vous arrivez sur la cafétéria où tout le monde se sert.
• gürdal (7/5): Great hospitality and great view; but not so aure about the cleanliness of the linens of the beds. - Same as many people mentioned, the view is the best.. the social area is large.. you may sit and look at the view while drinking your tea/cofffe and eating the snacks and fresh banana given free by the hostel I am not sure about the cleanless of the bed linens. The linens are in dark blue color which makes it impossible check if it has dirt on it or not. The duvets do not have any linens, so i use and touch the same duvet of the previous customer. The noice is coming directly from the beach party till 2/3 am..

• Maëlle (7/5): Vue splendide, bruyant la nuit - La vue est époustouflante, la climatisation ne souffle pas au-dessus du lit ce qui est un gros plus, beaucoup de choses sont offertes telles que des snacks (bananes, biscuits, café, thé, refill d’eau) et des équipements de chambre (bouchons d’oreille, chaussons, dentifrice, brosse à dent…). L’hôtel propose gratuitement aux clients un service de transports des sacs à l’arrivée pour monter les affaires ! Personnel agréable Le bruit, on entend les boites de nuits et les clubs qui mettent la musique très fort et très tard, ça résonne et amplifie le son jusqu’à l’hôtel, on a l’impression d’y être. Même avec les bouchons on entend le boum boum. Au milieu de la nuit ça s’arrête ce qui est agréable.

Some great things about it - lots of free stuff so for travellers it’s great: water, bread, biscuits, coffee, tea etc. Hostel was a trek from everywhere especially with bags. Unfortunately I found the main host rude and others I spoke to agreed. However the rest of the staff were nice.
