• Argirios (10/5): The most comfortable nest! - It was the cosiest most comfortable place I've been in London, to think me and my fiance called it our nest! It was spotless clean the apartment and the building. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet with nice restaurants, pubs and a conveniently close mini market. There is not a single negative thing to say about it.

• Elena (5/5): Poc agradable. - Ben situat a prop de dues grans estacions de tren i metro. Amb un passeig pots arribar fàcilment a diferents punts d'interès. Faltaven estris de neteja, paper de wc... per una estada llarga es fa incòmode. A més, vam tenir un problema amb el check-in i el número que faciliten per emergències no acceptava trucades.

There were multiple issues with this property. - The temperature of the flat was freezing cold due to how thin the windows are. - You could hear everything through the windows because they were so thin. - There was scaffolding right outside the flat so you could hear loud drilling and banging. - There was water damage and mould on the windows. - The apartment lost electricity multiple times on the Friday, I was mid shower when everything cut off causing me to be in the bathroom completely blind which could’ve caused me to fall. - I was in London on business and due to the electricity cut off I couldn’t take calls. - The fuse box itself started smelling like burning after I turned it on and off.

• Uhrová (9/5): - Ubytování bylo plně vybavené, lokalita je skvělá blízko metra a obchodů - 10 minut pěšky směrem k Russel Square metru najdete spoustu restaurací a velký obchod s potravinami. Vše na ubytování bylo připravené, check in proběhl online a bylo to velmi pohodlné, pokud se na ubytování vyskytl problém tak byl vyřešen za chvíli protože máte k dispozici online podporu 24/7.

• romy (6/5): De studio is aan de kleine kant met weinig comfort. Waarbij de ligging centraal is maar niet echt veilig naar mijn gevoe - De studio op zich was alles wat we nodig hadden voor een minimum. Maar de prijs en andere zaken zorgen ervoor dat deze comfort niet genoeg was. Er waren enkele minpunten aan de studio. Het gebouw zelf was zeer verouderd en niet zo proper. Ook de straat waar de studio gelegen is was niet fijn om in de avond veilig te wandelen. Als u de studio binnenkomt krijgt u een minimum comfort. Alles is er zoals beschreven maar het is geen fantastisch verblijf. Verder is er geen geluidsbeperking. U hoort alle buren in de overige studio’s en ook het geluid van op straat is perfect hoorbaar. Slapen viel dus zeer tegen. Het bed is ook aan de kleine kant. Voor de prijs die we betaalden hoopten we toch op iets meer comfort. Het enige raam die aanwezig was kon ook niet open wat ervoor zorgde dat de studio altijd te warm was.
• Amelia (7/5): Good location, room for improvement with conveniences. - The location was nice. There was no lift, so getting luggage to the top was a challenge. The shower left much to be desired. While the check in was ok, it would have been nice if the suggested luggage storage was in the same direction as the key stand. Additionally, our flight changed and we should have left earlier than originally planned and there was no way to drop our key off before the shop opened. The customer service was no help and was very confused. It would have been nice to have a key drop or be able to leave them in the flat.

• Hannah (8/5): Zentral, ruhig, geräumig - Die Lage ist ideal, insbesondere wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. Gegenüber ist ein schöner Pub, in dem man abends noch etwas trinken oder morgens frühstücken kann. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Straße recht ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben sie allerdings kaum genutzt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hat viel Ablagefläche und Steckdosen geboten. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Insgesamt würde ich es weiterempfehlen. Der Check in war etwas holprig, da der Code für das Zimmer erst genau zur angegebenen check in Zeit freigeschaltet wurde. Wir waren etwas früher da und es konnte uns niemand helfen. Über die Hotline haben wir über 20 Minuten lang niemanden erreicht. Letztendlich hat dann alles geklappt. Das nächste Mal würde ich für den Check in eher eine frühere als eine spätere Zeit angeben. An den Fenstern hat sich schnell viel Kondenswasser gebildet. Die Tassen waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig sauber (wir haben sie aber auch nicht benutzt)

• Leslie (10/5): Good apartment in a great location. Use the rear streets to access St Pancras which is an easy, flat, people free way to - Great apartment with loads of space and so close to St Pancras International Nothing wrong.
• Erika (8/5): Neat, clean, compact. Great Location if you want easy access to everywhere in London. - Location great for what I needed. Communication through the portal relatively easy most of the time and hosts were responsive. Units are small but comfortable. My stay was a long one - 40+ days. An offer of a free mid-stay clean would have been appreciated and a top up of amenities (Bin bags, toilet paper etc). Didn't mind doing my own washing of bed linen until the machines broke down for 2+ weeks. Fresh laundry was supplied when I asked. TV should be on a better bracket - only way you can watch it is on small hard chair in kitchen area - bracket does not swivel you can't sit on bed and watch. Little thing but annoying.

• Jenine (9/5): A fabulous location and neat well-appointed property to travel to all the sites in London. - The location was fabulous. The property is beautifully renovated- clean and with everything you need. Temperature inside was perfect. Third floor and steep stairs but good exercise. Only one roll of toilet paper and one tube of shower gels/shampoo is not much for 6 nights. The arrival information did not have the * after the door code. Luckily I had data to check the video provided because we couldn’t get the door to open. Laundry not operational which was annoying as we were there for a week.
• Matthias (5/5): - Overall, a lovely, clean apartment. However, we had a major issue with the shower: the temperature was impossible to regulate, cycling between extremes (ice cold/scalding hot). Fixing this would significantly improve the stay.
• Barbara (8/5): Top locatie voorzien van handige keukenunit en snel reagerende host. - De locatie is top tussen Kings cross metrostation en Euston in, beide op loopafstand. In de omgeving zijn meerdere locaties waar je je bagage kan laten bewaren als je voor incheck of na uitcheck nog Londen in wil. verwarming is lastig in te stellen en het bed is echt veel te smal voor twee volwassene

• Bob (8/5): Once I was able to get in after figuring that out myself it was fine. - The room itself was fine, bed & shower were small but ok. I did not use the kitchen. For two people it would be rather small. The entrance door did not look very secure. It looked like it was forced before. The description of the room lock was not complete: it did not mention you had to turn the lock lever after entering the code. I tried to call the hosts, but gave up after waiting for 10 minutes on the phone.

The walls and windows were so thin I could hear everything from the street outside and also my neighbors. It was also very cold and damp but the electrical heater helped.

• Raphaelle (8/5): Joli studio très bien situé - Emplacement idéal entre King’s Cross station et Euston station, pas très loin de Regent’s Park et de Camden. Quartier très calme. Studio très propre, récemment rénové. Au dernier étage donc très agréable. Les équipements sont parfaits (sauf table et chaises cf. ci dessous) Instructions claires pour récupérer les clés et trouver l’appartement Nous avons loué ce studio pour 4 personnes : il n’y avait qu’une table minuscule et 3 chaises ! Heureusement que nous avions prévu de manger à l’extérieur de toutes façons car sinon, l’un d’entre nous aurait mangé debout !

Quiet but still very well connected area. We had a great 5-day stay, but a few details could improve the service: more secure door locks, more water pressure in the shower (not sure if a city-wide or just apartment issue), somewhere to leave luggage before checking in or after checking out.

• CLEOPATRA (9/5): Descubriendo Londres - El departamento era cómodo, luminoso, con todo lo necesario. Tenía un panel para calefaccionar (hizo frío algunos días). Todos los artefactos funcionaban bien (sólo el panel para cocinar tenía poca potencia). Era en un primer piso por escalera. El entorno está un poco degradado pero la ubicación es buena, ómnibus, metros y trenes para acceder a cualquier lugar de la ciudad.

KEY COLLECTION WAS NOT IN THE SHOP YOU TOLD ME AND WE HAD TO WALK 15 MINS WITH ALL OUR BAGS TO COLLECT THE KEY. TO GET IN THE APARTMENT THE CODE LOCK WASENT WORKING PROPERLY. AFTER WE EVENTUALLY GOT IN I DISSABLED IT SO WE DIDNT HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS
