- Louise (7/5): - Emplacement parfait dans Palerme, chambre propre et confortable. L’insonorisation est vraiment mauvaise : on entend tout ce qu’il se passe. Le personnel n’est presque pas présent donc aucune gestion des autres vacanciers qui font la fête la nuit et ne respecte pas le calme dans les parties communes. On aurait pu apprécier une pièce sécurisée pour laisser les bagages.

- Wieslaw (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. Typowo włoski klimat w kamienicy, w której znajdują się apartamenty. Polecamy! - Obiekt położony w centrum Palermo. Bardzo blisko do najpiękniejszych miejsc w mieście. Pokój bardzo czysty, nowoczesny, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne gościom na wakacjach. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Jasne i przejrzyste wskazówki dotyczące wejścia do obiektu. Bardzo dobry dojazd autobusem z lotniska oraz na lotnisko. Przystanek autobusowy bardzo blisko. W pobliżu dużo restauracji oraz sklepów.

- Salvatore (10/5): Fantastico, ritornerò sicuramente? - Struttura nuova, moderna ed accogliente. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere facilmente i siti più importanti della città. Camera silenziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comodità. Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la colazione. Tutto perfetto, consigliato sicuramente!

- Matthias (7/5): Schönes Ambiente mit spärrlicher Zimmerreinigung. - Stilvolles Zimmer. Man hat alles was man braucht. Mini Bar, Fön, TV, Safe etc. Sehr zentrale Lage. Die Reinigungskraft hat in 7 Tagen nur einmal geputzt. Die Unterkunft war relativ teuer. Da erwartet man, dass täglich geputzt wird und nicht bei solchen Sachen gespart wird. Unsere Handtücher waren bereits klitschnass. Wir waren gezwungen, uns selbst Klopapier zu kaufen, da es nicht nachgefüllt wurde. Die Klospülung war so stark, dass selbst bei geschlossenem Deckel ständig das Wasser auf die Fliesen rausspritzte. Das Zimmer war mit Balkon ausgestattet. Sitzmöglichkeiten fehlten auf dem Balkon. Zudem sind die Fenster nicht schall dicht, sodass es extrem laut in der Nacht ist. Selbst Menschen ohne sensiblen Schlaf können bei dieser Lautstärke schwer einschlafen. Als hätte man einen Flughafen daneben. Eigentlich sollte man den Preis des Zimmers mit Balkon reduzieren aufgrund dieser Lärmbelästigung und nicht erhöhen. Zum Glück hatte ich Ohropax dabei.

- IULIIA (6/5): - понравилось расположение, интерьер. в номере было чисто, вид из номера был на город, было шумно, но красиво:) номер был готов к моему приезду. отсутствие администратора на месте. При заселении, не сразу сообразила как открыть номер, хотя делала все по инструкции. Администратор ответила не сразу, поэтому ждала её ответа с чемоданами под дверью. Это был стресс для меня. Отсутствие в номере инструкции для подключения вай-фая (которая должна была быть там) и ваучеров на завтрак. Пришлось каждый раз обращаться к администратору, которая оперативно помогла с этим) Про то, что завтрак находится в другом месте, я была в курсе, но из-за того, что у меня не было ваучеров, в кафе с первого раза не сообразили, откуда я и что мне нужно. Пришлось снова обращаться к администратору, только после её звонка в кафе, мне предложили завтрак. Это было очень неудобно, особенно, так как в кафе не смогла подключиться к вай-фаю и для того, чтобы пообщаться с администратором, мне пришлось вернуться в отель. Мои ощущения от этой истории не приятные были конечно( одним словом стресс-так как завтрак у меня был только один и в день выселения. В отеле нет багажной комнаты, но есть камера хранения на первом этаже. об этом узнала, когда уже добиралась до отеля.

- Thierry (9/5): - The room was great. I had a warm welcome event though I arrived later than expected. The front door is hard to open/close...It should be fixed. Unfortunately the area is noisy, and leaving a window open at night is not a good idea. (But there is AC).
- Pripeljas (8/5): Jako lijepo i udobno. - Doručak je bio dobar i na izvrsnoj lokaciji. Soba je bila cista, prostrana i udobna. Preporucam za dulje i kraće boravke u Palermu. Naime miris kod ulaska u sobu nije bio ugodan.

- Elena (10/5): - Stanza bellissima, pulita, dormito benissimo senza rumori La struttura è ubicata in centro dove è possibile visitare il centro storico ed altro a piedi. A pochi metri autobus per spostarsi e per raggiungere l'aereoporto. La colazione offerta dalla struttura e da consumare ad un bar vicino con più opzioni e tre scelte. Ci ritornerei, consigliatissimo.

- Ines (10/5): Exceptional - Great location of the room, in the centre of Palermo - great connection to the airport and bus terminal, the bus station is 50m from the place so no car is needed. We were extremly satisfied with the new and clean room and the bathroom, the room was spacy and the bed comfortable, AC condition great. At the place there is also a dining room so you can make tea or coffee, and tasty breakfast included in the bar at the square just beside the object. At the end, I have to mention the owner, Giulia who is kind and happy to answer all your questions. I forgot my watch when we left the room and she called and offered to meet me at the bus terminal and bring it to me while we were catching the shuttle bus for the plane. We love Palermo and had a great time, and when we come back we will take the same room🥰
