We absolutely loved it in Kamala beach, it has everything needed for a holiday. - The location is excellent, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach and restaurants. Far enough away from the noisy bars so did not disturb you at night. The room was kept clean by the lovely Fatima who would accommodate any requests for clean towels etc. Jum was very pleasant and always had a little chat with us when we went out or came back. Jum very kindly moved us down from the fourth floor to the second, which was great help. Nothing

İlk katta 1 oda, 2. katta 2 oda verdiler. Bizler yaşımızdan dolayı 2. kata çıkamayacağımızı söyledik. Bir gece kaldıktan sonra otel yetkilileri bizim başka otele gitmemize olanak sağladılar.

• Anita (9/5): Clean, quiet and spacious! - Very clean, spacious and quiet! We were on the 3rd floor back side of building. Short walking distance to beach and many restaurants. Jum is a very kind and hospitable host. A plate of fresh fruit was a lovely welcome upon our arrival and along with various baked goods Jum treated us to during our stay. She also arranged our transportation for our trip to the airport and the driver was very reliable and friendly!

Very quiet at night. Extremely friendly and helpful host. The stairs are adequate, but not suitable if you have issues with steep staircases.

• Benoit (9/5): - Clean room on the 4th floor of the building. Really convenient and 2 minutes away from the beach. Jum (I hope I don’t misspell her name - the owner) is incredibly kind and welcoming… I was able to check in earlier than expected, and whenever I would come back to the place, she was giving something (cookies, cake, awesome recommendations for nearby activities) Totally recommend!! Personal opinion but the bed is a little too hard for me.

• Roland (10/5): I would definitely come and stay here again. - The location was excellent. Short distance for walking to beach or most restaurants. The hostess Miss Yum was the nicest and most accommodating person I have ever met. Also like to mention the cleaning lady Miss Meaw who does a lovely job of cleaning the rooms. Not much could be better.

Lokacija je tudi dobra, nekaj minut peš od plaže, blizu restavraciji, barov in trgovine. Edino omembe vredno, da sva imela sobo v prvem nadstropju brez razgleda (razgled na dvorišče), vendar to ni vplivalo na izkušnjo.

Fez bolinho de banana de tarde pra gente várias vezes, ajudou a subir as malas, nos deu mais uma mesa de trabalho, se esforçava para falar português kkk sério demais! Melhor lugar que já ficamos em questão de conforto e custo benefício! Voltaríamos mais vezes! Foi uma ótima experiência. Parte negativa: algumas pessoas usam como motel, nos últimos dias tivemos que ficar ouvindo gritos e camas sendo arrastadas! Mas totalmente responsabilidade dos hóspedes sem noção. Também não tem elevador o que dificulta de subir as malas, mas nada que não seja resolvido.

• Joseph (10/5): JUM IS AMAAAAAAAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - THE HOTEL MANAGER, JUM (MISS GREEN), IS AMAAAAAAAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room itself is clean, spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed. The hotel is well situated with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. But what made the stay so enjoyable was Jum! 🥰 Upon my arrival she offered me slices of her pizza because I arrive around lunchtime. She insisted I take 2 slices to hold me over until I could get a meal. She is not only a gracious Hostess but also a great cook! She gave me various yummy items she baked throughout my stay. She is very attentive to her guests and a pretty cool and hip lady as well, with a warm smile and sweet laugh. I highly recommend the PR Rooms for Rent and Jum of course! If you have a choice, stay here! I look forward to returning soon!!! 👍😊 I could only stay 2 weeks. 😢

• Polina (10/5): Exceptional - This is an excellently equipped room at a reasonable price with all the necessary facilities. It exceeded our expectations! There was a kettle, cups, saucers, dishes, bathroom supplies, and a refrigerator. Our room on the 4th floor had a small but cozy balcony, with a separate sliding mosquito net door and a mountain view. So you could sleep and enjoy the fresh air. The room was close to the beach, but far away from the noisy disco and loud music. The location was excellent! We stayed for 2 days and were very happy. Jum is a very hospitable host who takes special care of the cleanliness of her premises. We liked everything!

• Popica (10/5): Exceptional - We were so lucky to find a room here after being let down somewhere else. The host lady, I forgot her name, unfortunately, was very nice she gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful with everything we needed it. I never came across such a warm host, ready to help you straight away. It's definitely worth staying here, very close to the beach, a few minutes from the restaurants, and two 7/11 shops nearby. There is nothing to complain about.

• Marion (8/5): It was a lovely clean room in a good location and our host was very sweet and couldn’t do enough for us - I thought that Miss Green was a wonderful host with excellent customer skills. Even when my husband locked our keys inside at 9.30pm on the first night she arrived to let us in with a smile on her face! The room was really large and the bathroom very clean. The bed was wide and not too hard, it had nice linen and soft pillows. I liked having a clothes rack on the balcony We couldn’t sit on the balcony as the air con pumped out hot air on you. Anyway there weren’t any outdoor chairs to sit on.

Room has everything you need, including toiletries and extra towels for the beach. The lady who runs the place is very sweet and helpful , gave us a fruit platter on the first day and chocolate banana muffins on the last! Would love to visit again one day Very hard mattress. The place itself is very quiet but there is noise from road so if you are a light sleeper make sure you have some earplugs.
• Piotr (6/5): Pleasant - Location Very strong smell of weed at the entrance and corridor, when my friends came in to me at noon time as I was not feeling very well the lady at the reception was not very nice and told that the have to leave as rules of that hotel states that now one can visit . There was no such rules written anywhere .

The room was large, bed was comfy, always cleaned, water and coffee provided, wifi was great, balcony was a bonus, the location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the beach, free beach towels provided every day, free books to read during your stay and Jum the hostess is amazing! Her baking is an amazing touch too. Especially her fruit cake! We have nothing bad to say about this place!

The room was large and had a small table and chairs and a few other extras that I thought were nice. I think it was well set up for a longer stay. We only stayed for three nights. The location was also close to the beach and they provided us with fresh beach towels daily. I didn’t think that it was very good value for the money compared to many other places in Thailand. It could have been because we were in Kamala Beach and it was over Christmas that made it more expensive. I also didn’t realize it was in the same building as a marijuana shop. I did not love the smell when we entered or exited the building.

She really cares for and looks after her guests and she is an exceptional baker - try her cookies they will blow your mind! The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. The shower is the best ever! The stairs will make you laugh - they add to the character of the property. Brilliant location very close to Kamala beach. Honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough! • Steven (10/5): PR Rooms - Wow. Jum went out of her way so much to help us. The host is the best ever. PR Rooms is exceptionally clean. Jum even gave us little cake treats or fruit for morning. Will definitely be returning even just to meet this wonderful lady. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing.

Overall this room was super good value for money and close to the lovely beach in Kamala and the hosts themselves were very friendly and accommodating.

• Yip (10/5): Amazing - We love everything about the accommodation there, from its location, to the facilities and the host, everything exceed our expectations during our stay there. The host was really friendly and kind, always greeting us with a cheerful smile and asking if we needed anything/if everything was okay. She even lent us an umbrella when we had forgotten to bring ours from back home, she even made breakfast for us once when we couldn’t leave the apartment due to the unexpected flooding on the day the entire west coast beaches had some flooding due to heavy rain. Her apartment was the elevated above the rest and thus water did not seep in at all unlike the others in the area which was a bonus despite us being stuck for a few hours. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would love to stay at the same apartment when we do travel to Phuket once again Nothing

Many ca - Apartment was very new, light, the room is big, good view from the balcony. Neighbors were not disturb us. Administrator was very nice lady, helped with all things. On the balcony very noisy even from the highest floor. Also AC sounds like airplane. Cleaning was 1 time for 3 days, for that price could be more often. Water from the shower flows out.
