• Chanpheng (10/5): A formidable stay in the heart of Paris - Great location, in the heart of Paris, walking distance to Le Louvre and Les Halles. Quiet street and many shops and restaurants nearby, including a mini supermarket. The rooms and living room are nicely decorated, and kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need if you fancy cooking. There was a dining table sitting for 8! Plenty of space for a Parisian flat! We were a group of 8 adults in 4 rooms, one had en-suite shower and one with a bathtub. The washer-dryer was a nice bonus as it was raining during our stay but we could wash and dry our clothes before our departure. No lift but that didn’t bother us as we didn’t have heavy luggage to carry up.

Due stanze matrimoniali hanno lavello e doccia o vasca da bagno in camera. Le late due possono servirsi di un bagno con doccia. Presente un altro wc con lavello. Posizione strategica per visitare Parigi anche muovendosi a piedi. Stazione della metro a qualche centinaio di metri. Consigliatissimo. Check in e check out in autonomia.
• James (7/5): Great location. We would not recommend the apartment in a heatwave. It was stiflingly hot. - The location was great. The styling was nice in a generic sort of way. But for a family it was odd to have the bath in a bedroom and it was a hazard in the night, because of the step. We had one person on the sofa bed but it meant that, in order to get to either of the toilets, the safety light was illuminated which woke up the person on the sofa bed. Photos explaining the layout would have been useful. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed (which was delivered). See above. It was dreadfully hot when we were there and that apartment (even with fans) is not designed for heatwaves.

• Alessandra (8/5): Good value for money - amazing location - very clean - I would highly reccomend - Amazing location, very central and close to transport and good value for money for a trip with friends - very clean and luxury appeal. There are only 2 toilets (while the website advertised 3) - my bedroom had sewage smell and you couldn't open the door of the shower without hitting the sink. I had to shower with the door open as I was scared to break it. In the other bedroom with the bath tub, the drainage was bad and the water would come out from the bottom of the bath tub and the sink was overflowing as soon as you open the water tap.
