AKEMI (9/5): かなりお得でした、次回宿泊するときは、蚊よけの道具を持ってきたいと思います - 便利な立地にあります。お部屋は広く、水回りはきれいにされていたので満足です。朝ご飯は近くのお店と提携よりおいしかったです。また、ベトナムにしては珍しくスタッフの方が英語を話し、フレンドリーで常に気にかけてくれました。お部屋は清潔で機能的ですが、ゴミ箱がベッドルームになく、前の宿泊客のゴミが落ちているのが少し気になりました。蚊が6匹ほどいて、蚊よけスプレーと電気ラケットを借り行ったのですが、どうしても全てを退治し切れる悩みました。

Bách Hợp (10/5): Tuyệt vời, tiện ích, vị trí tuyệt đẹp, view ngắm pháo hoa/ hoàng hôn tuyệt đẹp - Vị trí khách sạn ngay trung tâm có thể di chuyển chuyển rất nhiều địa điểm đẹp của Thị trấn Sun Set, view ngắm hoàng hôn, cầu hoàng hôn/ bình minh tuyệt đẹp. View xem bắn pháo hoa toàn cảnh rất đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình - lịch sự - khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp. Nhiều dịch vụ đi kèm hợp lý, đồ ăn sáng rất tốt, ngon miệng.

Shail (10/5): Great place to stay but for couples - Location is exceptionally good Room was very spacious and room service was good too Bathroom and toilet doors cannot be locked and the doors are transparent. TV had issues where it kept on restarting or got stuck multiple times.

Hoa (10/5): - Localtion och hotel utsikten är underbara! Vi kan se all show Symphony och kissing sea show samt solnedgång. Har bott i våning 5- rum 503 är utmärkt! Frukosten är god, men måste åka med Tuk Tuk. Måste vänta ganska längre för att åka tillbaka till hotellet. Restaurang är mycket folk så att de inte har tillgängligt Tex. Dricka vilken står i meny.

Reelika (9/5): A cute little hotel with a comfy bed - A cozy little hotel with only a few rooms. The young man at the reception was kind and welcoming, the room met our expectations, and the bed was very comfortable. The only reason I could not give this hotel a 10 points score was due to a few small but annoying issues. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking, leaving the bathroom floor wet. In addition, the room doors did not work properly — both we and the guests in neighboring rooms struggled with doors that kept getting stuck. Unfortunately, both of these issues have already been mentioned in previous reviews, yet it seems the owner has not taken the time to fix these minor but bothersome problems.

Romans (8/5): Персоналу бы стоило хоть на минимальном уровне знать англиский язык. - расположение нормальное,кровать очень хорошая. выход на балкон не безопасный,дверь открыта а за дверью решетка из бетона.Розетка около кровати не закреплена и была открыта.Туалет не закрыт от посторонних взглядов,дискомфорт.

Thi Anh Tuyet (10/5): Rất đáng tiền, rẻ so với chất lượng. - Vị trí vị trí và vị trí: Ai đi Nam đảo thì nên thuê khách sạn trong Sunset Town vì bạn sẽ dễ dàng tiếp cận những thứ đáng đi nhất khu Nam Đảo. Mình hơi bất ngờ vì Phú Quốc các điểm xa nhau chứ ko gần như Đà Nẵng và không tiện nếu chọn ở nhầm khu. Vị trí khách sạn này thì quá gần khu cáp treo và đi bộ ra ngắm hoàng hôn mỗi chiều, ngắm pháo hoa mỗi đêm và đi chợ đêm. Gần biển nên không khí cũng trong lành, mát mẻ. Đi đâu cũng tiện và gần. Cơ sở vật chất: mới và khá cao cấp. Phòng cháy chữa cháy đầy đủ. Điều hoà âm trần LG. Nếu ở nhiều ngày, có thể chủ động nhắc bạn lễ tân dọn phòng khi bạn muốn và lấy thêm 2 chai dasani mỗi ngày. Phòng ở 3 người có hôm bạn ấy còn hào phóng cho 3 chai. Lễ tân có 2 anh trai thay nhau. Đều rất nhẹ nhàng, nhiệt tình và tận tâm.
Thi Anh Tuyet (10/5): Tuyệt vời. Sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè người thân. - vị trí: vị trí cực kì đẹp, rất gần và có thể đi bộ tới những địa điểm như cáp treo Hòn Thơm, Cầu Hôn, chợ đêm Vui fest và những chỗ đẹp nhất để checkin khu Địa Trung Hải. Do vậy tiết kiệm được kha khá thời gian và tiền đi xe điện, trải nghiệm trọn vẹn. Ở phòng view pháo hoa có view trực diện biển, view gần chính giữa cầu Hôn. Xem show Symphony of the Sea từ phòng này trọn vẹn và mãn nhãn luôn. Nếu ở phòng không có view pháo hoa thì từ khách sạn, rẽ phải đi bộ khoảng 200 m là ra quảng trường xem pháo hoa cũng rất đẹp. Cơ sở vật chất: khách sạn mới, cơ sở vật chất đẹp, đồ xịn, chắc chắn. Điều hoà âm trần. Phòng rộng đẹp. Chăn đệm chất lượng tốt, ngủ ngon ạ. Nhân viên khách sạn: siêu nice và nhiệt tình. Cảm thấy rất dễ chịu và chân thành. Khách sạn để 2 tủ đồ, mình thấy không cần thiết lắm. Nếu để dành không gian để có thể kê thêm 1 giường nhỏ thì okie hơn.

The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and their kindness truly stood out. We accidentally left a shirt behind and they arranged to send it to us straight away, free of charge. We appreciate this more than we can say. Acts of kindness like this stay with you — we hope kindness finds them in return. Highly recommended!

Huoneessamme ei ollut yhtään tuolia eikä pöytää, mutta ne saatiin kun pyydettiin. Lähtiessä pyydettiin maksua, vaikka oli jo maksettu. Pyydä kuitti ja pidä passi itselläsi.

Aircon was on, two door cards given from the get-go without having to ask. Tv was great, easy to put in firestick and power source available near tv. Toilet water pressure, a bit too transparent doors :-)
