• Henry (1/5): I DIDNT STAY I WAS SCAMMED AND LIED TOO. - I don’t recommend this SCAM they’re the worst!!! Pics is different from reality, 2 The place isn’t available its on the site to trick people to pay for it. Then they contact on WhatsApp instead of here to lie to you that they’ll cancel it and refund you which they won’t they’ll move you onto WA so BOOKINGS.COM won’t have an oversight they’ll only refund when you call and call for days and threaten them with the authorities..

• Joe (1/5): Dissatisfied so am never coming back. - Just that the place is near metro, that's all! Firstly i was kept outside the building for more than 30min waiting for someone to show me the room then the moment i checked in i noticed there was no sleepers for shower and only 1 small towel is provided despite mentioning on the app the room is for 2, secondly the mattress was so dirty and the sheet provided is so light and old, the bathroom water heater was not working i was forced to take a cold shower. The staff was so rude.

• Safak (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, beautiful surrounding, friendly staff. Everything about the stay was exceptional. It was clean, stylish room with excellent service, room was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. Highly recommended.

• Jeevan (1/5): Bad - Poor service and very disappointing There was nobody from the property when I reached there at 6 am. I had to wait for seven hours. Nobody answered my phone calls until noon, and I got my room at 14 hours, though I was charged from the eve . I should be refunded for the first day as I did not benefit from it. I didn't even benefit from the free taxi service, and I made an official complaint about that.
• Safak (10/5): Exceptional - Shujaat is a great host, the location was perfect, I found easy access to good restaurants nearby, very easy to find taxi and metro nearby as well. The room was very cozy and clean, I loved the room, there is also a balcony and the view to the road was my favorite during evening and night hours.

• Jagdeep (1/5): Worst stay ever - The worst experience i have ever had in my life Useless staff and no sense to talk to the customer also. You must remove this property from your website also It will ruin your name also. I waited for the room for 2 hours and whatever is mentioned there at the time of booking i did not get the same. Even the washrooms are not attached to the rooms. Staff was totally useless and no facility at all. I did not stay there because they ruin our day and i had booked another hotel from another website that day.

• Anuppohare (5/5): Not at all good experience - Location is near Mashreq metro station and good restaurants nearby hotel. Old apartment and has no room service. We have booked a stay for 12 nights and no one come to clean the room and toilet for 12 days. Continuous bad smell is there in the Apartment. Common toilet for some rooms in the apartment which they have not mentioned earlier in the listing. No filter for drinking water. They are also not providing bath soap and shampoo. The hair dryer is also not available as listed in the ad. Later on, we came to know nearby apartments are much cheaper and better than ours.
