- Heitor (10/5): Recomendo! - É amplo, tem uma estrutura muito boa para fazer comidas, é bem localizado e a Serena é extremamente gentil e atenciosa! Esqueceram de limpar a varanda! Tinham meias velhas na varanda (possivelmente de outro hóspede) e muitos restos de cigarro em um cinzeiro. De toda forma recomendo!

- Matteo (6/5): - Serena molto disponibile con indicazioni. Nel complesso buona posizione vicina alla metro e con il necessario per alloggiare Pulizia non all’altezza. Abbiamo trovato capelli e peli ovunque tra camera e bagno. Difficile dormire di notti a causa dei continui schiamazzi dei vicini.

- Marina Pefkianaki (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση στις μετακινήσεις μέσω μετρό. Η στάση της γραμμής Β βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κατάλυμα, κάτι που διευκόλυνε ιδιαίτερα τις επισκέψεις στα περισσότερα αξιοθέατα της Ρώμης. Για το Τραστέβερε μετακινηθήκαμε εύκολα με λεωφορείο. Η περιοχή διαθέτει πολύ καλά εστιατόρια και καφέ, χωρίς έντονο τουριστικό χαρακτήρα, αλλά με περισσότερο ντόπιο κόσμο, κάτι που μας άρεσε ιδιαίτερα και έκανε την εμπειρία πιο αυθεντική. Στο δωμάτιο αισθανθήκαμε ασφαλής και δεν είχε καθόλου φασαρία από τα διπλανά δωμάτια. Όλα καλά

- Verina (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Stanza super confortevole, dotata di bollitore, macchinetta per il caffè (con cialda e zucchero offerti), phon professionale, ferro da stiro, sapone, shampoo e asciugamani: tutto il necessaria per chi viaggia per lavoro o per svago. Possibilitá di entrare con codice così da poter arrivare comodamente all'ora desiderata(o, come me, in ritardo a causa di mal funzionamento dei treni). Posizione ottima, attaccata alla fermata della metro. Servizio taxi dalla stazione Termini alla stanza a 20€. Proprietario super disponibile e gentile. Pulizia impeccabile È disponibile una cucina in comune per tutte le stanze(non ne ho usufruito, ma sembrava ben fornita). Bar e Crai, subito sotto la struttura. 1.5 km dall'università (20 min a piedi) e 2.7 km da Piazza San Pietro(40 min di passeggiata, perfetto per chi come me ama camminare) Sicuramente tornerò in questa struttura. ..

La posizione è il punto di forza, davvero strategica (una vera chicca!). Lo staff è meraviglioso: sono sempre disponibili e pronti a dare una mano per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

- Nadia (4/5): - Il posto Camera molto angusta con affacciata su cortile interno, tende sempre chiuse visto la vicinanza con le finestre di fronte. Impossibile usare il bollitore visto il cattivo odore che aveva. Mancanza di cassetti dove riporre l’intimo. Armadi per persone molte alte visto l’altezza dei pali.
