• Filippo (9/5): Bellissimo - La struttura è molto accogliente e rispetta pienamente le foto, piscina piccola ma molto pulita purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarla. Servizio hammam in struttura ottimo e Zak dello staff fantastico ci ha aiutato in ogni occasione e dato svariati consigli Alloggiando al pianto terra sentivamo qualsiasi rumore esterno all’interno del Riad, un po di umidità nella stanza ma per il resto nulla da dire

• Julie (10/5): Geweldig - Heel erg genoten van ons verblijf! We verbleven hier 4 nachten en zijn helemaal in de watten gelegd. De hosts Zakariae en Najiem zijn super aardig en hielpen ons met alles wat we nodig hadden. Van het boeken van taxi’s tot het regelen van een heerlijke massage in de Riad zelf. Elke dag werd onze kamer schoon gemaakt en kregen we een fantastisch ontbijt wat echt onze verwachtingen heeft overtroffen. De riad ligt in de Medina en is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum, maar ook in de avond is dit echt prima te doen. Wij zouden deze plek dus zeker aanraden! Niks
• Mira (9/5): - Obiekt jest świeżo odnowiony więc Riad był pachnący jeszcze farbą. Przywitani byliśmy oczywiście herbatą i ciasteczkami . Zlokalizowany jest na prawdę blisko medyny. Zarówno do jej środkowej jak i południowej spokojnie z "buta" można dojść. Tak więc jeżeli poszukujesz czegoś poza medyną a blisko niej to może być to bardzo dobry wybór.

• Vitali (6/5): Séjour très décevant à cause du manque total de calme et de respect du repos des clients. - L’endroit Séjour malheureusement très décevant à cause du bruit constant. Le personnel ne semble pas prendre en compte le repos des clients : discussions à voix haute en pleine nuit, vidéos YouTube regardées avec le son très fort, puis de nouveau tôt le matin alors que les chambres sont très mal isolées. On entend absolument tout, ce qui rend le sommeil presque impossible. C’est vraiment regrettable car le respect du calme devrait être une priorité dans ce type d’établissement.

• Marta (10/5): - El desayuno muy bueno y los trabajadores del hotel dispuestos ayudar y muy amables. El riad es muy tranquilo y se descansa genial.
• Eneida (7/5): - Zakariae muy amable y muy servicial. El desayuno estaba bueno, aunque habiéndolo comparado con otro Riad, no era una locura, pero vamos, mucho mejor que cualquiera en España. La azotea donde se comía era espectacular y el Riad en general era muy bonito. Se oía todo muchísimo. Por la noche se oía gente llegando a sus habitaciones (lo más normal del Mundo, pero se oía demasiado) y por la mañana había un grupo de 4 personas que hablaban tan alto que parecía que se oía en toda la Medina y no se podía desayunar realmente a gusto disfrutando del entorno.
• Backus (10/5): Riad les Secrets - AMAZING RIAD!! The riad is only a couple months old and looks beautiful. The staff is absolutly the best. Had lots of laughs and conversation with the receptionist Zakariae! Great food from the kitchen, clean rooms and there is a person working night shifts if you need something during the nighttime. The place is a 15 minute walk from the medina wich makes it more quiet. Trips are easy to arrange. We did a hammam, Henna and even celebrated my moms 60st birthday here. She was so surprised thanks to Zakarriae who helpt buying a cake and decorating our room. We had the best time here! And we will miss it!
• Arvind (10/5): Magnifique Riyad - Riyad magnifique. Les chambres sont belles. Le personnel est accueillant est très sympathique. Petit déjeuner super et local. 20min à pied de la place centrale mais le trajet passe vite car la moitié est dans les marchés, souks etc.
• Bérénice (10/5): - Le Riad super chaleureux bien décoré!! On a eu un accueil exceptionnel, toujours agréable et à nous aider en cas de besoin. Je conseille fortement ce Riad, vous ne serez pas déçu !! Très bon séjour on aurait pas pu rêver mieux ! On a tout aimé
• Aurora (10/5): - The property was amazing, clean and tidy. They changed bedding and towels every morning. The breakfast was tasty and served in a nice relaxing terrace. The receptionists were kind and helpful, especially Zakariae who gave me tips for restaurants, places to hang out in the evening and even helped me in finding someone for braids! They let us leave the backpack for a day, booked our transfer to the airport and even found us a printing shop for our boarding pass. Truly one of the best experiences ever! The location is also very convenient as it’s not far from the souks and main square but at the same time it’s not in the chaotic city centre. I am already recommending this place to friends and family. Nothing to say.

• Daria (8/5): Overall, the riad is beautiful and clean, but we do not recommend the spa services. - The riad is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely traditional design that makes the stay feel authentic. The staff were welcoming and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. One thing to note is that the windows are wooden and not very well insulated. Maybe this is simply how traditional riads are built, but we did not expect to hear almost everything from outside and from the other rooms. At the same time, people in the other rooms could hear us very well. The location is a bit far from the central part of the medina. It is still walkable, but the route there is not the most pleasant, especially in the evening. We also tried the hammam and massage. Unfortunately, the hammam experience was not really worth the money. The room was very small and quite closed, and we were left there alone for much longer than expected. The massage itself was nice, but the massage room was also very small, especially for two people at the same time.

Personale adeguato, stanze e servizi in generali, invece, sono leggermente diversi rispetto alle foto ma nel complesso bella esperienza. La posizione del riad è ai limiti della Medina, sicuramente zona meno caotica rispetto al centro ma leggermente fuori mano, a circa 1.2km dalla piazza.
• Lena (8/5): Wir waren für 2 Nächte in einem der 10 Zimmer in dem frisch renovierten erst 1 Monat altem Riad und sehr freundlichem Pe - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben 2 von 3 Tage frischen Minz Tee als Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses gebracht bekommen. An unserem letzten Morgen wurden wir vom Rezeptionist um 07:00 zu unserem Pickup Point für eine mehrtägige Tour begleitet und er hat sichergestellt, dass wir den richtigen Bus bekommen. Das Essen wird in der Küche auf der Dachterrasse frisch zubereitet und ist bei kleinerer Auswahl trotzdem sehr lecker. Da man doch ein kleines Stück aus der Medina herauslaufen muss, haben wir uns abends im Dunkeln draußen etwas unsicher in der Nachbarschaft gefühlt.

Especially Ziad, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and made sure we didn’t miss anything. We would definitely love to come back. Many thanks for everything!
