• Evie (10/5): - We had a couple issues with our rooms, firstly a leak, and then they moved us to a room covered in mould! However that being said, the staff were so so lovely, they apologised profusely and upgraded us to a much nicer, clean room!:)

• KEVIN (4/5): Great shame as really liked the apartment, and had already explained early on in my stay that I would be traveling regul - Apartment very nice and fully equipped. and rate was good. I stayed 12 nights and met the managers son on arrival who did not tell me that work was ongoing on the 8 th floor and my room was on the 7th. Constantly grinding and banging for over half of my stay, and was assured after a few days that after that day the work would be complete but this was a total lie as 2 days later the grinding and banging started again for my last 2 days stay.

• Amy (10/5): Staff are very helpful - The property was perfect for what we needed, a few days to stop over in Hanoi. It is a few minutes walk to the south entrance to train street. The staff were very helpful and kind. Other reviews mention the “ receptionist” to be rude. I think the issue for past travellers is he doesn’t speak much English, however when visiting another country you can’t expect that from everyone. It was very easy to send a message on booking.com or use google translate.

• Jean Pierre (2/5): Triestig !! Een echte schande. - Niets !! Het was er zo vies en vuil dat we amper op de kamer zijn gebleven Vies en vuil, zelfs de bedlakens waren niet ververst !! Keuken materiaal wou je ook niet aanraaken. En zeer veel lawaai hinder door de drukke baan die er lag.

• Ella (4/5): - Ich habe das Apartment spontan gebucht. Daraufhin schrieb man mir, dass es nicht verfügbar ist und ich aber kostenlos in ihr Hotel geupgraded werden kann. Das Hotel war ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, es roch merkwürdig und das Duschwasser war kalt. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu vergleichen mit dem, was ich eigentlich gebucht hatte.

• Thomas (4/5): Für eine Nacht – Augen zu und durch - Ok, es war preiswert und nur für eine schnelle Nacht. Um die Ecke in der Train Street gab es noch ein Häppchen zu essen und morgens zum Bus waren es nur zehn Minuten. Das war’s … Alles war irgendwie ungepflegt, verkalkt, klebrig, angegammelt oder im Badezimmer angeschimmelt. Das WLAN funktioniert mäßig und nur im Hausflur, im Zimmer bricht es zusammen. Periodisch im Minutentakt läuft nachts kurz irgendeine Maschine im Haus an, was einem den Nerv tötet, wenn man schlafen möchte.

• EvgeniyZ (4/5): Вместо указанных аппартаментов владелец предложил гостиницу. Балкона не было. - Расположение и цена были нормальными. Хозяин был любезен. На 1 этаже был кулер с водой. Гостиничный номер на замену оказался неплохим. С нами связался владелец и попросил отменить бронь, потому что с аппартаментами что-то не в порядке. Но предложил гостиницу на замену. Замена была чуть дальше и в гостинице. При этом обманул с балконом, на котором планировалось курить. Вместо него было окно с решёткой и курение в номере запрещено. Впрочем, в остальном номер был приемлемый на 6 этаже. Окна выходили на оживлённую улицу. Курить можно только на улице. Ремонт свежий, но плитка на полу небрежно положена. Душ с нагревателем, который включается кнопкой. Это не было очевидно, хотя хозяин был любезен и рассказал про кнопку. Сейфа не было.

La chambre 802 (et probablement la 801) sont au dernier étage.la nuit il y a une machinerie qui fait le même bruit qu une machine à laver le linge en mode essorage. C'est un peu l enfer car la porte d'entrée n isole pas phoniquement. Mais le pire est le détecteur de présence près de l' ascenseur. Il s allume plusieurs fois par minute sans raison. Comme la porte d' entrée est transparente, on a l' impression que quelqu'un allume une lampe à l' intérieur de l' appartement. Presque impossible de s endormir. Sur ce dernier point, l' établissement pourra facilement corriger le problème....

Tôi bị quản lí gọi điện thoại để hỏi về ngày check-out dự tính của tôi (trước đó tôi đã báo rằng mình sẽ ở trong khoảng thời gian mấy hôm) nhưng do đang bận công việc ko kịp nghe máy thì 10 phút sau tôi cầm điện thoại tính gọi lại thì thấy tin nhắn của quản lý yêu cầu tôi dọn đồ ra khỏi phòng luôn để cho khách khác thuê khi tôi chưa có thông báo trả phòng. Tôi phải chạy gấp từ nơi làm việc về khách sạn để dọn đồ ra khỏi phòng. Cách hành xử thiếu chuyên nghiệp không có lương tâm thì mọi người k nên lựa chọn thuê phòng tại đây.
• TA (5/5): 悪くはないが、２回目はないかな。 - まずホテルではなく、あくまでもアパートメントであることを理解することが必要。ホテルではない。依頼すると英語対応ができるスタッフが、現地に来てくれる。部屋が広く、洗濯機、冷蔵庫などがある。フロント付近にスタッフ（おじさん）が、確かに２４時間いつもおり、フレンドリーな対応をしてくれるが、英語は全く通じない。周りに飲食店が多く、夕食、朝食には困らない。 シャワーの温水調節が極めて難しい。熱湯か冷水かで、調節に苦労した。通りに面した部屋は、深夜まで通りのノイズがうるさく、眠れない。booking.comで予約した金額と、クレジット決済の金額が違っていた。大した金額差ではないが、問題かと思われる。金額打ち間違えなどの、ケアレスミスだったのだろうか？

• Sasha (6/5): the location and facilities were great but the cleaniess of the property really let it down. We tried to contact them 3 - location and facilities / size of apartment it took a while to get our room cleaned daily and i had to message them multiple times (3 days in a room) - the room was not very clean when we arrived, especially the bathroom which had a lot of mould. we also saw numerous cockroaches during our stay and a rat on the balcony.

• Simon (9/5): Would highly recommend if you want space and good value for money. - Lots of space, very comfy and the staff were lovely and went above and beyond, let me do washing onsite etc. Only issue I had was no hot water while I was there, so it was 3 days of cold showers but not a big deal. I think it’s relatively newly set up, so they’re just having some teething issues like that.

• Mallaidh (6/5): Close to main attractions - Good location, close to Train Street and about a 25/30 min walk into the Old Quarter. Room is good size and plenty of fridge space. Unit includes a washing machine and balcony for drying which is handy for long term travellers. Very good A/C system. The property is a bit dated. Bathroom could do with a slight upgrade. Main part of the shower did not work due to heavy limescale and rubbish from previous tenant was still in bin which indicated that it was not cleaned thoroughly before we checked in (no early check in, so this was not due to us arriving too soon).

• Balthazar (1/5): - il y avait youtube sur la télé, et un balcon où je pouvais fumer des clopes pour me calmer après ce terrible check-in traumatisant. Catastrophique. Tout d’abord, le lieu est impossible à trouver, nous avons dû chercher environ 20 minutes le lieu. Un fois le lieu trouvé, le monsieur m’a pris pour un cambrioleur, il m’a poussé de force hors de l’hôtel en me criant dessus et en m’insultant. Ensuite, lors du check-in lorsqu’il m’a demandé mon passeport, j’avais l’impression de subir un contrôle de police. Aucun échange verbal. J’ai choisis avec ma copine cet appart-hotel car il y avait une cuisinière, mais il n’y avait aucun ustensile (même pas une casserole) : impossible de cuisiner quoi que ce soit. Les serviettes et les draps avaient des taches brunes. Il n’y avait pas de taies d’oreiller. À 11h55, on tambourine sur la porte pour un check-out à 12h. 5 min plus tard, on martèle de nouveau notre porte. Cet excès de zèle est totalement injustifié en regard du check-in chaotique. Lorsque j’ai rendu la clé de la chambre à notre hôte, celui-ci me l’a prise sans un mot, sans m’adresser de regard. Pas de au revoir ni merci de la part de notre hôte. En bref, ce lieu est à fuir, n’y allez surtout pas. Heureusement je n’y suis resté qu’une nuit.

Оплатила 4 ночи, провела 1 ночь. Конечно оплату не вернули. Очень шумная улица, постоянный трафик, байки, если проезжает грузовик, то квартира пошатывается, как при легком землетрясении, и дверь входная стеклянная, все слышно, лифт приехал, строители орут. Все для вашего дискомфорта. Оплатила 77 $, провела 1 ночь, в 14:00 на следующий день выселилась.

• Ivona (10/5): Exceptional - We booked this place last minute after our train was full and it turned out to be a hidden gem! The room was meticulously clean, super comfortable, and we honestly slept better here than in much more expensive accommodations we stayed at in Hanoi. The staff were kind and helpful, and everything about our stay was just great. Fully recommended amazing value and experience. If we knew about this place earlier, we would’ve booked it for all our stays in Hanoi. We’re definitely coming back next time!
• Wolfie (7/5): It's a no for me - Place is spacious and nice, obviously quite new with such a potential We booked this place mainly because of kitchen and balcony which is on pictures fully equipped, but there is literally almost nothing, not even a pan, no furniture on balcony so had to Sit on the floor and when we asked for at least pan, nothing happened. Plus the guy on what is probably reception was super rude.

• Wong (6/5): Great value, but service could be improved with more staff - The location is nice for this property as it is located near the “Coffee Street” in Hanoi and close by to Old Quarter. The room is nice and large and features amenities such as a fridge, TV, AC, and washer as well as a large bathroom. The property could be tough to find as it’s located in a busy and dense area of Hanoi. The street the hotel is located at is very busy, making it hard for Grab drivers to U-Turn if needed. My room was missing some essential items such as hand soap, clean towels daily, and a hair dryer. Upon arrival, the towels I had were not clean and had hair on them, prompting me to head to a nearby market and purchase some new towels. On my last day, a large cockroach emerged and died from an unknown cause which I saw in the morning. Lastly, the attendant who was managing the property was nice (and seemed like the only staff member), but could only speak Vietnamese and stated that credit cards were not accepted, despite the property messaging me on Booking.com stating that they do, so prepare cash upon arrival.

• Ryan (5/5): Passable - The room was cheap, it was big and the room was quiet The location being pinned in google maps did not show the actual location, and it is difficult to talk in english to the caretaker. but he was very accommodating, the entrance looks more like shop with metal garage door that goes up and down. but the key they give you can open and close it so it is ok to go home late at night but it might be difficult to know where to leave the key when you go out early
• Reva (7/5): Overall good value for the price and no problems with my stay! - The unit is spacious and comfortable. The location is close to one of the train streets, but otherwise it’s a very local area. Walking distance to the train station where you can catch a bus to the airport. The unit is quiet and has a nice view of the city. The location on google maps (if you just type in the name) is incorrect, so use the address on booking.com. There is no sign on the front of the building so it’s a bit hard to notice. The bathroom also had some mold but not a huge deal.

• Anthony (7/5): NICE but can be NICER - Clean & Spacious Did not see a single ant or cockroach during my stay. I wouldn't mind staying here again now that I know what to expect... Room lock was a fail and it took 2 days of communication to get it (sort of) fixed. Had to buy additional stuff during my stay to make the room safer and pleasant to stay - floor mats, toilet paper, trash bags, kitchen wet napkins to clean up an oily kitchen. Was only given one toilet roll and a set Towels for my 11 nite stay. Wouldn't recommend using the burnt frying pan for your own health and they didn't provide a Spatula either. No cleaning equipment, like broom or mop for me to do self cleaning. Attendant below can't speak English and while not rude, he wasn't very courteous either... Google translate will be your friend here. Note that the Attendant will do an inspection of the room before you leave...add that extra time if you are making your way to the Airport or booking a Grab Ride...
