• Wai Hong (9/5): Beautiful new hotel in a central location for quick and easy travel to all the sights. - Good location near the station so you can quickly travel to various places on the Yamanote line. The metro is also nearby. We booked the larger room with a washing machine: super spacious, separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Enough to open 3 large suitcases at least, and thats a lot for Tokio ;-) Nothing really, but if I have to mention something: the hallway lights could be turned up a notch.

• Alysha (9/5): Great location, friendly staff and great features in room! - Hotel is super close to Ebisu station (1-2 min walk). Staff were very friendly and never failed to greet on arrival which was a nice touch! Rooms are very clean and came with a washing machine/dryer which was super handy for the long stay! Location was perfect for something super central but in a quieter part of Tokyo. There was controllable AC, a microwave and fridge with proper freezer in the room and bed was very comfortable. Not so much dislikes but things to note: Rooms are very small, which wasn’t too much of a problem as there was quite a bit of storage under the bed. There is no daily housekeeping (I.e cleaning, sheet changing etc) but they will replace towels and clear bins. For a 7 night stay room was only completely cleaned once (this was not too big of a deal for us).

From the moment I arrived, the staff delivered exceptional hospitality — warm, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations, directions, and anything else I needed. The level of service truly reflected the famous Japanese attention to detail. The room was spotless and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were high quality. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was after busy days exploring the city. One of the best parts of this hotel is its location. It was conveniently close to train stations, restaurants, shopping areas, and many of Tokyo’s major attractions, making it easy to get around without stress. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still felt peaceful and elegant. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering both traditional Japanese dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. What truly made this stay memorable was how effortless and comfortable the entire experience felt. Every detail seemed thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, whether for business or vacation. The whole experience was outstanding!

• Alexandra (10/5): Great hotel in a great location - Excellent hotel! The room is cozy and quiet with amazing lighting and very comfortable bed and pillows. Even though we had the smallest room, there was still storage space for all our luggage. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was the best ever! Everyone who works there is really nice too. We’ll be returning to this hotel on our next stay.

• Tara (9/5): We will be back! - We were looked after so well. The hotel and restaurant has only opened recently so everything was fresh and new. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed and decorated. I highly recommend the breakfast as the food was delicious. It is very close to Ebisu Station which was such a bonus for us. Nothing! We loved our stay and would recommend to friends.

The location is also perfectly situated in Tokyo to stay in a more quiet area while still being close to everything. What I would do to stay here again! That I eventually had to leave!

• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect for families wanting a slightly less touristy but still fun Tokyo neighborhood. - We had a great time at Tokyu stay. We really appreciated the spacious room and in room washer/dryer, perfect for being able to pack less! Location was wonderful, a very walkable area and just a block from the train station. Breakfast was delicious as well. It’s a new hotel, so the staff (while very kind) didn’t always seem to have answers to our questions. Would have benefitted from them helping navigate train travel to the airport (we found ourselves the easiest is taking the JR to shinagawa and then the Narita express), instead of just suggesting a taxi. Would have also appreciated if they had international postcard stamps at the front desk! It was loud at night being on a busy street, but I imagine this is common in such a busy city!

Staff and facilities are tops and the location ideal in a non touristy area. Good breakfast and plenty of dining options in the area. The windows are all frosted so while there is good natural light there is no view.

My room was lovely, very well equipped, and extremely comfortable. The hotel is just a few minutes from Ebisu Station, making it easy to get around quickly on the Yamanote Line.

Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute Les chambres sont assez petites pour deux personnes, surtout la chambre confort double. La superior Queen est un peu plus spacieuse par contre pas très pratique si on a de grandes valises.

Het hotel zit tegenover station Ebisu waarvandaan de belangrijkste metro’s/treinen vertrekken. 1 halte van Shibuya vandaan. In de omgeving genoeg eetgelegenheden en een familymart. De kamer was schoon, comfortabele bedden en kussens, een koelkast en een wasmachine. Alles met de lift bereikbaar en zonder lange wachttijd. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt viel tegen qua assortiment voor de prijs die je betaald en koffie zoals cappuccino was niet inbegrepen. Wat wel fijn was dat je ook van de menukaart gerechten kon bestellen. Het eten en drinken was best prijzig, een cappuccino 995 yen, wat neerkomt op bijna €6,- en ook een heel klein kopje. De smaak was wel goed.

Unmanageably so. It ruined the experience because we spent the whole time in our room tripping over our bags. Would not recommend this room for more than 1 person! If you have a drink in the lobby I think you have to order food which wasn’t ideal if you just want to have a pre-dinner drink, it wasn’t explained well too us so still a bit confused about that

• Aya (6/5): Amazing location terrible room to bed ratio - Location Poor room layout, the bed took up the entire room to the point that the small side table didn’t even properly fit between the bed and window side bench. Every time I want to get there I had to climb over the bed. Would have been much more comfortable and good use of space with a sing bed.

It felt fairly new, so the room was in excellent condition. Dining was adequate with a limited but adequate buffet. Location was close to the subway, and the area was close to the main shopping area; however, if you want the buzz of a more vibrant streetscape, this location is not the one. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and the ability to open the windows in the evening for some fresh air.

The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything, which made our stay even better. We chose the family room, which was very spacious. Everything was clean and modern. We had no complaints at all. It was the perfect hotel for our stay in Tokyo.

The service is good, breakfast is tasty and healthy, and it's very convenient (right across from the train station).

Even with the windows closed, we always found the room smelling of food.

Best sleep of my 3 week trip. The food at breakfast was good too. I was a bit confused at checkin. I was brought somewhere else to sign a document but I had no idea what it’s for and why I had to wait after. It was not a long wait, just wasn’t sure why. Perhaps it’s just the language barrier. The stay was still excellent.

• Daniel (8/5): Great Stay for Tokyo Exploration - Very dedicated and enthusiastic, hard working staff. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere and the location (in a fair walking distance to Shibuya and directly next to Ebisu Station) is well suited for sightseeing. The room was relatively small in size (very normal for Tokyo inner city) but every square centimeter was well used with clever storage possibilites etc. The bathroom was absolutely top class in cleanliness and comfort! I can also very much recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner: It was very delicious, creative food that I enjoyed a lot. Reception and bar/restaurant entrance are set up in one place (which actually made me miss reception at first entry). In general this is fine but it can get a bit hectic (for some maybe stressful) or slightly confusing who to approach about what. I had no issues at all but it was something I noticed for myself.

We found the room was large enough for ourselves and 1 child, although not as large as some other more expensive family rooms in Japan. We usually stay in Shibuya and found this area better with kids and equally convenient :) We stayed a week and would have loved to get our room cleaned during that time vs. just towels and trash changed. I'm sure we could have asked for this, but we didn't.

The hotel has everything you need, the room is spacious enough and has a washing machine, hotel staff were very accomodating and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was how on few nights I could hear noise from the street despite being on a higher floor.

It was convenient to have the small kitchen. The location is phenomenal, less than a 5 minute walk to the Ebisu train station and shopping center with restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and Mister Donut and Starbucks across the street. Add more towel hooks.

• TAI CHUN (10/5): 服務人員非常熱情、友善，房間雖然不大（東京常態大小），但設備非常充足及新穎，有電熱壺、微波爐、冰箱（甚至有冷凍）、餐具，衛浴蓮蓬頭、吹風機是ReFa的，很讚。地點就在惠比壽站對面，方便到不行。Lobby餐廳的食物也很好吃。 - 設備新穎，服務熱情，地點超方便。 完全沒有。
