• Catherine (8/5): Great for a weekend/city break but not suitable for a family beach holiday - Very central for a city stay. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars & shops nearby. Very big king-size bed (possibly a super king). The whole room is spotlessly clean & very spacious. The jacuzzi bath was a lovely addition & helped ease aching legs/feet after a couple of days of walking. Tho, the water did overflow the sides, so we had to use our extra towels to mop up the mess😕. The staff were very helpful & attentive. It is a 15 to 20 mins uphill walk from the beach, so it's not really suitable for a beach holiday. Also, l think this makes it not suitable for a family holiday.
• Okan (10/5): Sehr moderne Ausstattung und ein Aufenthalt, der sich wie ein kleiner Wellness-Urlaub angefühlt hat. - Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und komfortabel, die Lage war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm. Es hat sich teilweise sogar wie ein kleiner Wellness-Urlaub angefühlt. Es gab nichts, was uns gestört hat.

Jacuzi was quite ok, despite the fact, that there is a huge lag in hot water , so at the tap or shower u had to wait like 5min for it to start to be warm. 0 SOUNDPROOFING. Noise is unbearable from road and neighbours. Generally u wont be able to sleep, if u are used to standard level of noise. Any talks, each car, scotters, everything feels like with open window, though it is closed. I think it is level of 70 db + . Those are not conditions to sleep. I don't recomend this place to anyone. Also the place is located next to some god damit busy road, although it doesnt look like in map. There's traffic under the window till at least 3am. Another note, you have nespresso coffee machine in room. Is this for owner a lot to give for 1 or 2 days the capsules... so we bought ourselves a pack, but this is low level of accomodation behaviour. Most places would give some,or some bags of tea.. or sugar to that. We stayed 2 nights, buying those when u just dont even have bug baggae is a problem to take back when u dont use it. Seems a small issue ? But even smaller thing for the owner, yet nothing.

Жахлива шумоізоляція,сусіди які прийшли дуже пізно і пів ночі сміялись,чутно було все. Прибирання між проживанням-не прибирання,рушники не замінюють,просто застеляють ліжко. Ключі треба забирати в іншому місці,з валізами це трохи важко.

• Jasmina (2/5): Nicely refubriahed but terrible noise - Nicely refubrished Terrible noise from the street and also inside the building. This affected our sleeping badly, even with using earbuds. The isolation is almost non existent. In addition, as we had the ground floor apartment, for protection purposes, there were bars and the light was not able to enter the apartment even during the day. It was almost complete dark if we did not put the lights on. We asked the reception to move us to another apartment, they couldnt assist us.

• Cotumaccio (9/5): - La struttura è molto pulita, organizzata ed in posizione abbastanza centrale (dall’Explanada de España, saranno una decina di minuti a piedi). Avendo preso la camera con jacuzzi, ci aspettavamo di trovare accappatoi, ma è una piccolezza perché è stato tutto perfetto.

Il check in va fatto a 200m e li vicino c'e' anche parcheggio pubblico suggeritomi dalla struttura. (Non proprio conveniente ma credo siano tutti cosi). Si trova a due passi dal Mercado Central e dalla Plaza de Toros. Presenti bar minimarket e negozi di vario genere. Sebbene sia ottima struttura suggerirei alcuni dettagli. Manca posto dove appoggiare la valigia, manca portasapone e scopino wc. Se hai vasca idromassaggio ti aspetti accappatoio e ciabatte o almeno un telo in piu. Se presente macchina caffe' ti aspetti almeno 2 cialde. Non e' presente cassaforte.

• Victoria (1/5): - The room itself is clean, but in my personal opinion, this building should not be considered suitable for living. The level of noise from all sides is unbearable. You can hear everything: people talking, screaming during sex, having parties on different floors, banging doors, moving chairs, and even noises from the bathrooms. The level of the noice as if it’s happening right inside your room. At times, the noise is extremely intrusive and makes it very difficult to rest. If you’re looking for a place where you can sleep peacefully, this is not it. That said, I have no complaints about the cleaners or the condition of the room itself.

Y lo otro que no me gusto una planta baja sin ventanas ni nada de luz natural. En los otros Victoria que he estado siempre nos ponían unas cápsulas para el café con leche y en este nada.
