• Bengi (8/5): - Location was amazing, spacious rooms, plenty of light, apartment was super clean. For such an amazing apartment in Paris, the overhead fluorescent office lighting made no sense!!!! I had to sit in my bedroom to avoid the hideous blaring overhead lights at night. Please invest in some better daylight lighting solutions that better suit this beautiful apartment🙏🏼

• Michelle Lyu (1/5): Nice location, but unsafe, dirty and uncomfortable accommodations - Location is superb and fairly easy to get to transit. Nearby restaurants were excellent. Location was just about the only positive aspect of the trip. Electric went out TWICE during our 5 day stay. One time it happened while one of us was showering in the evening so obviously that was a shock to have the bathroom lights completely go out. Hot water runs out after the third person showered. Shower stall itself is very dangerous and slippery - it is situated on top of several steps with no safety or grab bar. I can see this being a potential safety hazard. Note that there is only ONE toilet and one shower but the place sleeps up to 6 or 7. We only had 4 people but I cannot imagine this being comfortable beyond 4 people. The door locks to the apartment were not secure so when we were inside the apartment in the evenings, there was no way to deadbolt the apartment from the inside. Pictures are deceiving - the host styled the apartment very charming and well equipped but in reality, the accommodations were very spare. Poor kitchen quality utensils, cookware. Fridge is literally a tiny fridge more suitable for a hotel room, not a 3 bedroom apartment. No useable dining room because it is in the foyer area with chairs that were uncomfortably low in comparison to actual tabletop. Living room sofa and chairs were very dirty. Could not bear to sit on them. Washer worked but dryer did not. We had to line dry all of our clothes which was a huge pain and time commitment. Beds felt like eggcrate foam tops. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. I do not recommend staying here unless you're used to hostels or 2 star motels.
• Marieke (9/5): super - heel fijn en best ruim appartement in een hele leuke wijk. Weinig last van straatgeluiden, maar oordoppen in de nacht zijn wel handig misschien. Drie kamers met 140 bedden denk ik. TV had smart tv, dus je kon lekker Netflix en HBO geloof ik kijken. De codes krijg je via de mail. Ik werd op dag twee nog gebeld of alles naar wens was. En dat was zo. Ik zou er zo weer naar terug gaan. het matras was wat hard, een zachte topper erop en het krijgt van mij een dikke tien.
• camilla (1/5): Shocking security and set up. - Nothing The security was shocking - no way of locking the door from the inside . Lighting was like a psych ward and being in an office. Really strange place and not a holiday place at all - said had view of inside courtyard but was not what you would expect. UPDATE - They have just contacted me offering 10% to remove the review - I refused.

• Martin (5/5): Lage super. Apartment nicht. Wir kommen nicht wieder. - Die Lage. Superb! Die Ausstattung. Die dünnen Wände, die Metro fährt für empfindliche Ohren quasi durch die Wohnung. Der Schnitt der Wohnung, eine schlecht ausgestattete Küche steht lieblos in einem winzigen Wohnzimmer, zu wenig Lampen, ach es ist alles so billig und zudem gerockt, kaputt und fällt auseinander. Es ist ein Platz zum Schlafen (mit Ohropax) mehr leider nicht und dafür zu teuer.

Friendly people in the building. Two keys would have been nice. Also although the apartment was very clean the furnishings in the living room could use a deep clean. Also there were some small breakage (shower door, drawer).
• Mariko (9/5): A highly satisfactory stay at a beautiful and convenient location! - Fantastic location — bakeries (right next door/photo attached), cafés, and the metro all just a short walk away. Slightly off the tourist trail, which gave it a lovely local feel — we loved watching everyday Parisian life from the lounge window. The bedrooms were stylish and comfortable, with clear check-in instructions. Perfect for our family of four (2 adult children) — so much nicer than staying in a hotel! The only drawback was that the apartment, though spacious for six people, has just one toilet. There’s a separate shower room, but the shower cubicle is slightly elevated and could feel a bit awkward to step out of. Nothing major — just something to be aware of. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful apartment overall.

• Kevin (8/5): Pleasant apartment in a great location - The apartment is situated in a great location in Le Marais. Lots to great attractions, cafes, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. A couple of Metro stations are very close by for easy travel to attractions further away for those who don't want to do much walking. Bedrooms are an adequate size, and the living area is comfortable for a group of four. The kitchen area could do with being a bit bigger but we didn't cook so was ok for our needs.

• Prisca (9/5): Very good - The location was fantastic near many great places. The apartment is spacious and bedroom are well equipped. Only one bathroom which is not suitable for big families. And in the kitchen did not have a proper vacuum. When cooking the smell can be stuck in clothes or sofa.
• Robert (9/5): Great location. Would stay again. - Great location. Two metro stations within 250m connecting with 5 lines. Lots of good restaurants and boulangeries within 5 minute walk. Liquid laundry detergent stained white clothes.
• Sarah (9/5): Great apartment in a lively neighborhood - We found the location to be perfect. Within a 4 min walk of 3 different metro stations and countless restaurants and cafes nearby. Grocery store was also a block away. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had the basics. Given we stayed for a week long holiday, we thought that some additional items could've been provided from the get-go, including additional toilet paper, paper towel and some laundry detergent so that we could freshen up towels, dish cloth, etc during our stay without having to go out and buy our own.

We arrived and the sink was clogged, was fixed but then the water backed up in the shower & this was taken care of. For a 3 bedroom with a small shower & one toilet will be a bit inconvenient if 6 people were staying there.

In a bustling neighborhood yet closed windows block out any noise. So nice to have washer and iron. Kitchen perfect for small or more elaborate meals. Grout in shower looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed in a month. The step down from the shower is a hazard for senior citizens. My family didn’t have a problem, but could see it as an issue if I had my parents or in laws w me.

• King (9/5): Very nice - Location is very convenient for Metro and walking and is close to places of attractions; has nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and supermarket close by. The apartment is clean, spacious (3 bedrooms), good natural light, and high ceiling. Coffee machine with coffee capsule is a nice touch. Spacious room for shower (which is good) and washing machine. For a apartment with three bedrooms which is good for a big family, there is only 1 toilet. If possible, perhaps can consider adding a toilet/WC facility inside the shower/washing-machine room, which will help a lot. Also, the TV could be a bit bigger, and wifi whilst good at the living room, can hardly get any signal from the bedroom further away from the living. Can considering adding a router to establish a wifi-mesh network to solve the issue. If the above are done, it would be a 10 out of 10

Unfair to be informed of The deposit of €2k to follow the rules (set by the owner) after booking the property so if refused you lose the payment and won’t get the access code if you agree you will be in a risk to lose the €2k Mentioned that there is car parking but discovered it is public and you need to book in advance you may not find space even. The rules were very strict don’t don’t don’t don’t Only one toilet (for 8 people) Got the WiFi code the next day and it won’t work in the far bed room.

The place is bigger than we thought. The beds are very soft so they are not the most comfortable. The washing machine/dryer only really works as a washing machine, however there is a drying rack so it didn't matter for us
• Robin (8/5): It was comfortable and convenient. - The apartment was beautiful, especially the floor to ceiling windows. Key boxes were very efficient. The gentleman who welcomed us was very nice. I couldn’t find an electric outlet in the bathroom ( toilet room ). I needed one to dry my hair. The kitchen area was small, and needed more or better supplies… like drying towels for dishes and extra washing sponges. I expected a 24 hour front desk, as advertised but I had to reach the staff by phone or e mail. Shower seemed unsafe for older people with the steps.

Shower is quite small and dangerous to get out when wet. Kitchenette has all basics, but no oven or extractor hood, no towels or drying rack, etc. Finishing of the apartment is missing a bit.

• Fran (9/5): Great location, expensive (but it was Paris), comfortable beds and living room. - Great location, close to restaurants, subway, bakery, grocery, easy walk to Notre Dame. The bathroom was oddly laid out with a shower up two tile steps that could have been really slippery -- we put a towel down to ensure we didn't fall. Also there weren't hooks for towels, though perhaps the property just hadn't put those in yet.

The kitchen is tiny and not well equipped, the shower is unconfortable, no towel hooks in the shower, no hand towel in the toilet, the dining space is a small and high table with chairs too short.

I had to book another hotel.I waited till midnight with my family including 2 small kids in the rain,unsure if the booking was still on or not. It is really unfair and unprofessional behavior should be tolerated.

• Fiona (10/5): Wonderful, spacious apartment in fabulous location. - What a fantastic apartment. Three real bedrooms, well stocked, generous sized bathroom, fantastic location, safe. We absolutely loved staying here. Hard to think of anything we didn’t like but there is a big step up to the shower so if you were less mobile this could be a bit slippery.
• Dana (10/5): Modern, spacious Parisian apartment in a central location, - the apartment was in a historical building, newly renovated and has everything we needed (towels, iron, coffee, equipped kitchen…). the design was beautiful and everything was very clean and well maintained. the location was very central, close to two metro lines and a walking distance from many nice areas, restaurants, supermarket. the deposit amount was very high. but as soon as you check in you realize why they ask for it. the apartment is very central, in a historical building, yet very modern and well maintained.
