- Fabiola (1/5): Mala práctica en facturación y trato poco profesional - La ubicación Título: Mala práctica en facturación y trato poco profesional Durante la estancia de mis clientes en este hotel, tuvimos una experiencia muy negativa principalmente por temas administrativos y de atención. Al solicitar la factura del hospedaje, se me informó que no podían emitirla directamente ya que no cuentan con RFC propio y facturan por medio de un tercero. Además, se me quiso cobrar un IVA adicional, aun cuando el servicio ya había sido pagado previamente a través de la plataforma. Esto resulta inconsistente y poco transparente. Lo más preocupante es que, en un caso similar con un compañero, sí accedieron a emitir la factura sin cargos adicionales, lo que evidencia falta de claridad y criterio en sus procesos. Adicionalmente, el personal del hotel realizó comentarios incorrectos hacia mis clientes, señalando que yo había tenido una actitud irrespetuosa, lo cual es completamente falso. En todo momento mantuve una comunicación profesional, aun ante la inconformidad por el cargo adicional. Este tipo de prácticas no deberían presentarse en un alojamiento que opera dentro de una plataforma formal como Booking, donde se espera transparencia, claridad en los cobros y profesionalismo en el trato. Conclusión: No recomendaría este hotel para viajes de negocio ni para quienes requieran facturación formal, y definitivamente no volvería a contratar sus servicios.
