- Alyssa (3/5): Misleiding! - Het uitzicht op de zee en de bereikbaarheid van het personeel. Bij aankomst bleken we niet bij dit resort te kunnen verblijven door een renovatie. Hiervan hebben we absoluut geen bericht gehad. We hadden de keuze om te blijven, maar er waren geen medewerkers. Ze forceerde ons om naar een andere locatie te gaan in de stad. Ik had specifiek dit resort gekozen om minder drukte te ervaren. Na een vlucht waren we moe dus besloten we wel naar de andere locatie te gaan. Het hotel heeft NIKS gedaan om ons tegemoet te komen. Ze beloofden een gratis ontbijt, maar dit zat al inbegrepen in onze reservering. De kamer was op z'n hoogst middelmatig. Ik zou anderen afraden om hier te boeken omdat je dus niet krijgt waar je voor boekt.

- Franziska (5/5): - The property manager as well as the owners were really lovely and forthcoming. The location of the hotel is really good. Close to nice beaches etc. And they even offer free drives to the closest beach. Unfortunately it was quite dirty. The cleaning wasn't done properly in the rooms. Towerls had lots of stains and hairs. There was quite some trash in the garden (laying in the grass like cigarettes, paper, cans, etc). The place is generally pretty worn down which we could live with considering the low price. However it needs to be hygienic despite. And that was not the case. The manager did a good effort to make up for it but hygiene is just something that should be in place. .

They cared and took great care of all the guests❤️ We love this place. Also loved the pool which is pool was about 10 or 12 meters long. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was terrific

- Antonella (10/5): - Residence tenuto molto bene, camere molto spaziose e pulite. Ottima la possibilità di prendere gratuitamente i motorini, davvero comoda per muoversi sull’isola. Le camere sono forse un po’ troppo spoglie, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo.
- Samim (8/5): Nice place with good value for money - Resort was nice and clean. Villa were well placed with nice place to sit outside. Breakfast was decent. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful We booked three rooms one of the bathroom had a foul smell which remained during our stay. Also bathroom was very simple and extremely slippery when wet. Walking path leading to pool and leading to dinning hall passes over small water channels but it did not had any railing. I had older parents with me and I had to accompany them each time they are moving around as I was afraid they might fall in water channel if they loose balance. A protective railing will be very good.

- Ryo (7/5): 都会の喧騒を忘れてのんびり過ごしたい人にはよい - スタッフの愛嬌、対応がよかった。 部屋が（ムダに）広かった。 タブタブが大きかった。 ビールとフルーツが無料提供された。 虫の鳴き声が心地よかった（静か）。 空港送迎を無料で提供してくれた。 部屋が少しかび臭いような気がした。 冷蔵庫自体は「冷える」冷蔵庫だったが、チェックイン時に冷えておらず、冷えるまでに一晩かかった。 部屋を不在にすると電源がすべて落ちる（不在間に携帯電話等の充電ができない。）。 朝食のレベルは低いので、朝食に期待しないほうがよい。 シャワーの湯が途中ででなくなった。シャワーの真上に小さな給湯器があり、その許容を超えたらしい。

I got some fish here to feed the way. The bungalows are spaced out is perfect hands-down probably the best place I stayed at on the island.

- Semi (10/5): AMAZING! - A truly magnificent person! He was incredibly helpful to me and my lover. On our second night, we realized that we wanted to come again. They are very helpful and very good people. The rooms are detached villas and very clean and the staff is always smiling and very attentive. The prices are very reasonable and if you want, they will help you rent a motorbike. Everything was great, we will come again! Everything was great!!!!

The only downside is that it’s a bit far from everything, but if you don’t mind a short trip, it’s definitely worth it. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
- Zhana (10/5): Peaceful, green, clean - Very quiet place away from the crowds, it’s green with a clean swimming pool, they change the towels every day, breakfast is also good. We booked last minute but were warmly welcomed, we even immediately managed to rent a scooter from reception. Pro tip: if you have an early flight make sure to book a taxi via reception in advance. We only relied on Grab which didn’t work that early but the owner happened to be there and kindly offered to drop us at the airport which was flight saving. Thank you! I think it’s very good value for the money.

With elegant villas that are well-separated to ensure privacy, the resort offers an escape from noise which can be a problem in Phu Quoc. (We are here for 3 months and had to get away from our long term stay hotel for a few days due to guest noise). Its tranquility is a highlight, with a location distant from bustling neighborhoods, allowing guests to truly unwind from everyday distractions. The quiet environment guarantees a restful stay for those seeking peace. Close by, the iconic Ho Quoc Pagoda a beautiful temple worthy of a visit.
- Kasper (4/5): Disappointing - The room was clean. Staff kept passport and the storage was just on the desk for anyone to take. Pool was too dirty to swim in. Staff spoke zero words of English, not even Hello on arrival. No hot water and location poor.
