• Harshita (1/5): - We arrived at the property on Saturday, 18th Oct 2025, and discovered that the air conditioner was not working from the time we checked in. We immediately informed the property manager and have been following up daily. Despite repeated promises that maintenance would attend, no one came to fix it throughout our stay. After several requests and almost a week of ongoing discomfort, the management finally sent us a small table fan on the 7th day of our stay (around 3:30 pm) — which was clearly insufficient and did not resolve the issue. There were no other fans or cooling alternatives provided. The property management had initially promised to refund us, but has now refused to do so.
• Alexey (6/5): - The apartment is in a great location—convenient for getting around and close to key attractions, shops, and transport links. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the city skyline, especially in the evening when the lights come on. The room itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler might need, from kitchen essentials to toiletries and small comforts that made the stay more enjoyable and hassle-free. Although the Wi-Fi connection was technically established, there was no actual Internet access throughout my stay. I reported the issue promptly, but unfortunately received no response, no assistance, and no resolution. This lack of communication and support was disappointing and made it difficult to stay connected or work remotely. Additionally, the sofa in the apartment was not clean—it had visible spots and stains that made it uncomfortable to use. It gave the impression that proper attention hadn’t been paid to cleanliness or upkeep. Noise was another concern. The apartment was located near a busy road, and traffic sounds were quite noticeable, especially at night. On top of that, the ventilation system produced a persistent humming noise that added to the disturbance and made it harder to relax or sleep peacefully.
• Warren (1/5): Worst travel experience of my life. I'm 51 years old. - The keys were not available when I arrived. I was told at 21:00 after a long day of travel to arrange alternate accommodation. The keys were available the next morning but the fob failed to activate the lift to the apartment. Communication was difficult due to language barriers.
