• GG Allin (5/5): Great Staff. You Get What You Pay For. - It's very convenient to multiple locations around town. Great jumping point to the corners of Duval County. Changing rooms due to broken pipe behind the shower walls, and in our new room guests trying to access our room at 2am because the front office didn't update their system.

• John-Manuel (9/5): Good value and comfortable room - The price was right and the room was large and comfortable. When I first arrived, it took a few minutes to realize that Suburban Studios was another name for this Rodeway Inn—because the sign I saw on the side of the building said Rodeway Inn in large letters, and Suburban Studios below them.

• LaZarreia (4/5): - Nothing I liked it before management was changed. Do NOT book w this property through booking. Booking will cancel your reservation and then won’t refund you for a few days maybe. The supervisor wasn’t understanding of the situation & even accused me of staying on the property without paying. After that type of accusations I immediately packed up and left & I was staying there for months, never paid late or gave the property a problem.

• Abdallah (8/5): It was great when you’re inside the room but definitely not a place to hang around outside, there is very low people whi - Spacious room for a great price I arrived and the lady said my room wasnt available and completely sold out but when i asked for a refund she said one moment then gave me the room i paid for so it made me suspicious
