Guest Reviews
- Shamaron (9/5): - I liked the rooms they were very clean and the staff were super helpful and nice I especially liked the Manager Ms. Rebecca she is awesome I didn't like that I had to leave great experience
- Jenelle (10/5): Long stay - We really liked being at the end of the property, so we could listen to our music loud and not disturb other patrons, however I didn't like the shower only. But it was a handicap man's room and we got an apartment for a queen room price. So no complaints Smoking area right outside the room
- George (6/5): Not what we expected. - Comfortable bed. Nicely remodeled rooms. Needs blackout curtains, was very bright, even with blinds down. Crazy woman screaming at 3 am out in parking lot. TV channels were limited with half of them with no sound. Coffee maker did not work, missing drip tube.

- Zack (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- james (1/5): We were able to get into our place even though staff left, I layed my own blankets I had in the car on top of the sheets - Keyless entry, used a code for our door Poor advertising-Wasn’t aware this was a motel, was in a rough area so having our door outside on the main street made us uncomfortable. There was crumbs all over the bed and small stains in the sheets. The TV did not work until we moved where it was plugged into, and there was only 4 working channels-one with no sound. Overall very expensive for what we stayed in.
- Patrick (8/5): - Location The digital door code to open doors. The number pad either wouldn't recognize the number pressed or would count the number several times consecutively bcoz the sensitivity of the pad isn't set properly
- LauraJane (3/5): Not ideal or a restful place to stay. - The beds weren’t terribly uncomfortable Floor was dirty, fridge was full of mold, bathroom door hinge was coming out of the door frame, had to move microwave and coffee pot to an outlet that worked and people next door were up all night slamming doors and screaming at each other. Not the properties fault but still very disturbing. Traffic noise was all night as well.
- Pacella (10/5): -
- Clint (10/5): -
- Wakeman (2/5): - The bed was large and comfortable. After switching rooms, the TV worked. The lights attached to head board never worked. Shower curtain way too short, had to mop up bathroom floor. There was an area for a closet but no clothes bar, no place to hang clothes except back of chairs. There was no ice. Coke machine broken. No coffee pot. But they did bring hair dryers. Two of them.
No phone. No clock. No coffee in lobby. Lights went off outside at 5 am. Parking lot in total darkness. Very noisy from stairs, doors upstairs slamming all night.
Owner very nice and positive about his plans for the motel. Front desk Elvira vindictive and jealous. To

- Stephen (7/5): It appears like they’re renovating an old motel and haven’t quite removed all the unfavorable people. They don’t offer a - The manager Rebecca was amazing. She was friendly and very helpful, I have nothing but nice things to say about her. Room was freshly remolded but didn’t seem like they cleaned it afterwards. The tv stand has a light in it and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. There was activity all night which made me question the area and other room renters.
- Emily (7/5): - The staff was amazing and super helpful.
- Kelly (6/5): -
- Joshua (9/5): Had caused my own issues trying to check in at 1am well past 11pm however John I believe was his name answered the phone - The staff

- Zachary (10/5): Great value in Bremerton - Nice updated rooms, perfect location Had trouble getting used to the contactless check in/door lock things
- Zachary (9/5): Great value, with nice updated rooms - Great value, helpful staff, clean rooms No cable
- Zachary (9/5): My new favorite place to stay in Bremerton - Updated rooms, comfy bed, great value The contactless check in is still new I think because a few times now my door has locked me out and then there's no one in the office to just get another key from so that was a little annoying but I'm sure they'll get it straightened out, the lady did have to drive over and help us when it would happen but she was always really quick to do so and helpful
- Corey (9/5): Great - The self check in. no front desk and the easy checking in and checking out... Needed towles
- Melinda (5/5): Location and 24 hr shuttle are the only 2 good things about this hotel. - Location to Seat-Tac AC doesn’t work well, is VERY LOUD, and the room smelled Un-fresh.
- Fatima (10/5): -
- Maggie (6/5): -
- Charlene (6/5): Good choice if you want to save money - It was clean, comfortable, and quiet The outside was a bit run down looking and there is no staff on site. I felt vulnerable if something went wrong.
- Kyosuke (10/5): -
- Zachary (8/5): Great value, comfy stay - Convenient location, nice rooms, very clean Receptionists arent available in the office 24/7
- Zachary (8/5): Enjoyed our stay, thanks - Updated and renovated rooms, big comfy bed There isn't always someone available in the office
- Riley (10/5): - The staff was very nice and respectful.
- Charles (5/5): - The bed was great! I only had one tv channel PBS
- Makiya (10/5): -
- Diaz (9/5): I was greeted with such professionalism by the staff they helped me book my room - It was close to stores and it had a nice vibe too it N/A
- Andres (10/5): Cozy, warm, convenient - I liked the location convenience and the manager was amazing and helpful, especially when I left some belongings behind, he found them right away!
- Angie (5/5): Some things to work on but a nice place to stay. - The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She is willing to help if we needed it.
The rooms are worth the value because of the suite aspect of it. In the room I stayed in (231) first noticed there is no TV guide to tell you what channel is what station. Then I noticed the shower curtain. The spray of the shower was extremely hard, it caused the shower curtain to be sucked into the shower (need magnets or weights to keep the shower curtain from flying all over. Then I noticed that there is a coffee maker but no coffee😪.
In room 230, there is no shower curtain, the bed was uncomfortable and the front door sticks and pulled the door frame away. The hotel has some work to do but definitely keep the staff.

- DENNIS (3/5): - The staff was very responsive when we asked for soap and shampoo that was not in the room This property is under construction. Self check in.
We had to ask for soap and shampoo. The TV was mounted in a way that was dangerous in the hallway. The sink did not have any kind of stopper. The couch was dirty does not look like it had been cleaned in a long time.
- Anthony (8/5): Great stay! Fast communication. I’ll be back. - Location was nice, the scenery from the top of the parking lot was beautiful.
- Melissa (8/5): -
- Kersten (7/5): -
- Barry (3/5): The price was too high for the quality of the room. It seems more like an $60 to an $80 room - There was no breakfast but it was close to the freeway The floors needed to be mopped. When I got out of the shower and walked around barefoot my feet turned black on the bottom. It was swept out but it needed a Swiffer mop
- Nicole (10/5): Convenient and Cozy - Cute little apartment had everything I needed! Quiet and comfortable, I slept well. Location so convenient to highway and downtown for my quick trips around the area.
- brandy (10/5): -
- Michelle (8/5): Comfy & Cozy with lots of Charm! - Loved all the details in room made it feel real comfortable and was fun. Loved it
- Robert (1/5): -
- Sheila (5/5): Unexpected - It was clean. I was surprised that it was a motel since the name Naval Suites suggested more of a hotel accommodation and the pictures didn't show the outside of the building. It was expensive for the type of accommodations I was looking for but accommodations are limited in that area.
- Scarlett (9/5): Superb -
- Brown (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacob (10/5): Nice short stay - Big spacious room with a kitchenette. Na
- Satyendra (1/5): When we moved into the house, hose was totally messed. It was not clean and there was odor in the room. Uncleaned vessel - Nothing Cleanliness
