No entanto deixo duas sugestões: estou em cadeira de rodas, todo o hotel é acessível, no entanto o acesso dos quartos para a piscina ou restaurantes não tem rampa de acesso, o que dificulta muito. O acesso à praia até chegar às espreguiçadeiras também não tem acesso com passadiços, o que facilitava muito a locomoção.

Die Belegschaft im Restaurant Bosporus vor allem ein bestimmter Kellner war eine Kastastrophe. Die Motivation war teilweise nicht da. Beziehungsweise einfach überfordert und fast patzig. • Mohamed (10/5): A warm, welcoming retreat by the Red Sea — we would return without hesitation. - From the moment we stepped through the doors of Al Kasr Hotel, we were greeted with genuine warmth that immediately set the tone for the entire stay. The staff here are truly something special — attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a smile, and remarkably helpful with anything you needed. Our room had a small issue on the first evening, and it was resolved within minutes without a single complaint. That kind of effortless hospitality is rare, and it made all the difference. The buffet is a highlight worth mentioning. While it won’t claim any Michelin stars, the food is genuinely decent and surprisingly varied — a solid spread of Egyptian classics, fresh salads, grilled meats, seafood dishes, and a rotating selection of desserts. Everything was freshly replenished and well-presented. Breakfast in particular was a real treat, with warm bread, full ful medames, fresh fruit, and many other things that suit every single taste bud. We left satisfied every single morning. The pool area is well-maintained and spacious enough that it never felt overcrowded. Sunbeds are plentiful, and the pool bar kept us hydrated through the afternoon heat without any fuss. The beach access is convenient and clean, and the view of the Red Sea from the hotel grounds is genuinely beautiful — especially at sunset. Rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, and kept impeccably clean by housekeeping. The air conditioning works brilliantly, and the beds are soft and generous. We slept wonderfully every night. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the property, which is always appreciated. For the price point, Al Kasr offers outstanding value — you genuinely feel you’re getting more than you paid for, which is the best possible feeling on holiday. Nothing significant to report — any minor issues were handled swiftly and professionally by the team. No complaints worth mentioning.

I would definitely go back again! Not something negative but just a small comment, at least one pool shall be heated during the cold season. The pools looked amazing but it was hard to swim in cold water when the weather is not hot.

Izgalamas, hatalmas belső terek, medencék, kávézók és éttermek, melyekben nem tűnt soha zsúfoltnak a környezet. A tengerparti rész is csodálatos. Minden munkatárs, a személyzet, a pincérek, a takarítók udvariasak, kedvesek és szolgálatkészek voltak. Különösen a recepción dolgozó Mira és Hammad volt nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy még visszatérünk, annyira kellemes volt az ott tartózkodásunk. Nem igazán volt ilyen, mindennel elégedettek voltunk. Talán egy dolog, de az nem befolyásolta a szálloda megítélését: mi autóval érkeztünk Kairóból, és az autó öt napig a napon állt, minden fajta árnyékolás nélkül a szálloda parkolójában. Érdemes lenne néhány fedett parkolót is építeni, hiszen nagyon kevesen érkeznek autóval, mindenki repülővel jön, ez nem jelentene nagy költséget, viszont az autó tulajdonosok nagyon hálásak lennének.

La qualité était vraiment au rendez-vous dans tous les domaines : personnel attentionné, propreté, buffet, restaurants et service général. Notre chambre avec accès privé à la piscine était également au top. C’est un très grand hôtel largement digne d’un vrai 5 étoiles. We’d like to highlight the exceptional staff who made our stay so special. The General Manager Mr. Nader has clearly built a fantastic team. ​The reception staff and bellmen provided a warm welcome, while the Food and Beverages Manager Mr. Yasser and his team Asmaa, Nagham, Ahmed, Ramon, Fadi... looked after us brilliantly at every meal. Huge thanks also to the cleaning person, Fuad, for the impeccable room service. We especially loved the gym; the coach Martina was so attentive and caring, making sure we had everything we needed for a great workout. It’s the people here who truly make the difference, thank you for everything!

Tout était parfait du début à la fin : la qualité des services, la nourriture, les animations et l’ambiance générale. • Renato (9/5): Stunning hotel, missed potential in food & drinks. - A truly beautiful and modern hotel with a very well-maintained property, great pools, and an overall high-quality atmosphere. In my view, it’s definitely one of the most impressive hotels at the Red Sea. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout the stay. A special thank you goes to Tahas, who took care of room 7007 – service that genuinely stood out. The only aspect that, in my opinion, does not fully match the overall standard of the hotel is the food and beverage concept. While the hotel itself feels high-end in many areas, the F&B offering remains closer to an average all-inclusive level. This creates a noticeable gap between the hotel’s overall quality and the culinary experience. Given the strong foundation of the property, there is significant untapped potential here. With a clearer focus on quality and a more distinctive concept, the hotel could differentiate itself much more strongly from the competition. Should the management be interested, I would be happy to share more detailed observations.

Например, у меня заболела рука, и мне разрешили покушать в номере. Отличный пляж, никаких живых существ. Дно / как стол, ровное и шелковое. Кухня. Совсем не соответствует уровню , просто невкусно

• Indira (7/5): Een prachtige locatie - De locatie en het hotel zijn prachtig. Waar het buffet was, was het personeel erg traag en niet behulpzaam. Je moest meerdere keren vragen om schoon bestek. De tafels waren niet schoon. Ook de eetlocatie aan het strand had geen fijne bediening ze lieten je gerust een uur wachten voordat je wat kon bestellen. Achteraf kreeg je dan ook niet wat je had besteld. De andere eetlocaties waren goed!

Accueil agréable et Check out assuré par Mohamed très simple (possibilité de laisser nos affaires et profiter d’une shower room gratuitement) L’emplacement est idéal, le complexe est neuf et très beau. Bar à jus frais est un vrai plus. Ce qui peut être amélioré c’est la qualité du buffet proposé.

• Anthony (10/5): Magique ! - Un des plus beaux hôtel que j'ai pu voir de ma vie. Que ce soit en terme de lieux, de confort et de services, le tout est parfaitement incroyable. L'ensemble du personnel est au petit soin, spéciale dédicace au responsable du Smoothie Bar et au responsable des restaurants particuliers. L'intégralité des restaurants, le service, et les gens sont vraiment attentionnés et serviables. La chambre 8112 était parfaite et la vue sur la mer génial. L'hôtel est vaste mais agréable pour marcher, très proche de la mer et toujours des transat de disponibles. Il nous aura suffit de 3 jours pour tomber amoureux de ce lieu magique ! Le restaurant Asiatique pourrait être amélioré mais c'est vraiment pour écrire quelque chose... Je ne trouve pas vraiment de chose à indiquer sur cette rubrique.
• Dimaloginov (7/5): - Красивая территория, шикарная вечерняя подсветка. Понравились тематические рестораны, особенно Mare на пляже. Там готовили в целом вкусно. Особенно удавалось рыба. Понравилось как менеджмент реагирует на критику - все записали, пошли исправлять) даже показалось что коктейли стали готовить лучше. Молодцы. Очень холодная вода в бассейнах. При этом темп воздуха +29°. Море совсем не глубокое - максимум по грудь. И тоже прохладное. Но в мае наверное нагреется как нужно. Средняя еда в основном ресторане. Очень слабые коктейли на местном алкоголе. Лучше иметь свой рецепт из простых ингредиентов и просить бармена строго следовать пропорциям, особенно не в главных в барах. Смутило то что отель позиционруется как новый (2025), а по ощущениям номерной фонд из 2010 (особенно в ванной). Минибар - это пара банок газировки и отсутствие холода.

• Alexandra (10/5): Soft opening - Gutes Potenzial - Wir hatten das Glück, das Hotel während der Soft Opening Phase zu besuchen – und schon jetzt lässt sich sagen: Dieses Hotel hat unglaublich viel Potenzial. Wir wohnten in einer Pool Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern, zwei separaten WCs, drei Waschbecken sowie einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Besonders beeindruckend war der riesige Balkon mit Hängesessel, Liegen und Sitzbereich. Die Villa war extrem sauber, sehr großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet – absolut auf Top-Niveau. Der Service war herausragend. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels in Ägypten war hier niemand aufdringlich oder verkaufsorientiert. Stattdessen war das gesamte Team aufmerksam, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Beim Buffet gibt es aktuell noch Ausbaupotenzial, insbesondere was die Auswahl für Kinder betrifft – allerdings ist bereits ein eigenes Kinderbuffet geplant, ebenso wie weitere Restaurants und ein Kids Club. Dafür haben die à la carte Restaurants absolut überzeugt: Besonders das libanesische und das asiatische Restaurant waren ein echtes Highlight. Ein großes Lob geht hier an den Küchenchef Mohammed, der mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit sogar individuelle Gerichte für unsere Kinder zubereitet und jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Die Lage ist perfekt – direkt an der Promenade (ca. 10 km), die sich bequem mit dem Golfcart erkunden lässt. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt, sicher und ruhig. Der Strand ist wunderschön, auch wenn es stellenweise ein paar Steine gibt – was jedoch nichts mit dem Hotel selbst zu tun hat. Die Sauberkeit – sowohl in den Poolbereichen als auch in den Restaurants – war durchgehend top. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Plastikbecher, die leider überall verwendet werden, sowie die teils längeren Wartezeiten beim Buffet-Service, was man jedoch aus vielen Hotels in Ägypten kennt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an unseren „Butler“ Mustafa. Ehrlich gesagt: Butler ist das falsche Wort – für uns war er viel mehr ein Freund.

Das Problem das man zum Frühstück nach Kaffeetassen fragen musste wurde behoben und es gab auch neue, schnellere Kaffeemaschinen.

• A.Kömür (9/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum großartigen Aufenthalt im Al-Kasr Hotel Das Villa-Konzept ist hervorragend – viel Privatsphäre, viel Platz und gleichzeitig Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt, von der Sauberkeit über den Service bis hin zur gesamten Organisation. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Mustafa, der während unseres Aufenthalts für uns zuständig war. Er ist wirklich außergewöhnlich – unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert und unseren Urlaub noch einmal deutlich aufgewertet. Solche Mitarbeiter sind selten – das Hotel sollte ihn auf keinen Fall verlieren! Auch kulinarisch waren wir größtenteils sehr zufrieden. Sowohl das Buffet-Restaurant als auch die à la carte Restaurants waren insgesamt sehr gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das libanesische Restaurant – für uns ganz klar das Beste. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir allerdings beim türkischen Restaurant, das uns leider enttäuscht hat – gerade als Türke hatte ich hier deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Auch das italienische Restaurant konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Trotz dieser kleinen Kritikpunkte war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt fantastisch, und wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. • Melanie (10/5): Subjugué par la beauté des lieux, - Notre suite avec accès à la piscine, le lieu est vraiment sublime sur tout point Je ne dirais pas que je n’ai pas aimé, mais la nourriture n’était pas extraordinaire. C’était bon, sans être exceptionnel. Le terme « ultra all inclusive » est, selon moi, mal défini. En principe, dans les hôtels, il est censé inclure des alcools internationaux, ce qui représente justement l’aspect “ultra” et les petits avantages en plus. Malheureusement, comme l’hôtel est récent, nous avons dû supporter des travaux pendant nos vacances. Entre le calme recherché et les ouvriers qui travaillent en plein caniard, on entendait constamment la scie et les coups de marteau. Le vrai problème, c’est que nous étions juste à côté du nouveau bâtiment en construction, donc nous avons eu du bruit toute la journée.

Muhamed at Kazumi (Japanese restaurant) was also wonderful in looking after us whenever we dined there. There were lots of areas to swim, the hotel is beautiful, great beach area, a wide variety of places to eat (Italian, Lebanese, Japanese, snacks, buffet), fun evening entertainment for the family to enjoy, shops to get any necessities and our room was very comfortable and spacious. There is some construction going on as the hotel is fairly new but that didn’t spoil our holiday at all.
