- Randoing (10/5): Très agréable, je recommande vivement. - La jeune femme qui m'a accueillie était très agréable et parlait très bien français ce qui a été un grand plus pour moi car je ne parle pas très bien espagnol et anglais. La chambre était impeccable, le linge de toilette était neuf, propre et moelleux, la literie confortable, et la chambre joliment décorée. Le frigo est un gros plus. Un petit bémol s'il fallait en donner un : il y a un peu trop de meubles pour ce petit espace. Le bureau empêche l'accès facile au placard et empêche d'ouvrir correctement la porte du frigo et réduit son accès. Pour plus de facilité il faudrait inverser le sens d'ouverture de la porte du frigo. La jolie banquette limite la place autour du lit. Ce sont de petits détails.
- Pamela (7/5): It was good but could be better - The staff was very helpful. I had a problem with the blind, the lady still messaged me back with the video instruction after 10pm. In general the communication was good, always responsive. Close to the beach, good public transport, there were buses and trams that can take you in around 15/20 to the center, bus and tram stop just a few minutes away. Comfortable bed. There are a few restaurants - i recommend - tapateria la boya. Some of the towels smelled funny. Thin walls - noisy people - the first night i bearly slept, however after raising up my issue, these people were moved, so the second night was much better! Could hear some traffic noise and the main gate outside - my room was on the front. I think there should be some rules in the room about the noises in a few languages just to make sure that people understand. The towel was needed for the floor in the bathroom due to water splashing. Not much to do in the exact area, not many choices of foods as most of the places openes after 8pm in the area.

De toegang tot het gebouw en de kamers zijn met een persoonlijke code, geen gesukkel met sleutels of kaartjes. En de gratis, lekkere koffie bij de receptie moet zeker ook vermeld worden.

- Kevin (8/5): Sonne, Strand und Party für einen fairen Preis - Das Charm Beach Retreat bietet ein tolles Preisleistungs Verhältnis. Für Gäste gibt es den ganzen Tag kostenlos Kaffee und Wasser. Das Zimmer an sich ist modern eingerichtet, jedoch bei einer überschaubaren Größe. Das hat für mich als Alleinreisender aber keine Hürde dargestellt. Jedes Zimmer hat auch einen Safe. An sich ist man super in Alicante verortet. Die Tram führt in ca 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt und innerhalb von 10 Minuten zum schönen Playa San Juan. Wer am Nachtleben in Alicante teilnehmen möchte, bekommt auch viel geboten. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Clubs. Ein Uber kostet nachts zum Hotel in der Regel 5-10€, das ist völlig überschaubar. Ein Frühstück wird im Hotel nicht geboten. In der Nähe ist aber das Gafner Café, dort frühstückt man passabel für unter 10€. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Internetverbindung reicht allemale zum Streaming von Sky und Netflix aus. Eine hohe Latenz führt aber zu Problemen bei Videokonferenzen. Nicht unbedingt als dauerhafter Arbeitsplatz geeignet.

- Minaya (10/5): Good attention and good support - I had a very emotional and stressful experience during my trip after losing my backpack with important personal belongings and documents, but the staff at this hotel truly made a difficult situation much easier for me. The room was very clean, organized, comfortable and pleasant, and the atmosphere of the hotel made me feel calm and safe during a stressful moment. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the reception staff, especially Lio, who was incredibly patient, caring and supportive with me. They helped me contact transport services, checked for updates about my lost backpack and even helped me with a phone charger when I needed it. Sometimes what makes a place special is not only the hotel itself, but the people working there. Thank you so much for your kindness, empathy and professionalism. I will always remember how well I was treated here.

- Lalina (10/5): Great escape next to a beautiful, less hectic beach. - Great place to chill by the beach. It’s away from the busyness of central Alicante, but well connected with the tram only minutes away. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Nothing it was perfect, would stay here again.

- Małgorzata (10/5): Polecam pobyt w tym miejscu, obiekt położony jest 3km od centrum Alicante, ale jest bardzo dobry dojazd. Sam pokój bardz - Obiekt był położony bardzo blisko komunikacji miejskiej, co ułatwiało dostanie się do centrum miasta. Sam obiekt, jest położony blisko morza, wystarczy jedynie przejść przez ulicę. Sam pokój przytulny, nie różni się kompletnie na zdjęciach, dobrze wyposażony. W pokoju w którym byliśmy było zdecydowanie za mało kontaktów i położone w bardzo niewygodnych miejscach, z dala od łóżka. Pokój był przytulny, ale jadąc we dwójkę, nie masz tam za dużo miejsca, idealny aby nie spędzać w nim za dużo czasu i zwiedzać okolice.

- ton groenendijk (10/5): - Bijzonder huisje in een bijzondere buurt. Heel apart, heel leuk. Voor ons maakte het niet uit, maar je kunt niet bij het huisje komen met de auto. Vijf minuten lopen, via trappen omhoog met je spullen is niet prettig of onmogelijk voor mensen met een fysieke beperking. Zorg dat je het juiste adres hebt, want wij hadden het adres van de verhuurder gekregen en stonden dus voor zijn deur. Dat is wel vlakbij het huisje wat hij verhuurt, maar we moesten dus eerst in contact met hem komen om het juiste adres te verkrijgen.

Inderdaad 150 m naar het strand en lekkere restaurants in de direkte omgeving.👍👍👍 Het parkeren is soms wat lastiger.

- Olesya (9/5): Perfect stay on a budget in comfort - Staff are super helpful. We didn't take advantage of reception/shared facilities at the start, and regret not doing so. You can get a nice coffee in the morning, good restaurant recommendations (or any other info), clothes washing all free of charge and nothing is too much for the staff. The room was super clean, comfortable bed and pillows, really good shower. A few cafes, cervecerias and restaurants near by. Lovely beach 5 minutes walk, clean and peaceful. Trams run every 5-10 minutes to alicante centre/beach, also only 5 min walk away and only costing 1.45 euro each way. Last tram back from alicante is around 22:45, but a taxi is just under 9 euros. Not necessarily a dislike, but the rooms are quite compact. My husband had an extra lengthy shower and I had to wait for the water to warm up. No where to dry your beach wear.

- Andrzej (10/5): Pobyt w Charm Beach był przyjemnie spędzonym czasem :) - Hotel znajduje się na spokojnych obrzeżach Alicante, w urokliwej dzielnicy Albufereta. Do centrum miasta i na główną plażę można łatwo dojechać tramwajem – przystanek jest zaledwie 200 metrów od hotelu, a podróż zajmuje mniej niż 10 minut. Przy hotelu działa też restauracja, gdzie można zjeść pyszne śniadanie, a tuż obok rozciąga się cicha, spokojna plaża. Pokoje nie są ogromne, ale są wygodne i dobrze wyposażone – mają klimatyzację, lodówkę, ekspres kapsułkowy i duży telewizor. Całością pobytu opiekuje się menadżerka Liola, która dba o to, żeby każdy gość czuł się w Charm Beach naprawdę komfortowo. nie było takiej rzeczy

- Paul (7/5): - Close to the tram station and also the beach. It is only 15 minutes to Alicante centre. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good shower and toilet space. One excellent cafe just around the corner, the food is excellent and it has a big menu. Parking in the area is hard to find and once you have a space you dare not move the car until you are leaving. The many facilitates listed are not actually in your room but are in a shared area that is only open during the day, it would be good to have kettle etc in each room. The rooms are very small and it was a struggle to find somewhere for suitcase etc. The patio it advertises is just the concrete walkway outside your front door. Very few shops and restaurants / bars in the local area.

A due passi si trova la fermata del tram La Isleta, vicino anche bar e ristorante. Ci ha colpito particolarmente la gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità della receptionist, che con il suo modo di fare ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Carinissima davvero. La camera situata al pian terreno, era pulitissima, ordinata, moderna e graziosa. Il nostro soggiorno di una notte è stato positivo. Assolutamente consigliato

Il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile, siamo arrivati in anticipo per il ceckin e in un ora ci hanno subito chiamato per farlo anticipatamente. Ottimo, se ritornerò ad Alicante ci tornerò volentieri Nulla

I would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly and helpful staff – the communication was always warm and pleasant, making me feel welcome from the very beginning. The facilities are excellent, everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, yet peaceful and quiet – ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that I would happily repeat anytime. Highly recommended! Alles traumhaft!

The beach was a walking distance, just crossing the road. The tram and bus stop is walkable from the property as well. The staff was really accomodating of our request regarding the late check out. none

- Tatiana (10/5): Love, love, love! - Our stay at Beach Charm Retreat was absolutely wonderful! Even though our room was cozy, it had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. I especially loved the pink and green color scheme with elegant gold accents. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire place was super tidy and clean. Liola truly made our experience exceptional. Her communication was fantastic – she sent very detailed directions before we arrived and messaged daily to offer help and check if we needed anything. It was also lovely to see her friendly and super nice presence at reception. And the free coffee? Absolutely fabulous! The location couldn't have been better, directly across from the beach in a lovely area. Getting to the city center was also a breeze with train stops just around the corner. I highly recommend Beach Charm Retreat and will definitely be returning!

- Tamara (10/5): - We liked that this accomodation was located in a quiet neighborhood, the room had all the necessary things we needed for our stay such as hair dryer, our own coffee machine etc. Location was perfect - close to the beach and bus stop. The room was clean and very modern even tho it was smaller, it was absolutely amazing for our stay in Alicante. Very friendly staff as well, sweet and kind receptionist that helped us with everything we needed.

- Beatriz (10/5): Maravilhosa - O staff é extremamente simpático e sempre muito flexível. Há café disponível a qualquer hora e um espaço de co‑working que dá imenso jeito. A localização é excelente para quem quer aproveitar a praia, e a rede de transportes públicos fica mesmo ao lado, o que facilita muito as deslocações.
- simon (4/5): - La propreté, chambre neuve, confortable Une dame charmante nous a accueillie pour nous donner les codes de la chambre. Ce n'est pas un hotel comme mentionné sur booking. Pas de réception, pas de service hôtelier, pas de personnel sur place C'est une chambre dans un immeuble, au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. La porte donne sur l extérieur, qui donne sur une route passante et bruyante.

Al no tener parking pensé que me iba a complicar, pero hay una calle a 50 mts. Que casi siempre hay lugar. De todas maneras no es un lugar sencillo para encontrar estacionamiento.

- Julieta (8/5): Lugar bien ubicado y limpio, pero la habitación en la que estuvimos era pequeña. - La ubicación y la limpieza. El cuarto y cuarto de baño son muy pequeños.
- Roger (8/5): Gerne wieder 👍 - Liola ist super nett und zuvorkommend, spricht auch sehr gut englisch. Die Tram-Station ist ca 100m entfernt und die Bahn fährt alle 10 min in ca 15 min nach Alicante ins Zentrum. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenlosen Kaffee oder Tee. Bar La Isletta ist ca 50m entfernt und bietet kostengünstig Frühstück etc. an. La Boya ca 100m sehr gutes Abendessen.

- Peter (1/5): Dissapointed - The lady at the check in was super nice, helpful. I was welcomed with free coffee which was also nice. Nice decoration and good shower. I really had very good impression about this place at the beginning and I hardly give bad reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t check the sheets and bed upfront because I went exploring and came back very late around midnight very tired and I went to bed and the duvet had really strong bad smell of sweat or something and the pillow cover had , my body started to itch, it was too late to report it so I just used extra sheets provided in wardrobe but the smell was still there so it was not pleasant, after all that at around 4-5am someone next door set off an alarm that kept ringing for about 15 minutes and it was extremely loud. After the alarm stopped , a few girls in that room were talking so loudly that it was impossible to sleep. The room have basically no sound insulation at all , it feels like people are talking inside your own room. I didn’t rest in that hotel. Wouldn’t come back.

- Fanny (10/5): SUPERBE - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La gérante est très agréable, accueillante et vraiment arrangeante, ce qui fait toute la différence. Le personnel est dans la même dynamique : souriant, disponible et professionnel. L’emplacement est idéal : très bien desservi par le bus et le tram, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. Et gros plus, la plage est à seulement 5 minutes à pied ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter 😊

La ubicación para ir al centro de Alicante si te gusta caminar esta perfecta con la vía verde. Muy recomendable. Cuando hicimos la reserva pedí parking privado y desgraciadamente no existe. La recepción nos indicó muy amablemente donde podíamos aparcar pero en temporada alta no creo que sea fácil.
- Ignacio (3/5): NO ES PARA FAMILIAS, SOLO PAREJAS - Pocas cosas la verdad, moderno y funcional Se vende para 4 personas cuando solo había un sofa cama individual para un niño, mi hija tuvo que dormir en nuestra cama, eso a un precio abusivo. La luz del baño automática se encendía apagaba constantemente. La limpieza solo si la pides!. El agua caliente de la ducha dura 5 minutos de reloj., sólo para una persona de la familia.

Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyer tout les jours. L’evacution de la baignoire. Un peu difficile, l'eau reste au sol longtemps. Le froid dans la chambre et sol, j'ai horreur du froid. Pour l'été je pense que c'est agréable un sol froid, mais moi je n’'aime pas du tout. Mais bon c'est un détails.
