Peter (9/5): Very pleasant short stay, will come again - There was no breakfast and I wasn't expecting it. The location was good - smart area and front door, easily reached by Metro from Gare Midi. Very modern and new facilities. Kitchenette with fridge and hob/microwave very useful. Plenty of storage space for my short stay. Easy to access through app. Nice to be able to open door on to balcony, and not overlooked. Disappointed about having to pay for coffee in lounge Long way up to third floor for Apartment 11 (but I was expecting that)! Instructions for microwave would have been useful. Bathroom mirror attachment could have been firmer - I was worried that it was going to fall when I wiped it to remove condensation. Reception of main Belgian channel on TV was very flaky and I couldn't really watch it. Other channels were ok.....

I received an angry message accusing me of keeping a dog (which I did not). Never received an excuse. Also the fire alarm went off, and I waited outside for like 45min before someone came to turn it off. I can understand that unforeseen things can happen, but this was too long (there was no fire).

Maxim (10/5): Incredible - Je séjourne régulièrement dans des appart’hôtels lors de mes voyages d’affaires et le niveau de qualité proposé par le Whitlock16 dépasse largement tout ce que j’ai pu expérimenter jusqu’à présent à Bruxelles. C’était ma première expérience au Whitlock16, mais certainement pas la dernière. Lors de mon prochain passage à Bruxelles, je reviendrai sans la moindre hésitation. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour , une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter à toute personne recherchant un lieu élégant, confortable et parfaitement situé à Bruxelles.

The location is perfect and easy to find and in a nice, safe area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Nothing.

Comfortable bed and pillows and a nice little balcony, too. The parking garage wasn't linked to the hotel and is around a 3/4 minute walk so you have to pull your suitcase down the street and there are only stairs inside so carrying the suitcase up 3 flights of stairs wasn't the one either. A later check out did make up for this issue though

Petite Kitchenette très minimaliste mais sans cafetière. Deux choses : 1-Le code à récupérer uniquement par message WhatsApp mais je me suis rendu compte trop tard que je n'avais pas de forfait international. Suggestion : bien prévenir avant le départ. 2-J'ai grandement regretté qu'il n'y ai pas de cafetière dans la chambre. Certes il y a une pièce avec des cafés "STARBUCKS" mais très cher et très désagréable car dans une pièce "aveugle". Moi étant au 3ème étage sans ascenseur .... le petit déjeuner n'a pas été réussi.

A sofa bed was supposed to be prepared as an additional sleeping arrangement. However, it had not been set up upon my family’s arrival and they were unable to find any extra sheets or blankets. Fortunately, as we live in Brussels, we were able to bring our own sheets and duvet.

William (9/5): Great quality, stylish and affordable! - The apartment is brand new and super clean, really nice quality furnishings including the bed linen and towels. Great shower in our junior room- it looked stylish and spotless. It's in a really lovely neighborhood, very quiet and safe with easy transport links into the centre, the metro and tram stops are literally 2 mins away from the apartment and 15 minutes into the centre. The apartment is serviced every day which is incredible! Sound proofing was great, could barely tell there were others in the apartments. Felt like a luxury. Very helpful having the coffee lounge downstairs to purchase a coffee to go. There is no lift, so the stairs to the top floor are quite a lot with luggage and at the end of a long day exploring the city. If you have trouble with steps it would definitely be worth requesting a lower floor. We didn't cook in our apartment but it was basic facilities. The air-conditioning wasn't very strong.

No lift and given the higher floor, already requested in advance for low floor due to my back injury. Since Low season, very empty, notice most room was not occupied. The suite I stayed in was spacious, bright with a large modern bathroom with a huge shower. The large bed is one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Linens and towels of superior quality. The property's garden offers a quiet place to work, relax and the wifi works excellently there too. The fitness room is small but very well equipped. Last but not least the coffee lounge open to all guests to purchase a coffee or tea is very convenient. Location is excellent, metro, grocery stores as well as cafès and restaurants within a short walk.

Le studio est très confortable et bien situé Je suis venue pour des rendez-vous professionnels et je me suis déplacée facilement en métro et à pied. Très facile aussi pour manger dans le quartier J’ai aimé la salle fitness !
Thomas (10/5): Comfortable, modern and perfectly located. - It was my first time staying at W16 Aparthotel and, since it has just recently opened, I was really looking forward to trying it. I stayed one night and honestly wished I could have stayed longer. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, with a small kitchenette that was actually really useful. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet, so I had a great night’s sleep.
