• Blagica (3/5): Pas cher, mais plus jamais - Dans la première chambre la salle de bain sentait horrible et l’eau de la douche horrible odeur chimique. Ils nous ont changé la chambre, la deuxieme puait pas mais a un moment il y avait d’eau et electricité. L’eau de la douche était de l’eau de mer et apres la douche notre peau collait partout

We also had a private boat trip to May Bay organised with this property which was great because the boat was leaving directly from the beach nearby. Room was celan, spacious, nice view. Everything was a bit outdated, some furniture was falling apart but we booked this for last moment so there wasn't any better option. There would be such a huge potential if someone would do a reconstruction. Toilet didn't flush properly.

• Elodie (5/5): Hotel juste pour 1 nuit - Hôtel assez bien situé, proche d’une plage. Accès facile à pied pour visiter l’île Le principal du petit déjeuner avec formule à choisir serait à revoir. De plus le personnel de salle n’est pas des plus accueillant. L’hôtel se situe collé à d une mosquée, à la base non dérangeante, on était juste pas préparé à l’appel en pleine nuit.

• Guillaume (6/5): Mis à part l’eau je recommande l’hôtel car l’emplacement et le personnel est vraiment très bien ! - L’établissement est un peu plus reculé du centre qui bouge plus, pour ceux qui veulent être au calme c’est le bon endroit. Je conçoit que sur les îles cela peut être plus compliqué avec l’eau ou l’électricité mais nous avons eux 2 fois sur les 3 jours où ils n’y avait pas d’eau pour ce doucher ou même ce laver les mains et tirer la chasse d’eau des toilettes..

Walking distance to the central area, but far enough away to avoid excess noise. There were issues with the plumbing, especially in the upstairs unit - no water pressure - a literal dribble in the shower, the toilet clogged up with minimum effort and there was an issue with the basin tap, and an elastic band used to secure it from use, lol.

Nous avons passé 4h en excursion privatisée avec « Him », c’était juste magnifique et il était d’une gentillesse incroyable. L’hôtel propose un petit déjeuner inclu dans le séjour, vous avez le choix entre trois menu selon vos envies. Sur demande, un thaïlandais viendra chercher vos bagages au port et vous amènera à l’hôtel gratuitement. La chambre est petite, il était difficile d’ouvrir les bagages correctement. La salle de bain ne dispose pas d’un bac de douche et donc lorsque nous allumons le jet, il y avait de l’eau partout.

• Ian (7/5): Great location for visitors to Phi Phi who want a basic room at a good rate away from the busy areas - A good location on the edge of the central area of Phi Phi. Quiet and away from the busy areas, but a short walk from them. Also some way away from the backpacker areas. The location for breakfast can't be beaten, right on the sea front with a great view. From the hotel you could walk along the coast towards Long Beach, which was much quieter than the main areas. The location was the best thing. Otherwise it was not much more than a convenient room, with basic services, It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. You're getting a room in a good location if you want to be away from the busy central area but accessible to it. But not much more than that.

Sehr hilfsbereit und direkt ein Restaurant daneben. Das Personal hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und mit uns alles organisiert ( Aktivitäten und Rückreise ) Das Bad war nicht das neuste, sehr heruntergekommen sowie das Zimmer an sich. Das Zimmer war echt noch in Ordnung, jedoch das Bad nicht das angenehmste. Für ein paar nächt okay jedoch
• Silke (9/5): - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen hat uns dass es Abseits der Massen liegt und trotzdem alles zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist. Dadurch ist es auch nachts sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück ist mega. Man sitzt direkt am Meer.

Piccolo neo: non ci hanno avvertito che per sbarcare a Maya Bay occorrevano 400 baht a testa in contanti. Ma il ragazzo della barca che ci ha portato lì ci ha aiutato in tutti i modi.

• David (3/5): Disappointing - The location and staff We ran out of water, 3 times in 2 nights. Unable to shower, or use the toilet. The shower was literally hanging off the wall. The bathroom smelt and had flies in it, plus was dirty. Extremely, disappointed, given the price charged. We had to continuously, go to Reception as did not always receive a response from messaging through Booking.com app. Also, the shower head did not fit into the holder. Photos and videos are available. It is a shame, as the staff were lovely and the hotel, is in a good location.

Расположение тут везде супер и недалеко, вода горячая всегда, номер большой, большой балкон, что вообще замечательно, немного шумный кондей, отключали его ночью периодически. Уборка каждый день, замена полотенец, пляжные полотенца на ресепшене, очень дружелюбный хозяин / администратор. Завтрак по меню, единожды только чего-то не было, поскольку поздно пришли. Но в целом без придирок нормально. Вернулась бы еще, атмосфера +++

Nous étions 4 dans 2 chambres, parents et enfants 12 /15 ans. 1 chambre il y a eu des arrivée un bruit dans la salle de bain discontinu de la ventilation ( strident et très fort) la 2 ème chambre WC et lavabo bouché, douche pas propre.(il ont changé des pièces des WC pendant notre présence pour réparer les problèmes.

• dove (3/5): Avoid if you can - The location was good, not too far from the pier but far enough away from the hustle and bustle from tourists around the shop districts. Felt like we were robbed, paid for a luxury room but found the sink waste blocked, the aircon wouldn't sweep as parts were missing from it, the TV didn't work, a damaged light at floor level on the steps outside the room had a missing lens and had exposed wires. Raised the issues with the staff at reception, sink was unblocked the following day but nothing else was rectified. Expressed our disappointment and wasn't happy to pay for a luxury room and to find this amount of issues. Staff weren't bothered as I think they see short term guest as a soft touch, there for a day or two then gone. Such a shame as the island has so much to offer but the staff at the Rimlay Resort just want your money. Couldn't look at room.before payment and if paying by card the cost was increased furthermore. Would not recommend anyone who is expecting a luxury room to stay there and if you are offered room C06, please try and check it over before you part with any cash. I understand this is the risk you take by doing it yourself but don't feel we got vale for money, more like ripped off.
• Maria Rita (6/5): Phi Phi Island - La posizione, molto comoda per i tour e con colazione ( sul mare Struttura poco curata, bagno, camera e terrazza sono datati come gli asciugamani ma per 2 notti va bene. Per l’orario di partenza dell’escursione non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione e ci avevano promesso di lasciare in camera un box colazione la sera prima ma così non è stato, il giorno dopo abbiamo pranzato da loro e l’abbiamo fatto presente, abbiamo pagato il pranzo e basta.

Algunos muebles estaban rotos. Lo peor de todo es que el aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONA. Pedimos que lo arreglaran, vino un señor y lo “arreglo”, aguanto 1hora funcionando y luego volvió a no funcionar, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche por el calor

Heureusement que Booking a un bon service client !
