• Joost (9/5): Ruime schone kamer. - Mooie schone (familie)kamer met goede bedden en veel ruimte. Je moet wel drie trappen op maar dat wisten we. We konden koffie zetten op de kamer De host stuurde op de dag van aankomst een duidelijk appje met alle informatie. Toegang met een code, werkt prima. Ontbijtmogelijkheden genoeg in de buurt. Er was bijna niets op de bovenste kamer en in de badkamer waar je wat kleren of iets neer kon leggen of hangen. Dat was het enige minpunt.

• John (9/5): Brilliant hotel! - The location is great! Right at the heart of everything with a nice little bar just downstairs. The room was great. I loved the keycode entry system and all of the digital lighting and heating, very modern. The room was spotlessly clean, nice and big and the bed was huge and so comfy! The communication form the hotel was spot on. The only thing i wasn't so sure about was my balcony. It was just a piece of decking outside the room, with not even a chair out there to sit on. There is no view from it anyway, so it was a bit of a waste paying extra for it. It wasn't much more than a standard room, so didn't affect my overall opinion of the place.

• Shawn (10/5): Magnificence in Ypres - Fantastic location with a beautiful view, you are right in town! The space is perfect, very comfortable, minimal but with everything you need. Great bed and the bathroom is incredible too, really roomy and underfloor heating!! Highly recommend this place. I know we'll be going back again for sure! This place is pretty perfect. Seriously.

Needs carpet on stairs to quiet down movement. Confused about about the statement “good breakfast “ and photo of breakfast in listing, as No breakfast was available. Maybe drop that picture off the listing and remove good breakfast. Ah and yes, pillows too hard and high.

The rooms are all brand new and very large in size. everything is automated and the bed is probably one of the biggest ones I have stayed in. The location is 200m from the Flanders Field Museum and main square in Ypres. The team were very welcoming and accommodating.

• Frank Geybels (9/5): prachtig gebouw en supermoderne ingerichte kamers - de lokatie is top, slechts 100 meter van lakenhalle, 500 meter van last post. meer centrum kan niet prachtige moderne kamer (nr 2.1) ruime badkamer met grote inloop douche koffie/thee en water is op kamer aanwezig je krijgt via whats app code om binnen te komen en deze code gebruik je ook voor de kamer hotel ligt in centrum, leveren aan winkels gebeurt natuurlijk in de ochtend en kan storend zijn geen ontbijt mogelijk, geen receptie

Als je op het 3 de verdiep verblijft, veel trappen, Jammer dat er geen lift is, maar omdat wij van de streek zelf zijn, hadden we geen grote bagage mee ,en vonden dit dat uiteindelijk niet zo een minpunt , maar voor mensen met grotere bagage? Dan is dit wel een minpunt, maar dan ook het enigste minpuntje😊

• Leo (10/5): Excellent accommodation in a great location! - Excellent comms from Matthias both before and during the stay. Ideal location, right in the heart of the centre. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with loads of facilities (coffee machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer etc etc). Room has been refurbished to a high spec. Due to its excellent location, there was some outside noise from passers by throughout the night. This wasn’t helped by the busy Christmas Market which was there during our stay. Other times of year may be different.
