博凱 (3/5): 地點好、但要入住先看完評論 - 唯一優點地點離晴空塔近沒有洗手乳、沒有室內拖鞋、餐具都是塑膠的刮傷嚴重，感覺沒有很認真經營，還有價格在前一天再看從12500元台幣變成大約9000元台幣，性價比在入住後覺得沒那個價值。

Jou Ching (8/5): 很棒的住宿地點，三個雙人床，床位充足，適合家庭旅行。 - 位置完美，距押上站A3電梯出口400m，樓下就是7-11超商。新大樓，一層一戶，三面採光，大樓與房源都是密碼鎖，安全無虞。電梯按鈕為非觸碰感應。入住指示非常精確清楚。距知名的龜屋kameya 麵包超近，早上8:00開門去購買熱呼呼的早餐麵包很滿足。浴巾毛巾僅提供薄薄的一塊布，上面還有洗不掉的髒污，住了四晚也沒有額外太多的數量提供。浴室沒有提供大瓶沐浴用品，僅提供小瓶旅行組。雖有提供微波爐，但碗盤杯皆為「不可微波」的用具，值得注意。進房時發現餐桌有幾處黏黏的食物污漬。

Alkhalifa (10/5): Likes and dislikes. - We liked how clean and comfortable the apartment was. First of all, the TV was not working, we asked the staff so many times to help but he did not help us. Secondly, we booked the checkout at 12PM but he forced us to leave at 10AM sharp.

Hyun (6/5): Unless they work and fix on the cleanliness of the room, This is not the place to stay even for a day. - Brand new building, very close to Skytree. The beds and towels were so dusty, smelly and dirty. It was almost unusable since the towels were not new. We complained and got new towels next day, but still the quality was bad.
