• Nezbed (1/5): We will never stay there again - The place was absolutely disgusting, filthy,the rooms had cockroaches, we couldn't sleep. My wheelchair ramp on the back of my van was ran over and the person left. Had to call the cops. We felt very unsafe. We left two nights early and went to a house rental. The whole place needs to be cleaned inside and out. Maybe some more security cameras too

• Nezbed (2/5): Hit and run, Very dirty - I liked nothing about it. The outside was absolutely filthy. The rooms were dirty especially in the bathrooms. An hour after we got there someone ran over my wheelchair rack on the back of my van and left the scene. I had to make a police report. The front office does not take vehicle information so anybody could come on the property.

• Heather (1/5): Dirty and buggy - It is close to the theme parks. It was very dirty and housekeeping kept forgetting to clean my room eventhough I would call the front desk to request it be cleaned. There were also bugs (cockroaches, millipedes and ants) that were a constant problem and the front desk did nothing about it until right before my checkout.

• Elizabeth (1/5): - Location The rooms are old and dirty. With roaches and garbage under the beds. The comforters and towels are dirty and stained. The floor you can't walk without shoes because it is filthy. The facility is deteriorated falling apart everywhere. The mattresses are old and they flip them to make it better but they are terrible. Not a working ice machine in the facility. Recommendation spend a little more before staying here.

• Heather (1/5): Bugs and Disappointment - It's cheap. There were bugs and the hotel was very slow to do anything about them. They did finally send an exterminator, but it was on my last day there during this stay. They offered to move me to a different room; however, according to more than 1 other guest as well as multiple members of the housekeeping staff the hotel had bugs that they are aware of-both upstairs and downstairs. So moving me to another bug infested room was not a fix so much as an inconvenience to me. I should have been refunded for this stay in full.

• ANGELICA (8/5): Buena opción para una noche - Buena ubicación y por el precio que se paga todo lo demás esta bien. El desayuno es básico, pero igual esta bien para el precio. No funcionó nunca la tarjeta para abrir la habitación. Era incómodo porque tocaba caminar hasta la recepción para que fueran a abrir la puerta con una llave maestra. En una ocasión nos tocó esperar 20 minutos hasta que pudieron ayudarnos.
• william (2/5): La peor experiencia - La ubicación Las sábanas sucias, se les dijo y no fueron a cambiarlas ,cuando limpiaron a los 5 días tampoco lo hicieron solo las tendieron no las cambiaron, cucarachas por todos lados lo reporte quedaron en fumigar y tampoco, el microondas mohoso ,la piscina no se pudo usar porque estaba super sucias, dimos la queja y lo que hicieron fue poner un letrero de que no estaba disponible, no pasaron ni una escoba solo rellenaron el jabón y el papel de baño, la cafetera no se pudo usar estaba super sucia por dentro ect ect ect....

• Nathaniel (8/5): - I had a great stay overall — the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. The service and atmosphere made for a very pleasant experience. The only issue I had was with room cleaning. When I requested cleaning, the bed was made, but the sheets were not changed, which I expected as part of the service. Other than that, everything was very good.

• Isadora (8/5): Bom custo benefício - Funcionários extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos, a localização era boa (cerca de 15 minutos da Disney e 25 minutos da Universal). Quarto limpo, cama confortável, ar condicionado, microondas e frigobar disponíveis e estacionamento gratuito. O café da manhã era ok, tinha waffles, cupcakes, pão, café e suco. Havia algumas coisas quebradas, como o batente da porta, a torneira da banheira estava meio solta, o abajur não estava acendendo. Além disso, havia uma porta que se comunicava com o quarto ao lado, ela estava trancada, mas dava para ouvir todo o som que vinha de lá. Nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia, mas poderia melhorar.

• Nakia (4/5): It was ok. - The location was close to everything. A few things, that could’ve been simple fixes. Cleaner towels, room 129 needs to have its shower fixed it squirts all over bathroom. Bugs were a small issue as well.

• Paulo (1/5): Péssima e suja - A recepcionista da noite era gentil O quarto estava sujo e com baratas, pedimos pra trocar de quarto mas não tinha opções, ficamos e pedimos uma limpeza, que não aconteceu. Pedimos o email do gerente e mandamos as fotos, até hoje ninguém respondeu, pedimos extorno do valor e foi negado!
