• Aimee (8/5): Great location and apartment - with "quirks" - Unlike other reviews I found the accommodation spotlessly clean on arrival and well stocked with washing powder, dishwashing powder etc. Some tea and pod coffee supplied as well as two alcoholic ciders and a small carton of long-life milk. Great location in Brisbane's West End, super close to excellent eateries and a cute village shopping mall with a woolies and a great Harris Farm. Also convenient to the exhibition center. Comfy bed and nice enough furnishings and decor. Didn't really use the lounge area or TV but cooked a few meals and found I had what I needed. I would happily stay again but would have to seriously consider the two points as below. The key pick up situation was strange and I actually didn't realise the process until after I had booked. You have to collect it from a convenience store about a ten minute walk away - this was fine when I had a hire care but upon returning I had to get my uber to make a stop there only to find a "back in 10mins" sign on the door. As luck would have it the store clerk turned up a minute or so later but could have been a bit of an issue if they hadn't. Also, the car spot is quite tiny and difficult to get in and out - again not the fault of the accommodation that I was given a large SUV but it was a very tight squeeze!

Not getting prompt answers to questions when requested. Third party issues with MadeComfy on their platform that resulted in poor communication and wait times with Booking.com and ourselves.
